Caring professionalism greets you at the front desk and continues through getting vitals taken and history updated. Then you meet with Dr. Raju or one of her nurse practitioners. Through their review, suggestions and clear education, my A1C has been 6.2 or 6.3 for years now. They help me take responsibility for myself. They are the best!

Dr. Raju and the practice are so easy to work with. The staff and especially Dr. Raju are so kind, considerate and welcoming. I would highly recommend Dr. Raju and this practice!

Dr. Raju does an excellent job explaining things to her patients. I've been diabetic for over 30 years and she still taught me something new. And she isn't afraid to try a variety of treatments to find what works best for you.

Dr. Raju is extremely intelligent and understands the area of diabetics very well. She is efficient and seeks a solution for her patients. She is upfront and willing to offer a solution with knowledge. I would highly recommend her!

Rude, impatient and dismissive of my concerns. I had three visits and was the same each time. Would not recommend.

Very good listener, actively manages my treatment. She has made a major improvement in my health.

Love her, the first thing she did was get me off of insulin within 3 days. Previous doctor wanted to add a pharmaceutical every time she saw me.

I usually don't get to see Dr. Raju because she only works until 3:00 so I have to see her assistant. She is an ok doctor but her staff is very awful to work with. I have received a bill from over a year ago and have left 2 messages and won't return my call. Of course I don't have proof of something a year ago and pay cash at times...so I cant get an answer when it comes to any questions her staff has to answer.

Dr Raju is a very competent and caring doctor. Part of her staff is not helpful. After not receiving my bills at least 3 times, I received 2 phone messages stating my account was past due. When calling to correct this problem, I not only received no help but was told she did not know what to do to help me. This is unacceptable. . Be careful of the staff in the South County Office. I was terminated as a patient because I dared to write a letter to get help..

One of the best doctors I have ever seen!!!

Dr. Raju is a very good doctor. Friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. A few years ago, I was happy with her, but not her staff; but her current staff is great! (I'm not crazy about using the patient portal but everybody has them now.) I highly recommend Dr. Raju. She and her staff take the time and make the effort to ensure their patients come first and provides the best care possible.

No communication skills, some office staff very uncaring. Office somehow managed to reverse my insulin units two different time on a prescription to Walgreens. Requested by letter that my records be sent to a different doctor. Not only were they not sent, I never heard a word from anyone at her office. Very unprofessional. Would not ever recommend her to anyone.

Great doctor and great staff! I would recommend anyone to this office. They make me feel very comfortable and well cared for!

I was sent to get labs done a month ago, Sept 21st to be exact. My next appointment is not for 4 months, although I've paid quest, I had to call to get my results. When being read the results, I was told I needed a higher dosage of one of my medications. I requested my lab results, and I was told the new med dosage would be called in & the representative I spoke with acknowledged my pharmacy. I have not yet received my results nor were my meds called. I am very displeased.

I have gained 16 pounds in 4 months am a very tiny build and am already on thyroid meds but feel they're not working. They were recently adjusted and switched and since then I have still gained 7 more pounds. She basically said I was way underweight before and that I must have an eating disorder! I am floored by her response and am completely shocked that she would insinuate an eating disorder!
