Dr. Benjamin E Dillon

If I could save anyone from going through the misery I went through with Dr Dillon, than this review is worth it. He put me through pure hell for months after a procedure that he obviously did not know how to do. He may be okay for minor things but I would say please do your research before you let him operate on you. He basically told me it was my fault the procedure didn't go correctly which I know was not true. He wouldn't help me, he left me to suffer for months in severe pain and bladder spasms which I've never had until I let him cut on me. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND RUN FOR THE HILLS!!!!!!!!

Listened well and explained exactly what he thought was wrong. Very clear explanation of my options.

Dr. Dillion has a pleasant demeanor. He's a great urologist..

Dr.Dillon is an exceptional doctor and compassionate person. He constantly shows what any patient would want to see in their treating physician. I can't say enough good things about him since I started treatment/care with him 5 years ago. Medical EXCELLENCE at its BEST.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my mom. My mom is not a person who ever is even mindful of writing reviews but seeing this doctor is an experience that has stuck with her and not in a positive way. She felt as though Dr. Dillon didn’t like her or treated her as if she were just another “job” to push out of the door. I will say that my mom is a little older, in her 60’s & she is a scattered thinker and rambles on sometimes more than she should. But regardless of that— most doctors are able to get to the bottom of the issue and still treat her nicely as it’s not her fault. She wasn’t initially a patient of Dr. Dillon’s. Her urologist( who she just loves so much) had unexpected things happen but my mom having kidney stones just couldn’t wait. Mom feels like he may have just been annoyed by her or just didn’t like her as well as one of his staff, I believe front desk. I’m writing this review on behalf of my mom. I think Dr. Dollin is a very good Doctor. He takes the time to explain anything to you, you don,t understand.

A very professional, experienced and qualified specialist. Above all, he listens, cares, and a decent human being.

Excellent bedside manner’s. Very personable and professional. Dr. Dillon took the time to listen to understand what I needed from him.

I have been going to Dr. Dillon for some time now and will continue to do so! He is very professional in his line of the medical field. He takes his time with you to discuss everything in detail with you too! I highly recommend him to all my friends!

He was very attentive, informative, kind and highly supportive and gave incredible care.

Dr Dillon is an intelligent and skilled doctor. More importantly, he is empathetic. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Dillon is very professional and a wonderful caring physician, and so is his staff. He explained my procedure in great detail and answered all of my questions. I was very pleased.

Being that this was my first time visiting his office. It was a very good experience, the nurse was very nice to me. The wait time was under 30 minutes and the doctor showed professionalism. He answered all my questions in a way that I understood them when it comes to my health.

The surgery Dr. Benjamin Dillon performed was life changing for me. I can now live my life, exercise,run, walk, go on trips without wearing a pad or worry about leaking. It is a major big deal. Dr. Dillon's patient care is unmatched. He took the time to review my medical history prior to my appointment, he was kind and professional when discussing the embarrassing details of my symptoms, and he genuinely cared about my mental health following the complications of a chronic illness. I recommend Dr. Dillon to any Houstonian in need of a Urologist, female patients included. Dr. Dillon, thank you for your kindness; you were truly made to shine in your profession.

I really appreciated Dr. Dillon's demeanor, personality and how thorough he was when assuring me that he wanted to be sure to answer all my questions about my health issue and the options for treatment. He is honest, believable and cares about how my issue affects my life. I appreciated all of that, especial how positive he made me feel when the visit was over! Dr. Dillon was too quick to want to perform surgery for bladder incontinence. I explained that the a mesh was installed for bladder incontinence a few years ago which has since become very controversial due to legal ramifications of the makers of the mesh. Despite all of the literature that shows removing the mesh is a very complicated and tedious surgery, Dr. Dillon felt he could easily perform the surgery with no problems. I decided against the surgery and he is no longer my doctor.

Right before Xmas I had a bladder infection. I called the office and his staff was unfriendly but at least requested a urinalysis which I did immediately. I never heard back from them. I called Several times and was finally told he was gone for the holidays without any options for me.I decided to call my primary Doctor Who helped me immediately and called in RX. Dr Dillon finally called me on Saturday and was very demeaning and unprofessional. He said, Don’t you think I deserve vacation?

Dr. Dillon gave me the wrong surgery and it wasn’t till 2 yrs later I figured it out. I am very dissatisfied and I am left without the proper surgery to correct the falling bladder. I went through surgery for nothing and still have the same uncorrected issues. And my insurance was billed(I no longer have insurance and told him it would be ending soon and I needed the surgery) also I received to follow up post surgery. Neither Him nor his nurse checked on me.

Dr Dillon deals with a subject matter nobody likes to talk about and as a female we just don't do . The doctor's candid and empathetic nature comes across immediately and before the end of the first appointment you will find yourself at ease talking about your experiences and how hi main goal is to better your quality of life. After about a year i have seen a remarkable upgrade in my quality of life. I definitely recommend.
