Dr. Cohen is a wonderful doctor! She is compassionate and knowledgeable. Most of the staff there is great, too. So happy I switched to this practice! The only problem is that she can be quite hard to get into as they are very busy, but that's because they are that good!

Works with me to determine what I need

Friendly quick pleasant except you have to ware a mask.

I have never had a family physician that I trust as much. Dr. Cohen is warm and caring, and gives me all the education I need for my diagnosis.

My family and I are very thankful to have found Dr. Cohen. She is considerate and kind, and she takes the time to listen, completely, as she seeks to treat our health holistically. Thank you, Dr. Cohen!

I just love Dr. Cohen. She has been my family doctor for a few years now and I couldn't ask for a better doctor. She takes time to listen to me and explains things in terms I can understand. When my insurance provider denied one of my medications, she took the time to file an appeal and I had my medication in a few days. Wonderful person and doctor.

Dr. Cohen is our new family doctor, she's wonderful!!! Her assistant is super nice!

I recently moved to the area and wanted to establish a new primary care physician. I was referred to Dr. Cohen. It took a little while to get in, but that's routine for most offices for regular check ups. Dr. Cohen was great. She spent more time with me than any other PCP has in years. She went down through my health history and was very thorough. I was very pleased with her demeanor and the time she spent with me. I highly recommend Dr. Cohen. I really like dr Cohen. She takes time to listen and explains things in detail. Yes the office sets time slots for each patient but she tskes as much time as needed for a full understanding of my concerns and needs

I moved to the area about two years ago and am thankful to have found Dr Cohen. She has been very caring, thorough and always follows up on my care. She recommends follow up appointments after I’ve been ill as well as monitoring asthma symptoms. I’ve never had to wait long and don’t feel rushed during my appointments. Thank you Dr Cohen. If I could rate this place 0/5 I would. I loved this doctor's office when Dr.Westbrook was my doctor. He listen to my problems. He took his time and effort to figure out what was wrong. Since he left the practice. I got put with Dr. Cohen. I tried to make an appointment to see about adjusting my depression and anxiety medication in December. They said she could not see me until April. That's a tad upsetting because this is a mental illness and should be taken seriously. So I suffered for four months. I got to my appointment, and one of the nurses cancelled the appointment without letting me know. So they plans I had that day had to be pushed back because someone decided to cancel an appointment on me without my consent. After an hour wait to see the doctor she didn't seem to concerned about it. And only wanted to spend roughly 15 minutes with me because that's policy. But the room before me she was in there for 45 minutes. I got my medicine adjusted. I try to make an appointment because the adjustment wasn't working and the options of openings they were giving me weren't working with my work schedule and they got vey rude and said well if my problems aren't severe enough to miss work it's not their problem basically. I had just started a new job and I couldn't miss work. So I made the appointment anyway and when I got there they told me that I didn't have an appointment and that I was basically crazy. Because it's not in the computer and sorry they don't have any openings. So the fact you can have existing appointments or make appointments it doesn't matter because they disappear. I don't like the fact she puts you on a medication and doesn't have you set up another appointment (if you do it's gone in that amount of time. You no longer have that appointment) and she doesn't even have the nurses call you to see how it's working. from my experience there it been terrible. If I could rate this place 0/5 I would. Dr Cohen is a great caring doctor who listens and is very easy to address your concerns with her.

Dr. Cohen really listens to my concerns and genuinely cares about the well being of her patients. I appreciate the opportunity to have her as my primary care physician.
