My husband made an appt to see Dr. Jain and when we showed up at the Scottdale office, a girl by the name of Tiffany said oh they are all at the Greensburg office, we had no idea Dr. Jain had a Greensburg office, we have only seen Dr. Jain a couple times. Needless to say we were not happy that we were not given the correct information of where to go to for the appt. We are very good about being on time for appt's and I did not like that it made us look like we were a no show to the appt. Also Tiffany had asked if we wanted to do a telehealth appt and I said yes that would be fine and she said she would let the Dr. know that we wanted a telehealth appt. They never called us to do the telehealth appt. They knew he was there for chest pain and possibly still having pneumonia and did not even take the time to call. We have moved on to another Dr.

He told me I have nothing wrong with my lungs, but then said I have mild obstruction sleep apnea. Seems like hes more interested in sleeping disorders than lung. Was diagnosed with asthma at 16 and COPD recently. Im constantly having breathing and lung issues and getting sick and on oxygen therapy constantly with 3 different inhalers, but nothings wrong? Called for a script to get an oxygen concentrator, no reply back and seemed like the office staff didn't know what I was talking about.

No explanation of results. I explained that I was not keen on wearing a CPAP mask and ask if other options were available and he said yes but insisted that I use a CPAP.

In my opinion based on my experience, Dr. Jain seemed to bully me into continuing a therapy that was clearly aggravating my other conditions even though other therapies were discussed and available.

He is more concerned about selling testing, that helping patients.
