Gave me an appointment all of way in Fontana, when I live in Chino Hills just to find out on the day of the appointment that they made a mistake and that Dr. Guzman doesn’t even work at that clinic no more. Called the Chino Hills office and the lady who answer the phone was extremely rude. I told her I deserve at least an apology for making me drive all of way there waist my time and money and she said it was my fault for not calling them to verified the appointment after me getting 3 emails confirming it. Dr. Is good but not hesitate to rush and figure out problems.. they sorta go through the elimination process rather than jump and try to figure out the problem right away .. now I have to go back again and again.. nurses kinda unprofessional when asked questions but scinse we all need a Dr I guess we gotta deal with it .

Are you kidding me??? You don’t accept debit or credit card at your office?? This is not a legit doctor’s office. I’ve never heard of a doctor who refuses to see their patients AND threatens to cancel their appointment if they don’t pay cash for the copay. I wouldn’t be surprised if the doctors did not know this is happening at their front desk. But that doesn’t exactly reflect well on their business practices if they don’t know how to manage their receptionists and office manager. Are you kidding me??? Just tried to schedule an appointment but Dr Lee. is taking a half day so no physician will be in the office from 1-6. Thanks for nothing. The receptionist wasn’t very helpful either.

I had the most horrible experience with Dr. Guzman. I came in inquiring about anti depression/anxiety medication to help me in times of panic attacks and heightened anxiety. I was told that I must first try an SSRI inhibitor called Zoloft. I told doctor Guzman that I would not like to take a pill everyday but I was told that Valium and Ativan etc were addictive drugs and that I must not take until I have tried Zoloft. During my time on Zoloft, I suffered nerve damage and loss of sensation in my face, my mind was in a haze, and worst of all is the excruciating stomach pain that occurs in the mornings mostly. I took Zoloft for only a couple months and stopped cold turkey when I noticed the side effects were from the drug. I never wanted to take this drug. I was told that I had to in fear of me getting addicted to the medications that I truly needed. This medication has effected my life negatively, to this day I still have digestion problems and I would urge people to practice caution and to never feel pressured to go onto a medication that is recommended that may have severe long term effects on your life. It was over a year ago that I was on Zoloft for 2 months and I still suffer the negative effects today. I had the most horrible experience with Dr. Guzman.
