I have been coming to Dr. Patel for some time with spinal pain. Dr. Duek with neck procedure, fast recovery, amazing staff. Dr Patel with spine stimulator. Fast recovery, great doctor, awesome team. They show how they really care.

He is the worst doctor I have seen. He did not see me at all. I was in his office and his assistant saw me and I got hundreds of shots. The testimonials posted in his office is perhaps fake. He doesn't take pride in his job. The worst pain doctor God bless America plus Florida healthcare

If Dr. Deuk tells you "Dr. Patels Epidurals are better" Don't hesitate to believe him! My response: I didn't want to put myself through it again. I thought I knew the painful outcome and honestly thought it would stir up yet another can of worms. I had a epidural from another pain management doctor and it didn't work and caused more pain. I eventually agreed to have Dr Patel do the procedure or I would be faced with a multi-level thoracic fusion. After two years of continuous thoracic pain due to fractures and herniations pressing on the cord..in one short week I'm pain free! Unbelievable 20+ years of pain management and these doctors already exceeded my expectations! We are extremely fortunate to have these over qualfied doctors treating in our area! I am so very grateful! I'm bringing my husband in soon to Deuk Spine. I really don't care how much we have to pay out of pocket because I know the results of Dr. Patels injections will give him relief and his positive results will far exceed any out of pocket costs we will pay. He is a horrible pain doctor. Never gave diagnostic tests and started injecting steroids and damaged my nerves. He also milked Medicare. Hopeless doctor

Limited experience so far. Looking forward to more appts to relieve pain. Not really able to determine effectiveness of the treatments so far. Office staff is pleasant and efficient.

9 years I've been coming to Dr. Patel . Thoracic,lumbar, and cervicle disc herniations from a car accident as a teen 35 years ago. He has always hooked me up with injections or Radio Frequency Ablations, as well as pain medication. Always felt great afterwards. Very fast procedure with no or minimal pain. UNTIL I had to change insurance at my job that didn't cover Dr.Patel. I went there out of pocket and recieved pain medication until one visit I was told that unless I pay $1800 or more for injections per procedure , i was no longer welcome as a patient. 9 YEARS I was golden, as long as the money flowed in. 9 years I've been coming to Dr. Patel . Dr. Patel has been the only doctor to give me relief from my low back pain. I am off all the "big gun" pain medications and it is life changing. Thanks Dr. Patel.

Not the warm fuzzy type at all. But he got the job done. I feel he could explain things a bit better. I had piriformis injections and was asking him questions during the procedure and he did not answer me. I had to ask the tech afterwards exactly what went on.

I have mixed feelings about my experience. I liked all the doctors and staff that I interacted with and they treated me very well but I was diagnosed with hamstring tendinosis. I was experiencing severe pain in my right thigh and behind my knee that prevented me from walking, standing, or sitting. After over two months of frustration and no progress I went to a different doctor who diagnosed me with a herniated disc, confirmed it with an MRI and scheduled me for surgery all within a two week period. I understand medicine is not an exact science but the doctors insisted it wasn't my back, it was a problem with the nerve in my thigh. There were other issues that complicated my treatment so at some point they probably would have figured out it wasn't my thigh but the other doctor was convinced within 30 minutes of first examining me that it was a herniated disc. My Dr. Patel is the greatest Dr. I have ever have , he is so good in caring and understanding what I always need for my pain. For all the years I had him I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is the greatest. Thank you Dr. Patel for being there when I need you the most.

Myself and my husband have had RFA done by Dr. Patel. He is professional. He has helped alot of people. My husband has had very good results. My problems are still being worked on as we speak.

Deuk spine and Dr. Patel were spot on with thier diagnosis and treatment. I saw relief within hours of treatment.

Was transferred to Dr. Patel for pain management after the doctor in the practice left without notice. First visit they wanted to only do injections (which i have done 3 times before) and basically told me that was my only option. In three different visits I never got to meet Dr. Patel in person it was always a PA who told me to find a different doctor. He is part of the whole Deuke Spine Institute which I have had many of bad experiences with. I can't believe that someone who has had 5 different surgeries and pay copays out the whazoo can come in for an appointment, never meet the doctor, and was told to go find someone else for pain management. If you have FL Blue insurance, BE WARNED! The doctors at Deuk Spine/Millennium Medical are all In-Network. Their Surgery Center is Out Of Network and any procedures they perform will be subject to a huge deductible. They will try and collect an up-front "deposit" in case FL Blue does not reimburse them. Which they will not. Procedures could cost you $1000s of Out-Of-Pocket. My advice is to steer clear of this practice unless you have Medicare.

Hi I had Kyphoplasty surgery Mon July 18th. Dr Patel was the surgeon. I highly reccomend hom. before the surgery he took time with me regarding any questions and after the surgery showed me xrays of before and after. His bedside manner is great. Conclusion:My experience was very good. PS surgery took place at Duke Viera Surgery Center. My nurse Chelsea was excellent as well as the RN-guy who did the IV
