Staff is amazing.. very caring and thoughtful..

Had an endoscopy and colonoscopy today. Every staff member was so helpful and kind, careful to answer any questions I had. Dr. Malladi was so gentle, kind and soft spoken. I felt very comfortable and at ease, which was great since this was my first time with both procedures. Very efficient office as well. Highly recommend.

If I could give a Zero rating, I would! I was severely sick with UC. These doctors let me almost die and were not helpful in any way. The kept me on medication that was killing me. They would not see me quick enough after each ER visit so I was continually in the ER. I passed out in their bathroom. Nurses and other patients helped me but Dr. Malladi just looked at me and said, “she is too young to be passing out.” He saw me in the hospital and would not even talk to me. I asked him what the next step was since the meds were not working and he looked at me, shrugged his shoulders, and said “Unfortunately, you don’t have insurance so the other meds would be too expensive for you.” That was it! I was never met with compassion or given any hope and never told about all the medical assistance programs with meds. They treated me horribly!! I didn’t have insurance so I was nothing to them! I am a medical provider and a previous patient of both Dr. Maladi and Dr. Reddy. I had two previous colonoscopies with each doctor and had no problems. I am now needing a new screening colonoscopy and an EGD, so I called the office for an appointment. I first spoke with Nesha who took all my information and found my medical chart then transferred me to Ashley. Ashley came on the line like a pitbull, asking the same questions regarding my medical chart, demanding to know where I was currently practicing and what kind of insurance I have. She was extremely rude, offensive and then in an exasperated tone, transferred me to Betsy, where again I was asked all the same questions regarding my medical chart, was told it didnt matter if I knew Dr. Maladi and Dr. Reddy having worked with them previously and it didnt matter if I was an existing patient. I would not be able to have procedures done because of the length of time since my last procedure. Betsy was also extremely rude, condescending and went out of her way to be as unhelpful as possible. I asked if I could get an appointment as a new patient and was told the office is not taking new patients. I asked to talk to either Dr. Maladi or Dr. Reddy and was denied that request. I was told to go somewhere else for these procedures. I have been a medical provider for 25 years and have never come across a more hostile group of front office flunkys. They are the most unfriendly, rude, obnoxious, hostile folks I have ever had dealings with. Patient beware. If I could have left a 0 review I would have..You would be best served to follow their advice to me and go somewhere else. My son was referred by another doctor's office. After a week went by without a call from this office, I called to check on the status of the referral. The staff member who took the call offered no explanation as to why they hadn't bothered to call us to set up an appointment, and was so rude that I finally just hung up on her. He's definitely NOT the only GI doctor around. If that's how we are treated BEFORE even being accepted as a patient, then there is no way I would ever consider this office. My husband was seen in October of 2020 for colonoscopy. Our part due up front was $1500. We paid that prior to his procedure. In November I was told that the insurance had covered the entire procedure amount and that we would be getting reimbursed for the full amount and should have the check in the mail by December 2020 and no later than 2020. We are now in June of 2021 and I have been given excuse after excuse as to why we have still not received this $1500. Had this been my self or anyone else it would have already been turned over to collections and went against our credit. Excellent Doctors and straight to the point. Very dedicated. Easy to work with.

Has a good sense of humor. I felt comfortable with him and the staff.

Criticises you with inconclusive and stupid opinions about the cure to anxiety and depression. Then charges you like you had a liver transplant. They are a joke

This visit was a total waste of time and money. He did not want to hear about the CT scan and ultrasound reports which detected a problem. Just said "it's gas," The radiologist and hospitalist and surgeon said otherwise. This mam was a total jerk
