Best dentist I've ever been to. Laudig is very trustworthy which is my #1 priority with dentists. He and the staff are all very friendly. I moved out of town and wish he had an office here too!

Dr Laudig saved my teeth. I hit my front teeth and went to Johnson Family Dental for a consultation. The dentist saw me for 5 minutes and said we’ll have to wait and see if the teeth is dead in a few months. He performed no diagnostic tests, only looked at them visually. I went to Dr Ben Laudig for a second opinion. In contrast, he saw me for 20 minutes. In addition to an X ray, he placed a cold tool on my teeth and found that they were insensitive, demonstrating that all the nerves were gone. He took time to explain that the blood vessels and pulp in my teeth have started dying and will begin to rot. I got a root canal the next week. I don’t even know what would have happened if I had waited. Best dentist I have ever seen. Dr Laudig saved my teeth. I hit my front teeth and went to Johnson Family Dental for a consultation. Dr. Laudig and his entire staff are phenomenal. I have been going to him for years and he always makes me feel like I'm priority even though he has so many people to tend to. I had an emergency a couple of weeks ago, on a weekend. He/they fit me in first thing Monday morning. He also had the forethought to expedite my veneers from the lab so that there would be time for potential adjustments before the holidays. He's gentle and communicates about what he is doing. He checks in during his procedures to be sure he is aware of any discomfort. He's speedy and efficient! Dr. Laudig and his entire staff are phenomenal. Dr. Laudig is very nice and professional though I had some unhappy experience with the scheduling of the front desk.

When I had a really sore tooth during the New Year holiday, Dr. Laudig went over and above to make sure I was was taken care of. Exceeds all expectations, couldn’t recommend more!

Last year, I broke my jaw, and shattered three teeth. Now, thanks to Dr. Laudig, I have a half crown, 3/4 crown, and a veneer, all of which look and feel perfect. I constantly forget that they were even damaged in the first place! He does fantastic work, and I will be returning for any dental needs, be it regular cleanings or cosmetic fixes! I have had issues with my teeth for a long time and was always concerned about going to the dentist. Previous dentists always seemed to overcharge and under-perform when it came to the work I needed. Dr. Laudig and his staff completely changed this for me, though. So much so that I even started looking forward to going and getting work done! Dr. Laudig and his staff have to be some of the kindest and most professional individuals I have ever met. From day one, Dr. Laudig developed a comprehensive plan to tackle my dental work, explained everything to me plainly and clearly, and made sure I was totally aware of the costs along the way. His dental assistant, Vanessa, was not only friendly, attentive, and engaging - she was there every single time I went in for more dental work. They truly made me feel like they cared about both my dental health and my comfort. I cannot recommend Dr. Laudig and his practice enough! Dr. Laudig came highly recommended by a friend. I had an emergency (half of a crown broke off on a lower back tooth) I knew it couldn't be cemented back in so wanted to be seen quickly, prior to more damage or my other teeth shifting into the open spot. His office staff was very professional and friendly - I got in for an appointment on the day that I called. Dr took necessary X-rays, we clearly discussed the circumstances, options, and costs. I was VERY HAPPY. Might also add I use to be a dental assistant - I did not mention that to Dr. Laudig as I wanted to experience the visit as a regular client would. Only mentioned on here so anyone reading this will know my recommendation comes from a history of working with patients, office staff, and dentists. I just moved to the area so very happy to have established a patient/doctor relationship with Dr. Laudig and his office. I then confirmed my annual cleaning. I had the same professional/friendly experience on that visit.

My visit today was amazing. Personally I don't like going to the dentist. I hate it actually. But, this place changed my mind. I loved it! The staff is so nice. The front desk ladies are so helpful. They also give you welcome treats, so thoughtful. This is officially my number 1!

We send all our our staff to Dr. Laudig! He is a patient respectful and always in a positive mood. He talks to you about different treatment options and explains the big picture before you have to make a decision. There is no other doctor on our provider that I would personally recommend over Dr. Laudig. Pam, Vanessa and Janet at the front desk will go above and beyond to help also. They receive you with a smile and will do what they can to make your stay comfortable. If you need a referral they will take the time to recommend a provider that takes you insurance. Dr Laudig is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. His office is gorgeous and his staff is so welcoming. But most important is Dr Laudig... he is the most professional and gentle dentist ever. My two kids love him and ask when they can go to the dentist next! He also explained everything very clearly.

Fantastic, efficient, very friendly. Vanessa at the front was very nice. Shirley the hygienist & x-ray tech was amazing - extremely friendly but she gets the niceties out out of the way while your mouth isn't occupied, vs. other practicies where it's frequent to awkwardly ask questions while they are in the middle of dental work. She clearly cares and wants your teeth in best health. Dr. Laudig was great - again, a good balance of friendliness but also professional efficiency (vs. my previous where it seemed like they just wanted to make some extra conversation to justify the price with amount of time spent. I can honestly say that my first visit with Dr. Laudig and his staff was one of the best dental experiences I've ever had. Here are a few reasons why! First of all the office feels so welcoming and clean, you just feel good when you step your foot in the door and you are met with cheery faces at the front desk. Secondly, Dr. Laudig is so kind and warm; he makes you feel comfortable asking questions. The hygienist Shirley is so thorough yet so gentle; the perfect balance. Plus she is just so stinking sweet and caring. I'm in the dental field myself and have become quite picky over the years and I can honestly say she is one of the best hygienists I've ever had. You will definitely get your money's worth here. Plus they have some fun little free gifts that just add to the whole experience! I went to see Dr.Laudig for the first time on 12/1/17. I was greatly pleased with my overall experience with him. He was very thorough and informative. I would definitely recommend him to my friends!!!!!!!
