The office staff is rude, disrespectful , very unorganized, rude, rude , and rude. Her staff is very rude. They called me to confirm my daughter appointment and gave me the wrong date of the appointment and 2 wrong numbers to fax to fax the referral. I called back to speak to a manager she was very rude also. As I am explaining to her what is going on her and the other staff was laughing and they told her to hang up on me. They are the rudest off staff I ever spoked to. Don’t take your child to that’s doctors office. We have been trying to be seen by this doctor since August of 2021 and almost a year later we still haven’t been seen. They called and told me that office had Covid back in February. When I told the manager that they told me that she told me I was crazy and insane.

SHE IS RUDE DONT BOOK WITH HER she forgets that she's dealing with a child she is a bully and talks to the child not the parent and say very negative things. She also wants to run a billion of tests for what, and is very aggressive and doesn't even talk about the reason your there. Please who ever see’s her get her out of pediatric she does NOT have the right to speak to children that way. That’s why she’s knows not to pull that with adults so she lets it out on children. So, WARNING if your a parent who doesn’t tolerate bully or psychological abuse she’s not the one to book with.

Basically after speaking to her you feel like bashing your head against the wall because she will not listen to you, she will not respond to any questions, she will raise her voice at you and will cut you off any chance she gets. Empathy ? Never heard of it. I can’t imagine how this person should be allowed to treat children. She knows you’re helpless when your child is sick and will treat you like she’s holding their life in her hands, because sadly she is.

She does not review her patient notes prior to visits and does not remember plan of care of previous instruction. You have to call the office multiple times to have a simple prescription sent to the pharmacy correctly. She does not have a good bedside manner. The office is ALWAYS running late and the front desk help, particularly Martha, is quite rude and inconsiderate. Don't frustrate yourself, find another doctor for your child.

This doctor is brash and aggressive in nature. Empathy is not one of her strengths. She barks orders for a million tests and does not listen well. Her method of communicating can be accusatory and lacking in compassion. I feel like she forgets she is in pediatrics and dealing with parents who have a child with special needs, which is not easy for any family.

Dr Steindel is very thorough, she makes sure to give you all the options. I am grateful that she was straight forward with me about my child’s care.

All we can say is that Dr. Spargo is AMAZING!

She is the worst doctor I have ever seen. She is a terrible bedside manner. You are not able to ask a question and when do you she is almost defensive and does not take the time to explain, She is very argumentative and shows no compassion with her patients. Don't waste your time to see her you will only be disappointed and leaving the appointment feeling like the worst parent ever. Wish i had never taken my son to see her.

I wouldn't recommend her to my worse enemy. The worst doctor don't waster your time and energy. Selfish and rude and you will get no results for your children. I wish I never stepped into her office. Biggest mistake for my son. Karma!

I wish I could leave a negative number as a review. She is one of the worst doctors I have ever seen in my entire life. First of all, she grabbed the wrong file and proceeded to argue with me about my son's results, to a test he never took. Once she realized her error, she never apologized. But she did give me a ton of information about my son's condition, as if I had just grabbed him off the street and decided to take him to an appointment. The worst! See someone else.
