Dr. Beverly Minolta London

Gave me false medical information. She has absolutely no idea what she is doing. I do not trust her as a physician. Do not go to her.

Initially I thought I had good experiences until she left Jax without notice and I couldnt get my records after calling and calling. Now that I have a new doctor it is worlds different. He listens to my concerns and isn’t rough like Dr London! Now I know I was just a number.

She left her Florida office with no notice to her patients. She has our medical records and will not respond when we try to contact her about the records.

I've been going to her for three years now for my yearly check up and she's amazing, always so polite and nice.

I was a patient of this doctor from Dec 1998 to Mar of 2015. I left the practice at that time for several reasons, the biggest for me besides the not listening to me any longer was the fact that I caught her husband upcharging me when it came to my insurance both in 2014 and that year of 2015. Now I find out she's moving and the way she went about it was unprofessional. I give 3 stars only because of the Office Manager Angel. Otherwise, I would have rated it 1 and not refer anyone there.

I saw the May review that my doctor (London) was closing her office and moving. I was never notified. I called and was emailed a request form for my records. I brought it to the office on May 18, 2017. It's now 6/19/17 and still waiting. Emailed several times but no response. Very unethical not to inform patients that her office was closing with no way of getting medical records. Still waiting with fingers crossed. She did A LOT of VERY expensive testing. I want my files.

I was initially very pleased with Dr. London until my final annual appointment with her without knowing it would be my final visit. My appointment was rushed and not thorough. Just before leaving, she informed me she was moving next month, gave me a sheet of 3 recommended replacements without as much as a thank you for years of patronage. Knowing an issue I presented to her during this visit wasn't fine, I got a 2nd opinion today which confirmed my gut feeling. So displeased with ending.

Save your time and money and find another doctor. She's an OK lady, but she does NOT spend time to answer questions, bed side manner is absolutely awful. She does not tell you whats going on, doesn't follow up on diagnoses and makes you feel like you're wasting her time. Plus, the office staff is terrible. They do not explain charges. I was filed under the wrong insurance despite providing my card and a copy being made of it, I was charged a fortune and have been waiting 5 months for a refund.
