Bhawna Khanna

I started going to Dr. Khanna because of my sister, who had spinal bifida. Dr. Khanna was very accomadating for her, always kind and helpful. I have been a patient for 25 yrs now and I have always been pleased. I would recommend Dr. Khanna.

I called over a week ago to set up my yearly exam. I told the rep it been awhile since I came. She said will call me back, and check if she's receiving new patient. I never got a call back. I thought that was unprofessional, if the Dr don't want me back as a patient, it should been expressed.

Dr. Khanna is a professional. I've been with her 10+ Years. You don't want another private practice, `Trust me."

Very awful experience!!!! The receptionist McKinsey was so rude to me and I have been feeling awful. I did miss my first appointment due to Covid19 and they let me know I could probably not make another. Well, they called me back and I did make one. My fiancee did call to explain we were running late and McKinsey was hesitant and just not pleasant, she said we would not be able to come back. I have very serious medical conditions and yes, I was late, but the rudeness and judgemental tones were awful and I rushed to try to get there. The ethics of this office are terrible, there is no real caring for the patient that i encountered. It left me crying and frustrated, enough to jump and write a review. I understand I was late, but wow..it was like I was BANNED from them. Terrible, I think it was a blessing in disguise, I will find another practice that actually does care for their patients, new or old. Do not go here unless you want some money flipping office who runs you in and out like cattle. McKinsey was so rude and had an attitude of *i am better than you*...hence this review. 1 star because I can't give zero. Very awful experience!!!! This is an awesome doctor and her staff is Perfect

I seriously cannot recommend Dr. Khanna enough. I live 40 minutes away and will still continue to make the drive to see her. I am overweight - and a lot of doctors have written off very specific problems because of this. Dr. Khanna has always heard me out on my health issues and has been direct on what’s happening. She listens to me and takes me seriously. The staff is wonderful and super friendly, and they take my insurance and are super up front about anything I should expect, billing wise. Dr. Khanna has been my doctor and my husband doctor for many years. I would not want another doctor, she is a caring physician who cares about her patients. She will always see us when we need her. It’s very hard nowadays to find such a doctor as Dr. Khanna.

Horrible services. She is a pill pusher who just assumes treatment. It took me 3 times to go in with a Googled sypmtoms for her to run test to get a diagnosis. This office does not have a nurse. They also have front dest employee who gather information and does not share the information with the doctor. She is rude and will send over prescription without your approval. Dr. Khanna takes the time to listen. She offers multiple treatments, and gives you information on each one. I highly recommend her!!

I make a longer drive to come see Dr. Khanna, she is very attentive and listens well and when I needed a CT scan she went out of her way to locate one with substantially lower prices than other imaging labs.

I’m new to Georgia, i’ve been searching for the best Doctor in town and I’m glad I found her on the website , she’s a very good doctor and I highly recommend her , she listen and cares for her patients and on the first day I made appointment with her she made sure I am well taking care of . I’ve been once because I don’t get sick that often but they really do care and listen to what you have to say about your health. Also, I hate getting my blood drawn because I pass out but this was the best blood drawing experience I’ve ever had.

Dr. Khanna is the best Internal Medicine doctor I’ve had, she’s been my Dr. for the past 5 years and she always takes time to listen to any concerns, answers questions, and provides the best suited plans-of-action for your wellbeing. Dr. Khanna’s staff are professional, kind, and very caring. Highly recommend.

Have had Dr. Khanna as my Primary Care Physician for over 10 years!! I travel to her office from over 20 miles away now and she's still my favorite. Staff is always so helpful and polite, too.

I have been Dr. Khanna's patient for over 10 years. In addition to knowing medicine, she is very considerate, is a great listener, and has a huge heart. I have always been able to get in when I needed. She spends time, but pretty much keeps on time. Her staff has been helpful in resolving insurance issues, and was very helpful in completing forms in a very timely manner. If you want a doctor who cares more about your health, than getting rich, she is the one!

Dr. Khanna has been my Primary Care Physician for over 10 years, and she is an outstanding physician - calm demeanor, extensive knowledge and insight, wonderful and warm staff members. I am always able to get an appointment within a short period of time; moreover she has also accommodated all urgent visit needs, too. Always willing to take time and listen. Doesn't rush you through because there is a long line of patients. Always a positive experience.

I have been coming to Dr Khanna's office for many years. Love her personality and bedside manner. Plus she is a great Dr! I highly recommend her!

I was referred to Dr. Khanna by my Neurology years ago when Dr. Khanna was in Austell, Ga. When Dr. Khanna move to Acworth, Ga. I still went to Dr. Khanna from Mableton, Ga. Now I am 4 miles from the Alabama line and still go to Dr. Khanna for treatment. I love the way she tells you to come fastening and she draws blood and checks everything about your body. Unfortunately have had a pretty negative experience with lack of consideration and communication. My health care interaction could have been handled in a professional matter but instead, a staff that I had previously thought highly of and depended on for my health care, treated me as though I was a hindrance. And when I stood up for myself and my maltreatment, I was verbally hassled, abused, and hung up on. My care is important to me, and my family. And physicians and their team are accountable

She is very thorough and helpful, I'm almost always able to get an appointment when needed.
