Obnoxious, Worthless Doctor, Completely wasted my time!

Near perfect visit in my books. I got there early to fill out my paperwork and was seen immediately after I completed it. The front staff and nurses are all exceptionally kind and friendly, the place was impressively clean, and Dr. Zeffren was quick, efficient, friendly and knowledgable. He does have a minor problem with cutting people off, however I do not hold it over his head as I have a tendency to drone on and he was bouncing between patients like a tennis ball. Everything was conducted with both professionalism and respectfulness, I was in and out without unnecessary hassle and he spoke in such a way that my dodo bird brain could understand everything without coming across as condescending.

We were a new client that needed to get in right away, they were very helpful and got us in the same week. They were very organized with the paperwork online so we were able to fill it out early. The office staff were all super welcoming and friendly. Dr. Zeffren himself was very thorough, we came in with a lymph node issue that was a little out of his realm and he spent extra time making sure he got all of our medical history. We are currently running his test and will possibly be referred John Hopkins. Would highly recommend. Dr. Zeffren and his staff are wonderful.

Dr. Zeffren and his staff are wonderful. They are friendly and helpful. He is very knowledgeable and has been treating my asthma and allergies for years very effectively. The place is always spotless and they make sure that their patients are taken care of in a timely fashion. I have never had a problem getting an appointment when needed, either. I trust Dr. Zeffren and his staff implicitly with my healthcare needs. As a Nurse, I know how important it is to feel like you can trust a Physician and anyone on their staff. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Zeffren and his ever-so-pleasant and friendly staff to everyone I know (and people I don't know).

Dr. Zeffren and his entire staff are wonderful! He was able to get my childhood asthma under control as a child, and now as an adult, he has gotten my allergies under control. I highly recommend Dr. Zeffren!

I have been taking my now 15 year old to see Dr. Zeffren since he was 7 for severe allergies and shots. Dr. Zeffren has always listened to what my son has to say and the medications he recommends have drastically improved my son's symptoms. I highly recommend him.

We have been looking for answers for my son for many years. Dr. Zeffren was the first one that look the time to listen to his history do in-depth testing and try to help us get answers. Thank you for being so patient with my little guy.

I can survive allergy season now!

This office has a friendly front staff, along with Dr. Zeffren being extremely helpful with explaining all options of care.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a Dr and staff in my life. While Dr Zeffren was more than knowledgeable and clearly excellent physician, he interrupted frequently and did not carefully set expectations or address my concerns. Not only that but I was overcharged by more than $300 for visit even though my plan paid 100% of benefits. A few weeks later When I inquired about why several hundred dollars would be held without notifying me the front desk simply stated they used it as credit towards future visit then referred me to my health insurance company.

Literally the worst doctor I have ever encountered. Arrogant, cuts you off while your talking, and will leave you waiting for hours. Also if you are a new patient you have to fill out a ridiculous amount of paperwork. Worst experience I’ve had with a doctor in my life. I gave him the benefit of the doubt despite all his bad reviews online. Do not make the same mistake I did. He has horrible reviews for a reason.

I've seen Dr. Zeffren for several years now- haven't changed practices only because of the kind nurses & front office. Typically I only have to come in for my shots, but my semi-annual visits with the doctor are the worst. He ignores patients, cuts them off, is rude & dismissive & is ALWAYS late. A typical appointment is slotted for an hour & I'm always in the office 2+ hours (even the first of the day). Also bring your winter wardrobe- always freezing and I've gotten sick from the office.

I went to the Allergy and Immunology located in Hunters Creek. The front desk ladies were extremely kind and helpful. The assistant was also very friendly and listened to my concerns. However, Dr. Zeffren is absolutely the worst! I told him all my current symptoms and all of the side effects caused my previous medicines, and he rejected my statements by telling me "absolutely no way are those related". He talks down to you and asks as if he is the king. Believes he is always right.
