I see that others have received the same care as I did from this doctor! I'm so sorry to hear. It's sad he's still in business!! When I saw him back in 2006, he was very patronizing and condescending. During my pregnancy, he was constantly vocally judgemental towards me... every appt he made little comments that were just uncalled for. Every time I see him name, it makes me mad on how he treated me and how he's treating other women. I remember getting up and leaving his office in tears, 8 months pregnant, crying as I'm yelling back at him. Yes... he was yelling at me as well. Although I was so angry at him, I did stand up for myself. Do yourself a favor and stay away! He doesn't like young women having babies!

Unprofessional. Conducted procedures that we discovered were medically unnecessary, upon consultation with other professionals. Stated explicitly that he was only willing to provide birth control for married women and that he would place an IUD for me only because I had a 'legitimate' medical reason. Asked him to give me a moment before beginning exam, but he did not wait. Consent matters regardless of whether it's a partner or a healthcare professional. Women, stay away.

Staff is very nice and accommodating. Dr. Zivney is very condescending and patronizing. When I brought up the issue of my birth control causing anxiety, he made me feel like I was crazy and told me to keep taking it. I also asked about getting and IUD and basically told me he only gives them to woman who are married and in a monagamous relationship, but reluctantly said he would give me one if I really wanted it. Very condescending and patronizing. When I brought up the issue of my birth control maybe causing anxiety, he made me feel like I was crazy for even suggesting it. I also brought up the thought of getting an IUD and he basically told me he only gives them to married women who are in a monagamous relationship, but reluctantly agreed to give me one if I truly desired. Would constantly talk down to me and didn't respect my ideas or concerns. Will not be going back.

Dr. Zivney was rude. He kept asking me about my sexual activity like he did not believe my answer. He made a rude comment that I almost kicked for and instantly made me feel annoyed and uncomfortable. Also a doctor should never make comment like "I have never seen this before" or "this is strange" during an exam, I instantly did not feel confident in him after that. He really should learn how to be gentle during an exam too. The nurses were really nice, but he ruined the appointment.
