Reviews for Benjamin Isaac Enav
I have never come across a doctor that is as cold, condescending, and rude. It’s mind boggling that this guy is a doctor much less a pediatric doctor. This guy is a MISERABLE human and will make you feel very uncomfortable throughout your interaction with him. Dr.Enav should have been required to take empathy classes in medical school. His office was recommended to us through our pediatrician because he didn’t have a long wait to be seen. Well now I know why!!! He is horrible to interact with. I feel for anyone that has to interact with him on a regular basis. I have never come across a doctor that is as cold, condescending, and rude. My first impression of him is that he was rude and aggressive with his questions and didn’t really care about what was going on. It didn’t seem like he was listening to me, but was putting a blanket solution over my issue instead. It was hard to answer his questions because he was difficult to talk to, and seemed both mildly irritated and in a hurry to be somewhere else. I also mentioned that I have an eating disorder, which for a GI, should influence any kind of treatment plan. Unfortunately, he wanted me to take Miralax daily after I confirmed with him. He wanted a follow up in a month, and wanted me taking the laxative for 4 weeks, which is FOUR TIMES the length it says to take it on the bottle. My GI symptoms are worse after a week, and for a person in eating disorder recovery, it’s careless. I don’t plan on following up with him My first impression of him is that he was rude and aggressive with his questions and didn’t really care about what was going on. Had a wonderful zoom with Dr. Enav! He was very thorough and knowledgeable in pediatric gastronomy. He asked all the right questions and gave us a plan to help my son get better. I love that he is passionate, straight to the point and firm. His level of care is unmatched. I wish there were more doctors like him.

Benjamin Enav is the rudest and most unprofessional -and I use the word loosely, doctor I've ever encountered. My teen daughter had a virtual visit with him and he did more harm than good. He was insensitive, used crass terms to refer to bodily functions, he was aggressive and curt, and never once made eye contact with us. Enav is an embarrassment to the medical profession; we only saw him because he was the only one available, now we know why. Look elsewhere for a competent and empathetic doctor. My experience with Dr. Benjamin Enav is no different - arrogant. I've seen multiple pediatricians before and never had this experience. My 11 year old and I had virtual appointment with him. Dr. Benjamin was asking questions like a robot and looked careless. He didn't even gave us a slight smile. He was not looked courteous. He just did his job, wrote the tests, and pretty sure sent the bill to my insurance. My experience with Dr. Benjamin Enav is no different - arrogant. The doctor was rude and condescending. I was trying to get answers about my daughter’s stomach and bowel issues and he was dismissive and unhelpful. He didn’t even care when I told him I could barely hear him on the zoom call. He left me with 0 advice except for what I was already doing (which wasn’t working). I followed up with a message a few months later because his front desk manager asked me to and after reading my concerns he wrote back that I needed to schedule a follow up apt and this messaging service was for “brief and concise communication”. Why would I schedule a follow up apt when he was rude, unhelpful and obnoxious. He’s a pediatrician for Heaven’s sake. Where is the compassion? So rude. Don’t waste your time or your money. I’ll start off by saying that as you can see from the mixed reviews, Dr. Enav is not for everyone. He is blunt and at times I did feel a little condescended to, but I guess I’m used to working in an environment like that so I’ve developed a shield to it. What I did appreciate is that he is knowledgeable, and presents evidence based information - which as a worried, emotional FTM I frankly needed a voice of reason. I do feel he has helped my daughter’s silent reflux a bit (sometimes there’s only so much you can do) but has also provided information to help us make important decisions about her feeding and medication. In my mind, I don’t need him to be my friend, I have friends, I needed someone who knew what they were doing after several other drs completely missed my daughter’s condition. That said, if you are someone who needs a gentle bedside manner (and it’s totally ok if you do!) this is not the dr for you.
He is very knowledgeable. I don't know why people don' t leave good reviews. He is straight forward. Maybe he has his bad days but his advise was helpful even though he was tough about the way he said it.

Rude, only worried about the money.

My son has seen Dr. Enav for over 7 years. He is absolutely amazing. We recommend him to anyone and everyone!
It’s been years since we visited Dr. Enav, so this review is long overdue. He is the best doctor we came across- attentive, caring and professional. Thank you for everything you have done for our family.
Great experience with Dr Enav! He's very thorough, very attentive, and very responsive. I really appreciate his direct and efficient communication; we always leave his practice with a clear understanding and a plan of action. I highly recommend him :)
Dr Enav “fixed” my daughter. He listened when no one else would, figured out what was going on and then researched how to treat it. Literally a lifesaver! He is very smart, will try to look at issues from every possible angle and is very upfront and honest with you. He’s very easy to talk to, he lets you voice your concern without interrupting or judging. Office staff is nice, too. The ladies in the office are always nice to deal with. They smile, are personable, and efficient. When your kid is sick, you want someone who is going to be skilled, upfront, honest, tell you the whole plan, and then follow through. The worst doctor I have ever seen. He berated my child and made her cry. Terrible bedside manner and he completely missed her diagnosis.
Dr. Enav didn't even acknowledge my (one-year-old) son's presence for most of the appointment. He didn't even say "hi" to him. His only interaction with him was a brief exam that ended with him throwing his hands up in the air and saying "he's all yours now." He then placed the blame for my son's eating issues on me (despite the fact that we have been working on sensory and oral/motor issues in occupational therapy for months, from which he graduated after quick improvement). I asked for a solution or resources to improve the situation based on his (rude, hurtful) assessment, and he just told me "it's a parenting thing," and refused to offer any help. We will not be going back.
Horrible doctor. Along with his colleague Dr Peter M Lee, they misdiagnosed me with ulcerative colitis when I was 12-14 years old. This those two years I suffered a great deal of DAILY pain that they willingly ignored to make us shell out for uneeded surgery and medicine. This Enav idiot doctor had never even met me when Lee refered us to him. He met me the day before my small intestine ripped itself in two because these two quacks had no idea what they were dealing with. I had a stomach the size of a nearly full term pregnant woman and this straight up moron sent me home from the hospital saying I was ok. Horrible doctor. Dr. Enav was very unprofessional and appeared highly unknowledgeable about my concerns. After explaining my child’s symptoms, the first thing he said was, “So what do you want to do?” Obviously, the fact that I made an appointment with a specialist indicates that I am looking for advice on the best path forward. Ahead of the appointment, my child had also gotten a stomach ultrasound, which I had sent to his office. He was completely unknowledgeable about the measurements noted in the report, which I had to explain to him. He essentially dismissed me saying that babies spit up and she’s probably fine, but to try different formula to water combinations to increase the calories per unit and try the more allergy sensitive formulas. This was the same advice the general pediatricians gave me. He provided no value add on issues he typically sees with children her age or what her summation of symptoms could likely indicate. I would have expected a specialist who focuses on these issues all day to have a deeper perspective and to be able to provide a more thorough assessment. I was deeply disappointed in his apparent lack of medical knowledge and appropriate critical thinking skill set. In addition to the poor medical service received, he was incredibly rude. As noted above the first thing he said was “So what do you want to do?” At the end of the appointment, I explained that it can be frustrating when it appears that doctors don’t believe parents about the severity of a child’s symptoms. He said that if it’s a personality issue, I should go see another doctor. He also added, “I’m in private practice. If you don’t like the service I’m giving you, you are not going to get any better going to someone employed by the hospital.” It appeared as though he was implying that I was stuck with him and if I didn’t like his attitude, that was too bad. The only part of the appointment that he seemed to dial down his condescending attitude was when I said that my father is a physician and he believes she has xyz issue after spending significant time with her. After the appointment I played with my daughter in the lobby for a while to give her a break before getting back in the car. I spoke with multiple other moms who were also coming and going from his office. I asked them what they thought of him and if he was able to help their children. They all said that he actually said similar things to them such as “what do you want to do?” and “if you don’t like my personality, you can go somewhere else.” It appears that this is his go to routine to intimidate parents. Some of the moms said that his advice did help their children despite his rude personality but that he was very slow to approve prescriptions when needed and told them that it was a huge inconvenience for him to write them. The advice the mom’s gave me in the lobby on what worked for their children was more thorough and valuable than anything he said. If you are thinking of seeing Dr. Enav, be prepared for his comments and lack of ability to interact with children. However, due to his apparent inability to thoughtfully analyze symptoms, for the sake of your child’s health, I would look for other options. This man has no place being a doctor nevermind one that deals with kids. He was rude, mean, arrogant, he didn’t want to hear anything about our visit with our pediatrician who recommended him- he actually said he didn’t care what he said. He asked for my concerns- and then interrupted me and asked what I wanted him to do about it. He made comments about my son’s medications For asthma and allergies- which he needs- and Then he told me his biggest concern about my son’s health is that he plays football. He felt my son’s stomach and looked in his throat and that was it. He didn’t give us any explanation for the exercise induced vomiting and stomach pain my son has had. He simply didn’t care. I even asked him if we had done something to upset him- I left his office in tears. My son didn’t even know what to say. He has been waiting weeks to see this doctor. It's been a long time since I've been to such a low quality doctor/specialist. I have a 3 month old baby who suffers from intense stomach discomfort and, after weeks of waiting for the appointment with Dr. Enav, I had so much anticipation about finding help. It was such a disappointment. The doctor does not appear to care the slightest bit about his patients. He has a robotic, disinterested demeanor as if you're presence in the room bores him out of his mind. He then pokes disinterestedly at my child as if he's inspecting a ham at the supermarket and then punches at his keyboard for a minute in silence. He then turns and asks you if I have any questions. Um, yes. Can you help me figure out what's wrong with my child? I proceed to list a litany of symptoms and observations about what I've observed with my child, and the various dietary restrictions I've put myself on since my baby started having difficulty. More punching away at the keyboard. He then repeats basic info about food allergies that anyone can find in a 5 minute google search. Another look of total disinterest. No information. No medical insights. Any questions? Yes -- how the hell is it that you actually have any patients? (I don't ask this but that's what I'm thinking). Dr. Enav was very rude and disrespectful. He was 15 minutes late to our appointment while we were listening to him yell in his office about his ticket with ezpass. From listening to his conversation with customer service with ezpass, I already knew he was rude. He also yelled at my 5 year old son for being a 5 year old during the visit and asked to bring him out out to the waiting room with my husband. I thought it was outrageous for him to act like that at a “pediatric” GI doctor’s office. Not a kid friendly pediatric specialist. I would not recommend this office to any parent. Man I wish I could say the same about our experience with Dr. Enav. I found him to be extremely rude and condescending. He seemed as though he'd rather be anywhere but where he was with us. My 2.5 year old son tagged along for the appointment and tried talking to Dr. Enav to which he was ignored. Seriously, how is this guy a Pediatric GI? Great first experience today with DrEnav. He answered my questions and came up with a reasonable treatment plan for my daughter. Friendly staff member at the front desk and no wait time.
I was very impressed with Dr. Benjamin Enav. He came in and talked with my daughter not at her. Answered all my questions and we had a plan of treatment before we left. I never felt rushed and we didn’t wait long in the waiting room.
Bottom line up front: Efficient and professional. My 8 year old son is dealing with vomiting, nauseous fits, and sporadic diarrhea for several months. Dr. Enav asked pointed questions and progressed through what I will assume is an experienced and education based checklist to obtain all the information he needs to narrow the range of possible problems. I don't need a GI specialist to improve my child's emotional health, that's my job or a mental health professional if needed. Ask yourself why you are going to a specialist and don't judge his process based on your emotional expectations. I will judge him based on the medical outcome. We have ordered tests and made a plan. My son has been a patient of Dr Enav’s since he was an infant. We feel so lucky to have a GI doc who listens, values parental opinion, takes time with us to ensure quality care, and educates parents. This doc truly cares about his patients.
PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS ENTIRE REVIEW Very very poor customer service. All about getting your money. I went to him because my son was diagnosed with IUGR of his stomach. After birth he had consistent projectile vomiting and constipation although he gained weight. Dr. Enav was decent but his office staff is horrible. The first two appointments were good . But when my son had a 3 month follow up, we received no text message or email reminder as previously done. Nor did we receive a call that we had not arrived to a specialty appointment. The only notice receive was a bill for more than our copay saying procedure error. I immediately called the office and received a call back the next morning. The front desk has awful customer service as she stated it is my fault next time I should write down the appointment and if another appointment had checked in after mine they dont call the patient. Really!!!! Don here. They do not care about their patients and customer service just the money. Update: Communication is essential. As a nurse, I can recognize and respect this. I can also respect when their is deficient communication and time is taken to rectify it. After my encounter this morning, I was appalled. Not because I received a no show fee but because of the lack of care and compassion from the staff member. Maybe she had an off day or maybe she is fiercely defensive of her practice and those trying to get over on it. Either way our exchange left me with one poor experience despite my other excellent experiences. Due to my nature, I wanted to speak with Dr. Enav about this personally. Our conversation renewed my spirits not only in his office but also in the tyoe of service and care he provides to his patients, inclusive of his personal philosophies. He further showed grace by offering to provide referrals if I chose to have my son cared for by someone else. And he definitely saw my previous review. I share this as a real experience. I am shocked by some of the negative reviews here. My experience with Dr Enav has been nothing but AMAZING! He took time to fully understand the concern with my child. I knew he wasn’t throwing darts in the dark when he helped me understand the diagnosis, laid out a plan to overcome it and answered my questions/corrected my perceptions etc. And most importantly, I didn’t feel like he was trying to rush us out of his office as almost all providers do irrespective of speciality. He wasn’t available for us to schedule an appointment with as soon as we’d have liked initially. Other than that, I’m grateful for finding a caring, knowledgeable and accommodating doctor that I can trust. There are small details that are convenient such as electronic intake forms and calling your child by their nicknames which are nice. I, especially, LOVE and APPRECIATE the fact he is accessible via the patient portal directly. That I think is setting up a pretty high standard! No lengthy holds on the phone or unnecessary appointments for concerns he can address through messages. Incredibly convenient!!! To be fair, he doesn’t come across as the master of small talks which could be intimidating and perhaps the reason for the ‘arrogant’ comments. But I have seen beneath the surface lies a caring and understanding doctor who advocates for his patients. And he’s the best physician for the purpose of our visits! I’d—certainly—recommend! Results: His treatment plans were thorough and effective. I’d like to mention he treated us like family from start to finish. We are grateful for his gracious manners in the process as well. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR!! I have never in my 40 years of life encountered someone so rude, mean, and arrogant! I thought maybe he just didnt like us or he was having a bad day but after reading other comments- that’s just his personality. He told us he didn’t care what my son’s pediatrician said and asked what we were even doing there. He then told my son his biggest health concern for him is that he plays football. He also made negative comments about medications my son takes for asthma.
I just left Dr. Enav's office after NOT seeing him. My daughter had an appointment scheduled for this morning and after waiting for twenty minutes in the exam room it was time for us to go. I requested a refund of our copay. Dr. Enav did not bother to come out of his office until he heard me tell his office assistant how unprofessional I found his waste of my time to be. He is exactly as other reviewers have described him: arrogant, rude, and dismissive. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
This was the most rude and disrespectful doctor I have ever met with. He was rude to my daughter and me. Spoke in a condescending and belittling tone. I was stunned and should have walked out. Paying his enormous bill after the fact was incredibly wasteful.
Dr Enav worked beautifully for our family. He figured out the problem (it was a rare one!), figured out a treatment plan, and my child is healthy again!
I rarely leave reviews but feel compelled to leave this one based on my terrible experience with this doctor. He was arrogant, rude and dismissive of even basic questions we had about our child’s symptoms. Worse yet he did nothing to put the child at ease and instead made sarcastic remarks when discussing the information provided. He sat slouched in the chair taking notes, with an arrogant smirk throughout the visit. The worst bedside manner I have experienced in a doctor’s office.
perhaps he disliked us for some reason. the doctor was very arrogant and rude!! zero compation or kindness. absolutely not caring not wellcoming and NOT NICE to talk to! he asked me to explain what is going on but then got irritated about me talking. rudely interrupted like he was already sick and tired of me. whatever question i had he answered with a couple of words and with that distespectful attitude like he is the smartest and i am dumbest. i hoped he knows a little more than a pediatrician but we got a complete same response and treatment!!! so it was a waste of money! when i asked is there anything else we can do? he said NO! I agree with the reviews of arrogance. The appointment was a complete waste of time and we accomplished nothing. My 2 y/o son has been having constipation issues for months now and the pediatrician referred us to his practice. He told us nothing more than we already knew. Try giving him a stool softener to see if it helps. The evaluation consisted of him looking into his ipad asking us "if we had any questions" several times, we have tons of questions but also need answers. Our questions and concerns have lead us here. After asking a bunch of questions, his response " Well what are you going to do about it" ... umm bring him to a specialist to find out whats going on! Before coming to the office for the exam we called to find out how much they charge out of pocket for the visit. They gave me a range. Assuming it would be the simplest exam and talk visit, I was hoping for the lower amount. However they charged me the maximum. Dr Enav is a true professional in a medical system that emphasizes niceties over focused medical care. Dr Enav was patient, consultative and committed in diagnosing my daughter. He kept in constant contact throughout treatment even contacting me on a holiday. Definitely recommend Dr Enav.
After over one year of unsuccessful treatment for gut pain with another pediatric GI just up the road, I brought my 13 year old daughter to Dr. Enav for a second opinion. He was able to accurately diagnose my daughter's IBS -and the cause of it- in one visit, and after just 5 weeks of dietary changes, she is once again a happy, pain free kid. Dr. Enav takes the time to really evaluate what is going on with his patients, asks lots of questions, and yes...you might wait a while in the office to get seen, but in my opinion its worth it. It means the doctor is taking the time necessary to help a patient, not focusing on getting a patient in and out. Office staff are extremely friendly and professional. Very pleased I came here after a year of treatment elsewhere, that consisted of 'take Miralax every day' without any good answers. I'm a RN and my husband is a police officer. We are both extremely picky as to where we take our 4 children to. We have one daughter with an extensive medical history to include over 35 surgeries so this accounts for our experience with medical providers. Our 5 year old son has had severe abdominal pains at times, vomiting, and just frequent complaints of his throat bothering him. We took our infant son to see Dr. Enav so we decided to take out 5 year old and both were the same experience. He is very pleasant, I felt easy to talk to. Our 16-year-old daughter was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease this past year. Because symptoms had started during the busiest part of the school year for her, it was very stressful to deal with at times. After being referred to Dr. Enav through our pediatrician and meeting with him, he gave us reassuring guidance following her diagnosis and recommended a long-term treatment with Remicade. Because of Dr. Enav's medical advice, our daughter is now feeling much better and back to her normal teenage routines. Dr. Enav has been treating my son for the past 4 years. We feel blessed to have him as our doctor. As a parent dealing with Crohns for the first time, was frightening and painful.During the initial tough time he was available almost anytime, responding to emails early mornings or late nights. We would highly recommend Dr Enav. He's been treating our 6-year old daughter who has IBD for the past year and we can't say enough about him. He's gone far and beyond to help her. He's always available through the portal to answer our endless questions, and really takes his time during the appointments to listen. He's very knowledgeable and so far has been right about every issue our daughter has had. We feel we're in good hands with him. We would highly recommend Dr Enav. Dr. Enav is the best! After taking our daughter to other GI doctors, who weren't much help in relieving her symptoms, we decided to give Dr. Enav a try. My only regret is that we did not do this earlier. He is everything a parent could want in a pediatric doctor: 1) he listens to you, 2) he talks to you in language you can understand, 3) he responds to your questions/comments in the patient portal very quickly, 4) he works to treat the symptoms, 5) he takes detailed office visit notes and provides you with a written plan before you leave his office, 6) he searches for other possible issues when the usual culprits aren't found, and 7) he takes the time to read the information you provide. Under his care, our daughter is feeling much better and was able to start the school year on a high note. We are very grateful to have found Dr. Enav! :-) Dr. Enav is the best! Dr. Enav has been seeing my daughter for almost 2 years. He not only listens to everything you are telling him that could be GI related, he asks questions about other conditions and issues so that he can create the best plan of care possible for your child. We have lots of specialists and he is the only one that does this. I never feel rushed out of his office and he is always prompt which is a huge plus. I would never recommend Dr. Enav to anyone. He is rude, arrogant and has a horrible bedside manner. I have taken my son to see him 4x in the past year and a half. Each time, I have progressively disliked him more. There is a reason why it's easy to schedule appointments with him and his waiting room is generally empty. Do not waste your time. There are other providers in the NOVA area that far exceed his medical care. It's surprising to me that he still has a medical practice.
He is arrogant and his bedside manner got worse with each visit as though we were a bother to him. He was very rude in email responses with things like "bloodwork shows nothing" or "stress won't cause flare ups". The last appointment my husband went and he was so rude to my husband. I asked for medical records and he sent me 36 emails with 1 piece of paperwork in each email. Will never go back or refer him. Our pediatrician took him off their recommendation list too!
Today was our second appointment with Dr. Enav. I agree finding a pediatric GI is challenging and the first time we met Dr. Enav he was helpful in eliminating what my daughter didn’t have. We went back today for some new symptoms and I 100% agree with other reviewers who say he’s arrogant and uncaring! My 10 year old even commented that he scared her which isn’t an endearing quality for a pediatric specialist! I use to recommend him, but those days are over.
This doctor has very poor knowledge in gastroenterology. Had to go through various procedures, spent a ton of money and still he could not make a diagnose. Such a waste.
after reading the reviews here i realized that i giess it's only us. perhaps he disliked us for some reason. the doctor was very arrogant!!! zero compation and kindness. absolutely NOT NICE to talk to! he asked me to explain what is going on but then got irritated about me talking. rudely interrupted like he was already sick and tired of me. whatever question i had he answered with a couple of words and with that distespectful attitude like he is the smartest and i am dumbest. will never return!

Our daughter was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease this past year. After being referred to Dr. Enav through our pediatrician and meeting with him, he gave us reassuring guidance following her diagnosis and recommended a long-term treatment with Remicade. Because of Dr. Enav's medical advice, our daughter is now feeling much bette. He was always able to communicate with us whenever we had questions and never failed to ease our concerns. We would highly recommend Dr. Enav.

this doctor doesn't have any knowledge, don't waste your time and go somewhere else. He is arrogant.
Called this Clinic and they said they do not take Anthem kids insurance. This is exactly the problem with our healthcare system where kids are discriminated based on they insurance type!! So Sad
Even though Dr. Enav does not have a warm, fuzzy personality, the care he and his office staff have shown for my daughter is excellent. When you call his office, your call is answered by a real person, instead of an automated system that requires you to punch in a bunch of different numbers to direct your call. He takes the time to listen to all concerns and ask questions in order to develop treatment plans that fit the needs of my child. I have also e-mailed him in between appointments with questions/concerns, and he is prompt and helpful with his responses. Very disappointing experience. Dr. Enav contradicted the treatment plan of another doctor we trust. We will not return.

Dr. Enav has been wonderful for our son. He is very knowledgeable and never makes us feel rushed during an appointment. He came highly recommended by our pediatrician. I feel fortunate that we have found Dr. Enav and that he is helping our son to regain his health.

Scheduling with this doctor was terrible. Called and they set me up with an appointment. Then called me back the next day to say that the doctor decided to not be available on the day of my appointment. To reschedule I would have to wait until next year. I said okay. They said they would check with the doctor for another appointment. Two days later called me back to tell me to go to another doctor. Glad this happened. In my opinion shows the poor medical service I would have received

Just saw Dr. Enav for my 5 month old son that was diagnosed with FPIES. It is a disorder that not many physicians are familiar with. It was such a relief to talk to a doctor that is familiar with it. He gave us great advice and a reasonable treatment plan for our little one. We are very thankful to have found him.

My teenage son was very afraid of needles and hated going to the doctor, but he needed to undergo several tests and blood work. Dr. Enav did a great job of providing the right blend of understanding and motivation to get my son through the necessary procedures. He answered my long list of questions with a great deal of patience and intelligence. My son was diagnosed with Crohn's but is doing really well at the moment. I can't thank him enough!
He seems he doesn't care about my concern about a very serious issues my doughter has and very jugemental. I won't go back to his office agan to see a doctor who is not well coming.
We searched high and low for a pediatric GI specialist in NOVA. Everywhere we called, the doctors were booked like forever. Dr. Enav was not an exception, but his appointment coordinator did an excellent job to find a recent cancellation and make it possible for us to see Dr. sooner (my son was suffering from a very bad stomach pain and needed to be seen asap). The office is very nice and clean, very organized. The front desk lady is friendly and helpful. Very easy check-in/check-out procedure. Dr. Enav has pleasantly surprised us. He took his time to listen to my concerns and description of the symptoms, asked the right questions, made a connection with my son. I definitely liked his approach to my son's problem - conservative in a good way, not rushing to extreme measures but taking one step at a time. I felt reassured that Dr. Enav knows what he is doing. We have just started the treatment per Dr's orders, so we are yet to see the results. Overall, I highly recommend this doctor. I am glad we have found this practice. My first interaction was with Norma who was a dear. They did not have any upcoming appointments but she quickly called me back after someone cancelled for the next day. My son doesn't do well with doctors. My poor son has usually seen those type of doctors that do everything by force rather than talk to the child. Dr. Enav made my son feel comfortable with him. So far I've been pleased with the office. I have yet to experience their billing but hopefully everything continues to go well.

Dr. Enav took his time to listen to our concerns and symptoms. He asked the right questions and was very easy to connect to. I liked his wholesome approach to my son's issues - starting with the basic steps and advancing to more in-depth, serious procedures if needed. I feel reassured that Dr. Enav knows his subject and can find the best course of treatment for my child.

Dr. Enav was excellent. Explored all options and communicates great thru the patient portal. Will reccomend him to others.
Very knowledgeable and spends time explaining things. Best Peds GI so far and we've been to 3. He also gets back to you by email in a very timely manner.
