Hello, I would like to take a moment and thank Dr. Rouleau and his staff for our wonderful experience from October 2019. My 14 years old son needed braces but first a surgery for his complicated wisdom and molars teeth. We met Dr. Rouleau to get advise as one of my friends recommended this office late 2019. With Dr. Rouleau's advise we met Dr. Beech (Surgeon). A clean and fine surgery without any complication following by Dr. Rouleau's expertise in Orthodontics after almost one year we could see everything went well as expected! Very nice and professional staff and doctors. I took one star off because they don’t send reminder msg the day before; instead, they sent the message two weeks before the appointment. I have missed two out of my three appointments and paid $100. ????????????Remember to set alarm on your phone calendar.

Highly recommend. All my kids have gone here and have had nothing but professional care. Everyone is incredibly helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable.

Very good service, empathic..we were visiting US ,son had a accident with his expander and they ask us to come within 2 hours and fixed it for free and gave a very helpful tip to avoid the pain..bee wax..gave 2 free packs as well..very happy with the service.

Rouleau Orthodontics was fantastic! My journey to a happy smile was a long one to say the least. It took over 3 years for my teeth to get fixed! The invisalign worked for me and allowed me to avoid getting braces. There were three other Orthodontists that I saw and they all told me it would be impossible without braces. Rouleau made me feel confident they could do it but I HAD to be vigilant about wearing my trays. Needless to say I wore them for 23 hours almost every single day for about 3 plus years! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience using Invisalign. I have never had braces and decided to get Invisalign for several reasons as an adult. (My children had use this practice for braces.) My original treatment scheduled for 15 months yet was cut down to seven months using AcceleDent. That decreases the time I had to wear in Invisalign by over 50%. I rarely had a problem but the one time I did, I was seen same day and the issue resolved quickly. The doctors and staff were superb. I highly recommend Rouleau Orthodontics for adults and children. I had braces applied in April, and Dr. Aaron and Dr. Bert made sure that I understood of all my options and clearly explained exactly what would take place. They are both informed and up to date with all the current treatment modalities available within the field, teaching on the side at UOP Dental School. But, the best part is that they are both so friendly and personable! They seem to really like the kids they help and what they do. It is always a pleasure to come by their office. Beyond Awesome experience!! We were referred to Dr.Rouleau by our family dentist back in 2014. Dr.Bert and Dr.Aaron gave our daughter not only a beautiful smile but also helped with overall jaw and facial alignment. Dr.Bert was patient and conservative in his approach for braces and guided us for nearly 18 months post butterfly treatment to determine if braces were absolutely necessary. Couldn’t say enough about Rouleau Orthodontics- amazing staff from friendly front desk, attentive and caring medical assistants and doctors - you guys rock!!! Our 11 year old son had his first orthodontic treatment in this office with Invisiline. Non of the other offices we visited before agreed to have it done, but this office believed that he can do it and their trust and encouragement let our son follow through the accelerated schedule. He just finished his treatment in 9 month instead of anticipated 14 month - no crowding on the bottom and corrected overbite - beautiful smile! Thank you!!! We were visiting from out of town and my daughter left her expander key home. The ladies in the office grabbed an extra key and gave it to us free of charge and had us on our way in thirty seconds. They have a very friendly and helpful staff!

All three of my children were treated by Dr. Rouleau and most recently by his son, Aaron. Two of my kids were treated in two phases, so we've spent many years driving to their office all the way from Morgan Hill. I have recommended this office to many folks and will continue to do so.

I've been an Invisalign patient of the Drs. Rouleau for 14 months and I absolutely love my new smile. I was originally referred by a coworker of mine and am incredibly glad that I was. They are both very skilled orthodontists and are incredibly friendly and patient. I have used Rouleau Orthodontics for all of my children - 2 of which went through only 1 set of braces while the other had to go through braces twice. Although I had a long drive to get to the office, I didn't mind going. They were always on schedule and got us in and out of there in no time. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and Bert and Aaron are wonderful. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! Last time I had been there was few years back, but today I called them because a retainer wire (installed many years earlier at a different practice) had snapped. I transfered from LA mid treatment and it was a much more pleasant experience to go to an Orthodontist that was available 4 days a week rather than twice a month. Also, the transition was made easy.
