I Love him he is a great Dr and listens to what you have to say. He is straight forward and by the book. Definitely not a pill pusher like most pain Dr's. The office girls are nice.

Dr Sanchez & all his staff bed side manners are wonderful. I have been seeing him for more than 5 years he will talk to you about sports or just about your pain. I am in & out in 15 minutes or so. They call the day before appointment. They care. Not sure who or when the person saw that had bad beside manners but it was not Dr Sanchez or the staff he has had since 2016. Maybe caught someone on a bad day. But I have never seen it. I like to get in & out of doctors offices to many germs. Dr Sanchez's office is rated 10 stars for me. They take most major insurance. I am on united health care ( Medicaid ). The first appointment takes about an hour or so. But after you get the meds that help you then its in & out unless you want to visit.

Dr. Sanchez is a wonderful doctor. He listens to the patient and he understands I'm in real pain.

I have had 2 appointments the 1st time they didn't have me on the appointment book the only reason he saw me was the envelope with all the paperwork they sent me had my appointment inside. The 2nd appointment the only reason I knew about it was I called to see if the MRI he ordered was set up yet and it was not, they told me I had an appointment the next few days. I live a 100 miles away and have to have someone drive me. Showed up and guess what no appointment. MRI was set up 2 weeks he was going to call in pain medication never did when I called he wanted new x-rays. They already had 2 x-rays and 2 ct scans, at 1st they said they didn't have any paperwork on me after 10 minutes on the phone they found them, but now he wants new x-rays. I feel I did all they asked of me. I feel they are very incompetent and very rude people and the Doctors manor is worst of all !!!! Dr.Benny Sanchez MD Is a very caring and listening doctor. He has been helping me with all my Chronic Severe Pain that. l suffer from day to day and for the Rest of my Life. He has been my Pain doctor going on four years. I appreciate Doctors like him that are able to help me and others that Have Chronic pain. I Iove my Doctor. The secretary at the front is the most rude person i have ever encountered in a drs office. I will never go back to that place!!!!

This is the dirtiest place I've ever seen. I can't believe its a Doctors office. Dirty clothes on all workers.Office/front desk girl was extremely rude an unhelpful. She was combative and unprofessional. The big, thick , round girl who called herself the doctors daughter got in a fist fight with a patient outside the office. UNBELIEVABLE!! This Doctor is terrible!! He wanted to put me on a Drug (Lyrica) that he knew had severe side effects on my legs. When I asked for Tramadol, He told me to go somewhere else. TRAMADOL ? REALLY? Avoid this guy! Time to retire benny!

Unprofessional staff , very rude to patients. My grandmother wouldn’t understand and they we’re raising their voice at her . Totally unprofessional wouldn’t not recommend at all.

Receptionist is very rude and Dr. Sanchez will continue to loose a lot of business because of her.

I would give no stars but not an option. The office staff are so unprofessional hanging up on patients, demanding patients come for an early appointment because of weather conditions then when arriving 20 minutes early (10 minutes before appointment) the office is closed. Get called 30 minutes later telling you they are not seeing patients for the next week. Refused to give records after over a dozen requests by doctors. If you want oxcotton or moriphen he is for that. Nothing more then a drug pusher. When I saw a new pain management doctor I was asked how I functioned? As I was 4x the therapeutic levels for opioids. Under his "care" I was on 4 opioids, 2 muscle relaxers, allergy medicine and anti nausea medication. Most doctors i have spoken about it with said he was trying to kill me and prescribing amazed I didn't overdose with the way he was prescribing. So in short if you want a drug pusher he's your man, if you want someone who cares and will actually treat you go somewhere else. I would give no stars but not an option. Lisa the office/front desk girl was extremely rude an unhelpful. She was combative and unprofessional. She hung up on me twice... Talked over me. She was extremely condescending she talked at me...not to me. She wasn't caring whatsoever, there was no care in her healthcare. I couldn't believe this was the way they treat the disabled. Dr. Sanchez saved my life 10+ yrs. ago - no joking here. After a severe flesh eating bacteria infected my leg post total knee replacement; I was already blessed to be alive and saved my leg. Dr. Sanchez rounded out my trifecta of blessings by saving my life from the ridiculous medications I was on for the previous year of recovery - something another pain management Doctor Who didn’t care about me as a person or my personal road to recovery put me on. My first meeting with Dr. Sanchez I was intimidated and out of my gourd with medications. What I’ve learned the differences with Dr. Sanchez compared to the four other pain management doctors I have seen is; he understands pain because he’s been in pain and he lives with pain. Dr. Sanchez is a veteran of Vietnam and a Purple Heart recipient . He served numerous tours for the country before being wounded and living with pain himself from that injury. The previous p.m. doctor had me not only on a STRONG Fentanyl patch (I don’t recall the exact mg. dosage I’m sorry) but I was taking a prescription of 120 Norco; 4 mg of Xanax bars; Ambien; depression meds; ugh the list goes on. Dr. Sanchez took one look at me and knew I needed help. He is soft spoken, listen well. He will explain as much as you need about your condition and how it affects your body (joints, discs, nerves etc.). Ask questions if you have them. But DONT go in there expecting to fool him - it won’t work people. He is the real deal and there are so few REAL Pain Management doctors out in the greater HOU area because they get arrested for pill-milk practice. THIS IS NOT YOUR PLACE IF THATS YOUR INTENTION! Sadly, I have witnessed many a patient being escorted out or the police called on them for this practice. He is there to help people he is a Christian man through and through and will not tolerate those that come into abuse the system. There has been times when another doctor has been taken over and he has had new patients come in from that doctor to where they wanted the same medications given to them. If that’s not what you need he won’t give it to you. He wants you to have a great quality of life he doesn’t want you to be a zombie. So I would recommend if you’re a serious Patient in need of genuine, compassionate care to consider Dr. Sanchez. I know that his staff has not received the greatest of reviews here however I just asked that many of you keep in mind the amount of BS that they go through with people trying to manipulate the system or; becoming angry because their medications aren’t approved by insurance; and dealing with a very difficult food and drug administration, insurance companies and pharmacies in order to get the type of care Dr. Sanchez desires for his patients. I have known all of them over the past 12 years and I promise you - they have the best of intentions.

Unprofessional staff. Rude. Unwilling to answer questions that do not have to do with anything other than pill pushing. The entire staff and doctor act as if they are hiding something. I witnessed them destroying narcotics by flushing down the toilet. Run from this doctor

What a joke!! First off I had to wait a month for an appointment. When i went in for my first appointment the said the didn't receive my records from my previous Dr. When i called back to see if they had recieved them yet..they told me they had recieved them 4 days before my appt. So i go back for yet another appointment and tell them i don't want pain meds i need Suboxones they told me because my UA was dirty from trying to not be sick..they told me to get out!! He is by the book and one of the most caring and concerned doctors I've seen. He isn't satisfied with managing pain just to make it through the day, He strives to make sure i am able to live life as normal as possible.

Dr. Sanchez is the best Doctor I have had, I wish I didn’t have to move. He and his staff show exemplary care and compassion. He is about patient care more than he is about the bottom dollar. He is so good to my kids as well when we go in. I wish I could move he and his staff with me to Mississippi. I honestly don’t think I will find another doctor like him. Stay away. The meds he prescribes have terrible long lasting side effects. My husband ended up in the hospital because of them. Their response?....go find another doctor!

I had an appointment 2 months out and the day of the appointment I was sent away!! It seems that he is a anesthesiologist first then a pain management Doctor 2nd!! I had run out of my pain pills since I was not from this area and could not get a refill until I saw a specialist. The thing that infuriated me was that they were going to have to reschedule my appointment for another month out and I could once again get bumped for his first profession of anesthesiology!!! Dr. Sanchez is a wonderful doctor. He listens to me I mean really listens to me. He cares he even ask me about my daughter when I go in. He is not just a doctor who is trying to get in and out of there.

At the age of 48 I received a second cervical fusion and the nerve damage was so horrible I couldn’t stand the pain . I was growing weaker by the day and by the grace of God I left the doctor I was seeing and started seeing Dr. Benny J Sanchez .he adjusted my medication . My spinal headaches are controlled now and I now have the use of my arms back considering how weak they were before . I’m going on my 11th year of seeing him and wouldn’t trade him for the world . He was a God send for me .

He stood me and others up due to him trying to be 2 doctors in 1 ... He is an anesthesiologist first and foremost and then a pain management doctor. This role should be reversed as he is causing more pain to the people he doesn't see if he is called to do anesthesia! I had to wait 2 months to see him just to be turned away for another 1 month due to this fact.!!! No guarantee that in 1 month this wouldn't happen again !!! JUST AWFUL !!!!

Dr Sanchez is a great doctor very easy person to talk to my husband has been in a coma since summer and haven’t been able to make scheduled appointments so dropped me I asked for medical recounts it’s been over three weeks and still no word.

Dr Sanchez is a very caring doctor. He takes the time to listen to you and he explains what your options are. I have a incurable disorder so I have needed long time care and he's been great.

Doctor has lost control of his patient care decisions to Office Mgr. I have been lied to and undermined. Too many 'Head Games'. Ex: Given Rx that states:'Take 1 pill q 8-12 hrs as needed'. That should equal at least 60 pills(for 1 month @2/day) to 90 pills(for 1 month@3/day) Not Rocket Science! The actual quantity you get is 45??? When asked why the discrepancies, was told to 'try to only take 1/day, if doesn't work to call office.So you call and Office Mgr says 'No More'??

He is either a kind man or a great actor. The office manager will lie say you never let them know of your meds, but you actually carry your meds everywhere and in their prescribed bottles. Then say if I filled out forms 3 months before seeing this doctor for the first time you are not allowed to see other doctors. What a coincidence after I called for a over the phone talk with the Dr.Sanchez and begged for an emergency appointment so that I could follow the rules. I get dropped just like that.
