I am a patient of Dr. Davis. I have been so for going on eight years. I chose Dr. Davis because I was a judge at the industrial commission and I met him when he testified on behalf of his patients. His testimony was so thorough on the medical and so compassionate Regarding his patients. So when I found myself needing a pain specialist, after listening to a half a dozen of the local best testify for years, Dr. Davis was the only physician I would go to. He's the best.

Dr. Davis arrogant, aggressive and does not listen. Is arrogance and inability to follow through or retain information puts patients at risk. Also expect to wait over an hour for each scheduled appointment.

I have been a patient of dr davis since 2003.he has made extraordinary efforts in helping me with my R S D. And thorasic outlet syndrome. I have spinal sim inplant, i also get bricial plexis nerve blocks that help and make a amazing different in my life. I don't know what i would do without dr davis. He is kind compassionate and takes his time with all his patients. Thank you Dr Davis for continuing to work with me and find a cure for me. Sincerely Dez pitt

Dr. Bennett Davis was a God send for me. We were traveling the U.S.A. When we arrived in Arizona I was in so much pain that we basically had been unable to do anything. In the evenings i would be in bed by 5 or 6 every night. I had previously had 4 back surgeries to include a fusion. I started looking for a pain clinic and found and began to read the stories on Dr. Davis's website and felt a little spark of hope. Dr. Davis is an excellent physician. He helped me tremendously.

I saw Dr. Davis for a lumbar epidural because I could barely walk due to pain in my right leg and hip. An MRI showed spinal stenosis. Back surgery was recommended by 2 other physicians. Dr. Davis' independent evaluation determined the pain was caused by arthritis in my right hip, not the spinal stenosis. He injected an anesthetic and within 5 minutes I felt significant relief. Within 3 days I was essentially pain free. I avoided unnecessary back surgery thanks to Dr. Davis

I never actually saw Dr. Davis but waited 1 hrs 15 mins trying to see him. After 45 minutes I inquired about the delay and was informed by the receptionist that the new patient coordinator would check with the DR. another 1/2 went by. Finally the office manager inquired why I was still waiting, as she had noticed me over the course of my 1 1/2 wait. I told her what was told. Her only response was "sorry." Are you kidding me? No offer to help...nothing. I left angry and still in pain.

When I first went in it was due to Doctor lewendriwky wanted me to try it fist before major surgery. I tried had have had 3 treatments and recived care. Fast forward 2 years and I can't get them to even call me back I guess they are done. To bad liked him. AZ pain centers is where I have to go now due to his staff never returning phone calls

have been suffering with the same pain for over 13 years trying to find a solution any type of help was reffered to dr. Davis informed him of what was wrong with me all the same symptoms reported to my dr. and the dr before her same symptoms reported to the hospital on multiple visitis with the pain over the years both st.joesph and TMC. First steps with dr.davis and knew to pain management explained all my symptoms and he started a round of shots I believe a block then trigger point injections

Regarding my patient-to-doctor experience, he was not a very good doctor to me, nor was he all that appropriate with me. As a result, I feel that my treatment & experience with this Dr. has been quite mediocre. Arrogance quickly comes to mind regarding his behavior towards me. I felt bullied & at times found him quite tyrannical in his approach. I also found him flippant & disrespectful towards my own health/chronic pain concerns. I certainly can go on & on, but this gives you insight.
