Dr. Dihenia has seen me as a patient, for about 15yrs now, maybe more. Me living with MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS has been challenging, and to have a Neurologist like Dr. Dihenia, a Doctor that sees me as a human, and a person. MS has been an emotional roller coaster, and just his care and using his knowledge to help in the difficult times. Then there are days living with MS, that are not bad days at all. Dr. Dihenia and I having the discussions of possible options, over time, that could be taken, for hopefull improvement, and getting me to a stabalized point, with progression of MS. These comfortable talks with the Dr., has helped me continueing to take that next POSITIVE steps!!

Out of all the doctors I visit, Dr. Dihenia has been the most pleasant, courteous, and professional when communicating and making me feel at ease for my treatments.

He and his nurses are attentive and observant, and prescribe appropriate treatment.

Called from 1 phone on hold for over 5 min haven't even spoke to anyone about my concern so called from another phone while still on hold and now ive been on hold on this other phone for over 11 min!

Great diagnostician with competent and friendly staff

Dr Dijenia and Rudy were professional and knowledgeable. They put you at ease. There were caring and plainly explained the procedures. I would encourage anyone with nerve pain to contact the office.

I was referred for a nerve conduction study. I was seen within days after the referral. I was taken back for my study as soon as I filled out my paperwork. Very short time in the waiting room. Receptionist was polite and efficient. The tech who performed the first part of the study was pleasant and explained the procedure as he went. Dr. Dihenia did the last part of the test, himself. He, too, was pleasant and kind. Overall, as good of an experience as one can have with a nerve conduction study.

Dr. Dihenia is very patient and kind. He always makes time to answer my questions. His staff goes above and beyond to help me.

Dr. Dihenia has been my neurologist for over 10 years. He always takes the time to answer any of my questions. I have been very well taken care of by him and recommend him to anyone with neurological conditions.

Dr. Dihenia is very professional and always listens to my husband’s concerns and has gone out of his way multiple times to help us. My husband was referred to a neurologist by our ER and that doctor had left town the month before. Dr. Dihenia got my husband in the very next day with one call on a Sunday morning. His office is always polite and efficient, thank you!

I love Dr. Dihenia and his team. I truly feel they care about my wellbeing and getting better. I would not trust my care to anyone else.

Dr. Dihenia is a wonderful doctor. When I was initially diagnosed he was full of information and kept me informed on all our choices. In the decade that has followed his care has continued to be great. His staff is just as wonderful.

My husband and I have both been treated by Dr Dihenia. We were impressed by his knowledge, compassion and professionalism. He explained his diagnosis in easily understood terms and answered all of our questions.

Very friendly and caring staff. This office will make you feel at home. The staff and Dr. Dihenia will treat you like family!

My experience, unfortunately, was not with the doctor himself. The nurse practitioner misdiagnosed me and put me on a horrible medication for which she was not thoroughly educated, causing severe consequences. Google turned out to be more helpful to me. The sympathy shown by one of the LVNs was laughable. Not to mention she had no knowledge of even basic medical protocol (stuff even I knew), nor did she take the time to examine my chart before giving recommendations. They just want to label your problem and slap some meds on you and walk away, not addressing the real underlying problems. I understand the doctors these days are overloaded with patients and problems but lack of knowledge AND lack of compassion gets my feathers ruffled. I’m glad some folks have gotten great care here, but I would not recommend. Unfortunately, there aren’t too many options when it comes to neurologists in this area.

This office has done amazing work to help reduce the number and intensity of my migraines. Brandi Bulls genuinely cares about her clients and their quality of life. Dr. Dihenia maintains an excellent and considerate staff who are knowledgeable and friendly, as is he. I feel very lucky to have found this office.

So far everything he said he would do in my first visit he has not done. He scheduled a nerve conduction test, cost me $20,000. I still have no answers and apparently I have "lakes" in my brain that one is larger than the other! No explanation on that one.

Thanks so much for providing such wonderful service. The doctor and staff were friendly and provided us with exceptional experience.

I was referred to Dr. Dihenia in early 2012 when my PCP suspected MS, Dr. Dihenia and his staff had the lovely job of confirming the diagnosis. The care and compassion they showed in giving me that news and every time I have gone to the office since has been beyond anything I have ever experienced from a doctor's office. They do truly care and take the time to listen to your concerns.

Dr. Dihenia is an outstanding neurologist and a great person as well. He helped me tremendously - I give my highest recommendation for Dr. Dihenia. His staff is always friendly and helpful as well.

I saw 6 or 7 different medical doctors trying to discover the cause of my right legs loss of muscle and nerves. He took the time to research my condition, and even ask for other opinions. I entered his office a year ago in a wheel chair. Yesterday, I walked into his office. The cause was determined to be from taking the medication Crestor!

My doctor sent a request to Dr Dihenia for an appointment . After waiting nearly 2 weeks, I called my doctor & they called Dr Dihenia ‘s office. That’s when they told my Doctor that Dr Dihenia had so many referrals he was unable to see me. Now, I’m scrambling to find another neurologist He’s office staff did not follow through in letting me know I needed to find someone else. They could have referred names to my doctor. Dr Dihenia my be a great doctor but his staff is incompetent!

I was referred to this office due to a recent MS diagnosis. Dr. Dihenia and his staff are fabulous! I worked mostly with Lindsey and she always went above and beyond to provide exceptional care. I was treated with respect, courtesy and the upmost professionalism. I felt like he and his staff were knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel appreciated and taken care of. In a world full of new and often frightening symptoms....it was refreshing to receive such superior service

Dr. Dihenia explained my diagnoses with compassion and since has treated me with the utmost respect. His staff is polite and knows how to treat the patients with the best service. Will continue to refer to Dr. Dihenia, Dr. Bulls and Dr. Farmer.

My 64 yr old husband was showing signs of severe dementia, My primary Dr referred us to DiHenia....We went 3 times for apt w/ Dr Dihenia...He always sent in the PA and we never saw him ! However our Insurance was charged with the Dr's visit which was all for nothing....They did MRI which he already had with our Primary Dr....and scheduled alllll these tests he had before we came to Lubbock. They were going to duplicate all the tests /lab/urine etc...didn't go back....

They scheduled me for a sleep study diagnostic test and if appropriate the testing for the CPAP machine. They only did half of the study. I had to go back to get the other half done on a second trip from out of town. No they won't release the results and notes to any provider except their company. I want to use another provider for the CPAP and I have been working on this for a month to no avail.
