Had pain and infection from one of my wisdom teeth. Krupp center was able to accommodate me rather quickly. However they shy you away from sedation and would rather do local. It’s also more expensive and gas/sedation are not covered. I feel as though they did not want to perform sedation because I am a heavier set women and I also overheard Fadahunsi mention it. Most likely will not go back as I was numb but uncomfortable with him jerking and feeling like he was breaking my jaw

My first visit was yesterday and I was very impressed by how clean the office was and how very nice the staff was, they made me feel comfortable and I’m no longer afraid to get my broken wisdom tooth out

My 7 year old was referred to Dr. Krupp from his regular dentist and I must say from the time I called in til the end of the appointment very pleased with their fast and amazing service

Hello I have a 14 year old that was referred to Dr Krupp for removal of tooth 3. They made me wait outside and when I son returned to me he was missing 5 teeth . I am in total shock . The paper work clearly says only tooth 3. I am not getting a lawyer. No child or anyone one should have to go through what he put my son and myself through. 14 without 5 teeth is evil of him . Do not go to him , he just want money . They told me I signed for it . But I never talked about it they never explained to me what will happen because thats not what supposed to had happen . Honestly quickest and best experience I’ve ever had with tooth removal. Dr krupp Is obviously highly skilled. He had both my broken infected wisdom teeth out in literally five minutes! I couldn’t believe it was Over that fast. The assistant was super nice too and talked me thru what they were going to do and aftercare. Highly recommend!!

I had two extractions done and when I tell you the staff made me feel so welcoming and clam because I was scared,this was the best experience I ever had at a dentist appointment even dr.Krupp was super cool. Thank you I will be coming back .

This office are unprofessional and rude everybody who cough don't have covid 19 I thought a dentist is suppose to help people in pain not turn them away because the parent have a cough it should be a better why to handle it not turn the patient away I don't recommend this place

Dr. Krupp explained everything that he would do for my procedure before I scheduled my extractions, Then on the day of my surgery Alexis was the assistant and she kept me calm and relaxed during the entire process. I'm a happy and satisfied patient who will be referring others to Dr. Krupp for their oral surgery needs.

I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed on 1-8-2021 and from the young lady at the front desk to the team who took me back to get my teeth removed down to Dr. Krupp was great! I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed yesterday. I was extremely nervous being that I’ve never had any kind of dental work outside of braces. The nurse (her name begins with a “T” and has an accent, I’m so sorry I don’t remember her name!) was SO sweet, informative and comforting from beginning to end. Dr. Krupp was also extremely personable and sweet. I knew I was in good hands the entire time and I’m so thankful for having such a wonderful experience. I don’t remember much of the procedure, it went by very fast (id say maybe 25 minutes in total) and very pleasant. I’m on day 2 of healing and feeling good. Dr. Krupp and his staff refused to see me or make an appointment simply because I am disabled, on fixed income and/or gay. This office refused to make an appointment via email even though I requested reasonable accomodations due to my illness and dissability to communicate via email. Refused to make an appointment, refused treatment all without ever meeting me, seeing me, or taking any medical history whatsoever. They tried to wipe me off on the University of Baltimore Dental school clinic where dental students practice on patients that dont have insurance. I HAVE INSURANCE!! and their office knew this. Dr. Krupps office treated me less than human, made many untrue assumptions and refused treatment based on prejudgment. (Prejudice!!) I will be making a complaint to the justice department civil rights/discrimination department and possibly taking legal action against this prejudice Dr. and his employees. Discrimination based on dissability, sexual orientation, or financial status all are in direct violation of many laws and the ADA (Americans with dissabilities Act) Run far far away, I would not use this dentist if he were last dentist on planet. How he stays in practice if he regularly discriminates or treats patients this way is beyond me. Seeing the other complaints I see I am not the only person mistreated by this Dr. and his office staff. What happened to ethics, and the hippocratic oath? Oh, and Dr. Krupp violated his very own discrimination policy where electronic communications is listed as a reasonable accommodation they specify list. I read the reviews before going in and was scared to go. But it actually was a very good experience. My only problem (well not really problem) is that Dr Krupp didn’t actually come in and talk to me before the procedure, he just came in and gave me the anesthesia and started on me.

Dr. Krupp has treated myself, my son, and my daughter. He is extremely professional. The environment is clean. His staff is very friendly and put you at ease. They are highly skilled and trained and will answer all of your questions.. if they can't Dr. Krupp will!. He is 66 and in the navy reserves! Rock on!! I was extremely nervous going into the Krupp center today because of the reviews but only risked it because of my horrible wisdom tooth pain. Well I was pleasantly surprised! Everyone was extremely nice. My appointment was at 10:30 I arrived at 10 and immediately taken back for X-rays and a consultation. They explained the procedure and answered all of me and my husbands questions. I guess they could tell I was nervous so they handled me with “kid gloves” which I appreciated. The price was excellent to have 4 wisdom teeth removed with sedation. I was in and out in a hour and my husband was briefed with my aftercare instructions. Excellent overall experience!! Brutal at pulling teeth

I wish I would have read the reviews here before going to see Dr. Krupp. I got a light sedation wisdom teeth removal done and it was a horrible experience. The "laughing gas" did not work (or they didn't give it enough time to work, could have saved $200 and just got the needles). His bedside manner is horrible, sorry to say. I screamed through both numbing needles and he told me "You don't need to scream, just CHILL". He rushed through the entire procedure and was very rough. While pulling the 2nd tooth, I felt pain and pressure. Instead of them upping the gas or stopping he just kept going to hurry and get it done. When it was over I was shaking (very nervous) and he said "see u survived". The place looked very nice. The assistant was a very nice and kind. Not sure how the other doctors are at this practice but I never want to see Dr. Krupp again!!! My dentist recommended Dr. Krupp to remove a wisdom tooth. I read ALL the online reviews before making an appointment and was just a little concerned. It was very easy to schedule, insurance plan was acceptable, no delay in the waiting room and the whole office makes a good impression. They are extremely business-like so, if a personal and more warm approach is important for you, you're probably not the best patient for him/his practice. It is true Dr. Krupp's bedside manners are not the best ( My muscles were tense and my face showed. He asked "Am I killing you?"). My experience with dr.krupp was pretty awesome. His practice is clean, the assistants are nice and his tech kept laughing just in time for my extractions of 4 molars in the same day lol i was out of his chair with in 20mins

Had a AWESOME experience everyone was so nice I went in for wisom teeth extraction ALL 4!!!! Had an wonderful pain free experience. Took only 20-30min and I was on my way home. Dr.Krupp and his staff is amazing!!!!

I read the reviews after making my appointment and got hesitant, but went to my appointment anyway. I must say I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience with Dr. Krupp and his staff. The office is very busy and the receptionist was not warm and fuzzy, but she was very helpful and did a great job managing the office traffic. Alex, my hygienist was amazing! I felt comfortable from x-ray to monitoring. I had to have 3 wisdom teeth removed and had a very large salivary gland stone that required unplanned removal as well. I was able to make arrangements to pay for this service and they were very accommodating. Dr. Krupp did not rush, he explained what he saw on imaging and was very fast! I was under anesthesia but the entire procedure was only 10 minutes. My blood pressure was through the roof and he treated it and monitored it during and after the procedure. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed today and Dr. Krupp did an amazing job. I felt no pain at all during the procedure, and minimal swelling afterwards. He made sure I was relaxed and very comfortable.

It was very easy to schedule, insurance plan was acceptable, no delay in the waiting room and the office makes a good impression. They are extremely business-like; so, if a personal and more warm approach is important for you, this is probably not a good match. If you read Dr. Krupp's bedside manners are not the best, it's true. I was tense and my face showed, he asked "Am I killing you?". My goal was safe and pain-free procedure which was accomplished.

Horrible wisdom teeth extraction experience. DO NOT GO HERE

Consultation was done in about 5 min with I guess his assistant meant the doctor for 2 min. I had to ask for a update on my son when he was done I looked at him like I wanted to cry I had to ask can you pls rinse his mouth. Also when my son was done one of the assistance took me to the wrong child i had to tell her that’s not my son. It’s like a assembly line full of patients in with one out with the other. The lady at the desk overcharged me even though I told her I spoke with my insurance company all she had to do was call. She didn’t listen but still over charged me now I have to go back to get that straight. They are so impersonal it’s all about the work and not patient care. Again they left my sons mouth a mess by the time I went to get him the doctor was gone to another surgery and I had to ask his assistant questions . I don't normally write negative reviews but my experience with Dr. Krupp was honestly terrifying. I did the wisdom teeth removal surgery without sedation as I am emetophobic and Krupp and associates told me that the sedation causes the majority of nauseousness in patients. Needless to say, I should have just gotten sedated. Dr. Krupp started my surgery out with a series of 6-8 numbing needles ranging from light pinches to intense pain that sent my body into shock. I signaled for him to pause before the last couple of needles so I could calm myself down as I felt like I was either going to faint or throw up. He decided we would just power through, ignoring my request, and continued on. Then during the actual surgery, I was having a lot of trouble breathing. Normally dentists in the past have given me some sort of gesture to make if I need them to pause or if I'm in pain. He gave me none of those things so at one point when I was really struggling to breathe, I put up my hand to get him to stop and he swatted it away, scolding me for getting in the way of the sharp instruments. Thankfully, the surgery was over soon and I was left shaking in the chair, feeling incredibly violated and ready to cry. The nurse that was with me was very kind but she had a thick European accent that made it hard for me to understand the instructions she was giving me. She gave me contradictory instructions to the pamphlet and the pamphlet itself wasn't that informative so I had to call back the next day to clarify. Looking back, the pre-surgery appointment was a huge waste of time as all they really did was have me watch this video on the surgery (that only really explained it in terms of being sedated) and I met the doctor for maybe 2 minutes. No walkthrough of the surgery. No warning. Nothing. I didn't even get a good list of what I should and shouldn't eat. Looking back, I'm almost 100% sure he was so horrible during my surgery because the waiting room was full (they must have scheduled too many people for that day) and he was rushing. My need to wait and collect myself did not fit into his schedule. Please, if you have a choice, don't go here for wisdom teeth removal, especially if you have anxiety like me. I thankfully had a good recovery but the emotional impact of the surgery is not going away any time soon. Amazingly talented surgeon! Removed four wisdom teeth in a matter of minutes with only numbing shots. Wasn't painful at all except for minor discomfort from the shots. Quick recovery, didn't have to take any days off of school. Thank you Dr. Krupp!

Dr. Krupp is excellent. Pulled two wisdom teeth in the space of ten minutes. I didn’t even realize that they were out. I was very nervous but I was in good hands.

I just had a tooth pulled by Dr. Krupp. He was very nice and did a wonderful job. He made sure that I was not in any pain and was reassuring me it was going to be fine because I was nervous. His assistant Alexis is a gem. She was very sweet and funny and put me right at ease while we were waiting for Dr. Krupp to come in and remove the tooth. I really enjoyed our conversation. Wait time was a little long because Dr. Krupp was the only doctor on staff and he was busy.

WARNING DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! This guy is a piece of work. Got my wisdom teeth removed should have been a normal thing. Got a sinus infection after a shard was beginning to push its way out a little after. have never had one before in my life so was unsure of what it was but puss was in my mouth and I couldn't eat or breath due to it, he told me I could have went to my regular dentist to remove the shard and then didn't give me any antibiotics for the sinus infection. Worst bedside manner I have ever experienced with a "medical professional". So disrespectful rude. I would advise you to find another place to go because you will most likely leave traumatized that is if you are only getting general anaesthesia like I did.

Beware of this guy he is only after money. Told me there was no medication for my gums the only result was to have laser surgery which would cost $2000. Also accused me of being drug addict because of the condition of my gums. He tried to schdule surgery asap so he could get his money. I tried calling there 6 times before surgery date to try an get more info on the surgery an every time was to busy to talk an never return my phone calls untill i canceled surgery an then there was voicemail after voicemail that i need this surgery an shouldnt have cancelled surgery. My experience with Dr Krupp wasn't great. Before my 10 year old son's procedure( 4 baby teeth extraction) we were rushed off to the waiting room by the assistant with her saying he will be fine you wont. With out a consult, all we wanted to say was he won't react very well and to be patient with him being that he is nervous . After the procedure we picked him up in the back of the office and when asked how it went she said ah it was fine... 2 mins later my son was in tears saying the Dr. told him to stop acting like a baby and was mean. Now I understand what he was trying to do but this all could gave been avoided if we weren't rushed and we didn't appreciate not being told that he had a bad experience after the procedure. So far....I'm not enjoying my experience. 10 minutes into the visit. The secretary left out a crucial peice of information when setting the appointment. I'll let you gamble on whether or not you choose to find out the day of your surgury. Not at all conveient for the patient and I haven't even seen the surgeon yet. Dr Krupp seemed cool, experienced and Likes Elon musk and seems like a generally good guy. But the initial visit set the tone for the rest of the visit. I was anxious and stressed from the moment I sat in the chair until I was able to calm down. Procedure went fine, very fast. Save your money and don't be put under anesthesia ....it's not bad and Dr krupp made it very painless and easy. Getting numbed with lidocaine took longer. The front desk lady needs some training in heart head heart communication when speaking with patients. A courtesy call/reminder the day before could have prevented then issue in the beginning. I just had my wisdom teeth pulled today, and honestly this was the best experience I've ever had at any dental office anywhere. They are very clean, very professional & make you feel more then comfortable! I would recommend dr Krupp to EVERYONE I know! I was 6 months pregnant going to get 4 wisdom teeth pulled. I have never been so disrespected by amedical professional in my life. I was very nervous going in knowing I was having surgery wide awake with only a local anesthetic. He told me I was being dramatic that he didn't have all day etc. I told him to his face about how mean he was I did not let him finish the procedure and left. I've never been jabbed so hard with needles. I wish I could leave more of a review. How do I report him!? Help!

Dr Krupp performed dental implant procedures on my teeth. Because of a chronic health condition, one of the procedures developed complications, and, eventually, a repeat procedure for the same tooth. Dr. Krupp was generous with his time and is extremely thorough in his approach to patient care. His very high level of expertise inspires confidence in his ability to fully address whatever may arise. And he did not charge me for the repeat procedure. My implants looks great and function perfectly!

I was also treated very rudely and arrogantly by Dr. Krupp and his staff. I was the victim of a brutal assault and got mugged, and as a result suffered a mild-traumatic brain injury and my teeth were misaligned. The attacker was charged with first degree assault and intent to injury with a deadly weapon. The technician told me being paralyzed for a day, and unable to walk for months WASN'T THAT BIG OF A DEAL and Dr. Krupp said that the fact my bite was perfectly aligned right before the assault and was misaligned directly after the assault was a COINCIDENCE. And of course, his medical opinion in terms of prognosis was wrong because he was too busy being a jerk instead of being a smart doctor who focuses on MEDICINE. As doom and gloom it sounds to get 3 widsom teeth removed, the Experience was Friendly, Expeditious and Outstanding! My surg tech, Mrs. Tamara is the epitome of first impressions! And, then the other team followed suit. Never having mouth work done before, they assured me I would be OK, and thoroughly discussed my procedures, do's and dont's, etc. And even better is that they are NOT money honey! I thought I was going to get 4 removed, but was advised that one should remain in place to not effect my nose/sinus area, and it wouldn't effect my teeth either. I left confident that mouth would heal timely and properly. They took my teeth, but kept me with my wisdom! Definitely would recommend them!!!! I was pregnant and had a horizontally impacted wisdom tooth the x rays were terrifying. No one would pull it because it was surgical and i was pregnant. The office is very nice a clean. I went just for the consultation and actually got it pulled same day! I was so scared because i couldnt be put to sleep. Dr.krupp had it pulled AND another wisdom tooth in less time than it took to prep me. AMAZING simply amazing! I was over joyed. I apparently lost alot of blood and they kept me a luttle longer. He seems very well qualified, but very abrupt and condescending. When I asked him a specific question about my daughter's teeth, he responded, 'Didn't you watch the video? I did watch the video, but a video doesn't know her specific case. I felt belittled and a bit afraid to ask him any further questions. Poor bedside manor

My husband had surgery with a surgeon in Dr. Krupp's practice.. it was for a severe underbite... the doctor in his practice did the procedure in conjunction with a very reputable orthodontist... after the surgery there was a change in the office and the doctor that did my husband's surgery was no longer there... Took the day off to get my daughter and i wisdom teeth out. Schedule the appointment well in advance. Got a call the day before to confirm appointment. Got there went through the standard procedure until we got to the back in the treatment room. I was handed a $700.00 bill before treatment and was told to pay half upfront in order to have the services were rendered. Not to mention i have dental insurance. Needless to say, my daughter and I left without treatment because we just did not have the money upfront. Tried to explain to the nurse and the front desk rep that is very inconsiderate of them to request such a payment during the patient appointment, without letting the patient know in advance that they would have an out-of-pocket expense. Like patients are sitting ATM machines. They were not only rude but lacked general customer service...the nurse just walked out. Needless to say, it was a wasted day off from work and school for my daughter. If they had told me i had that amount to pay upfront, i would have cancelled the appointment and rescheduled; and they would have scheduled two other patients. Not good business. Word to the wise. Find another place to go if you do not have the money upfront. If you do decide to go to this place never schedule a consultation and procedure on the same day...EVER!!! Schedule two different appointments; one for the consult and one for the procedure. Have them run your dental insurance information with a rough estimate of what your out-of-pocket expense will be before the day of the appointment. That way you have the option to conveniently schedule the appointment based on your availability of funds. Overall, i wish i had read the reviews of this place before i went, i would not have scheduled my appointment. They have more negative reviews than positive one...which should have been a red flag. Dr Krupp is simply an amazing surgeon. I first met him on referral for wisdom tooth removal. It was so quick and painless - in fact, I woke up not believing anything had been done. Later when I decided to have a little "pick me up" I chose Dr Krupp. First, I had lip implants and love them! But my now pert lips made everything else look a little sad so I thought about getting a few more tweaks. After all, as an oral and maxillofacial surgeon who better? Their speciality is neck up so neck up I went. I had a neck lift and liposuction, a nasal tip refinement and my eyes lifted. The results are amazing. The healing time was very quick. I have been a patient of Dr. Krupp’s for several years and have used his services for cosmetic/esthetic care as well as tooth extraction and whitening. His office is clean and modern with plenty of parking. The front desk staff welcomes you into the office, makes you feel right at home, and is prepared to answer any questions you may have. His surgical staff is very knowledgeable and takes great care of you before, during and after your procedure while making you feel at ease regardless of the procedure you may be there for. Totally out for money. Went there for acne what I was given sucked, Dr. Krupp was arrogant and plain rude. When I said I was unhappy with treatment he pretty much told me tough crap that this stuff works for everyone. Which also make him a liar not one thing works for all skin types.
