Dr. Benson Massey

Terrible bedside manner. Spent the first 5 minutes of our appointment by arguing that our primary dr is from Aurora and not Froedtert.(went through my chart until he found the note from 2000 that proved my primary was indeed Aurora at that time!) Then procceded to complain that he never got an introduction letter from prior drs. Dr Massey insisted that diagnoses given were ALL wrong. Never once did his homework prior to our appointment. Never once asked if how we felt about any of this. Very unprofessional and we won’t be back! I highly say “stay away if you have complex or rare needs”. He is not interested in hearing what his patients have to say. He only wants to be proven right and appears to go to any lengths to do so. On the positive: his staff was wonderful and courteous.
