Dr Beth Berrettoni was very kind, clear, and supportive. I was glad to have a clear explanation for the swelling on my left thumb. However, I left with no new information on how to address or manage the pain I'm experiencing in my hands and wrists. She did offer a referral to OT to check my workstation for ergonomics.

Beth explained everything thoroughly, complete with a set of bones from elbow to hand, illustrated diagrams and a hand model showing muscles, tendons and nerves so I completely understand what causes my pain and why.

Dr. Berrenttoni is not only a great surgeon, but she's also a delightful presence just as she was 10 years ago.

Dr. Beth Berrettoni M.D. was excellent. She explained everything very clearly and gave me a lot of information regarding carpal tunnel, trigger finger and Tendinitis.

My appointment was at 2:30. I was there by 2:20. I did not leave the office until 5:08. I was in the treatment room for two hours before anyone, after the initial check in, addressed me. No one came to tell me they were running late. I didn't even know if they forgot about me because the office closes at 4:30. When the doctor finally came in at 4:30, she did not address the wait either. While my actual time with the doctor was helpful, the extreme wait that went unaddressed was ridiculous. I left work early to be at appt that lasted almost 3 hours and two of those hours I sat in the treatment room with no help at all.

Dr. Berrettoni is by far the best hand specialist I have had, and as a pianist I have had plenty! What a great relief it was to find her. She's a real pro at giving cortisone shots in a difficult area, I've barely ever felt anything happening. I recommend her to any friend who needs a hand specialist.

Dr Berrettoni was thorough and was very detailed in her discussions with me in a very pleasant manner. Her staff ( nurses and X-ray techs) were also pleasant and comforting ! I would highly recommend all.

Dr Berrettoni was very professional and so nice. She takes her time with you and not only explains things in layman terms but uses a hand model to show you exactly whats going on with your issue, as well as drawings. I never feel rushed.

My appt was at 3:15. Waited for 30 minutes before getting in an exam room. Waited another hour and 25 minutes before doctor came in. No explanation except she is running a little behind. My time is valuable. Pleased with doctor but not happy having to wait so long.

Dr. Berrettoni is wonderful. She listens, explains options including the pros and cons, and treatments are done carefully, professionally and in my case with little to no pain. Always a pleasure to see her!

Dr. Berrettoni is a wonderful doctor! She explained everything to me clearly with visuals and took her time to explain my condition. The office moves very efficiently. I was taken back to the room within 10 min, and I was taken for xrays less than two min after that! Dr. Berrettoni came into the room within five min after the xrays. I will definitely recommend her.

Doctors often explain at length something that i already know or that doesn't seem as relevant while time is of the essence. Love the coffee & snacks, but why would a health facility put out some snacks that are heavily processed & full of salt, sugar, & artificial ingredients. Coffee can be healthful though & I appreciate your serving it!

Dr. Berrettoni is image that should be used to depict the professional hand surgeon. I never feel rushed, as she explains my particular situation. She's a wonderful Dr.!

Provider examined area of concern (thumbs) thoroughly and explained in detail the problems. She recommended a conservative approach for initial treatment, rather than surgery, which I really appreciated. This provider spent more time with me than I have ever received from a physician.
