Dr. Canida is outstanding. He clearly explains any problems that exist and the options for treatment. He has my highest recommendation. In addition, his staff is second to none. Everyone in the office goes out of their way to provide the best patient care.

Dr. Canida does a wonderful job along with his staff. They get it right the first time around, so you don't have to revisit the office. The office is also very clean as well.

I made an emergency visit while travelling through and was treated kindly and with courteous respect. Dr Benjamin treated my issue appropriately and sent me on my way. I was extremely happy with the outcome and the professional manner in which I was treated.

Having an appointment means you will rarely wait more than 5 minutes, Very patient, answers all of my questions and makes good suggestions. I haven't met any one on the staff that isn't just a delight! Hey, I just realized, I didn't have any anxiety for my appointment!!?!?!?

Great visit. Follow up to a consultation with an oral surgeon. First order of business was Ben helping to clarify a misunderstanding I had from the referenced consultation. After a detailed explanation of my options and several questions from me with corresponding debate, we reached a conclusion that will provide me the best option for ultimate treatment. Much appreciated.

The small talk was lovely and not plastic, my hygienist was gentle and explained everything, asked all the questions I would have forgotten to mention. I had a filling that had fallen out and they are fixing it straight away! I didn't even realize it was a filling, I thought I had broken the tooth.

First impression is how clean everything looks! Paperwork is minimal. The staff out front greet you by name. Both Dr Canida and his hygienists are friendly and knowledgeable. This is the most recommended place in town!

Everyone in the office is fabulous. From the time I came into the office (the friendliest and most helpful secretary I’ve met) to the time I left everyone was so friendly and nice and I felt very comfortable. I could tell the entire staff/ team work well together and they enjoy their jobs. I also felt they took the time to explain everything they were doing and took their time with me. Dr.Ben is the best and he took time with me and explained what he was doing. What I also appreciate is the reminder texts but if you want mailed reminders they do that as well so they cater to both tech savvy and non tech savvy patients. I wish I would have changed years ago to him. Madison’s best dentist office! 5 stars plus!!!!!!!

We moved to Madison last year. People kept telling me to go to Canida Dentistry because they are the best in town. I'm so glad I did. As a guy without dental insurance, I found Canida to be affordable. And the staff is so incredibly personal and competent- at the front desk and in the exam rooms.

Dr Ben did an excellent job today preparing my back tooth for a crown. He and Christy know my history as a child that had a dentist that gave me a lot of pain. They were gentle and caring and got me through the process with “no sweaty hands”!

My first appointment getting fillings! though it takes me longer to numb than most, nobody made it feel like a personal flaw, my dentist was so gentle and kind! I have been with Canida Dentistry since I moved to Madison about 4 years ago. All of my kids go here and we have never had a negative experience. Both Dr. Bob and Dr. Ben are incredible dentists and the hygienists are top notch! I don't cringe when it comes time to go to the dentist, I look forward to it! Even my 11 year old likes it. The Cavity of the Month club is a great incentive for him, he won last summer and rides his bike non-stop!

Wasn't sure if I was going to get a root canal and crown, or have the tooth removed. Dr. Ben assessed the situation and removal was the only option. So, he pulled out the 40 lbs. sledgehammer, the chisels, pliers, jackhammer and got rid of that thing! The neat thing about the whole procedure was that I felt no pain - even after the extraction. I hate losing a tooth, but I rely on Dr. Ben's expertise when it comes to all things dental, and he's yet to let me down or steer? me in the wrong direction.

Another stellar checkup and cleaning! No pain, all gain! Dr. Ben and his staff are great! Now, if I didn't have to go back for that whole crown/root canal thing, life would be practically perfect! I was called back in a timely manner. The hygienist worked quickly and thoroughly. She was pleasant and friendly, as were all the people with whom I came into contact. If one must go to a dentist, (and most of us must, or at least should) this is a good place to go. All employees take pride in their work. The office is very cohesive and you can tell because they have almost no turnover - everyone enjoys working there. My daughter was in an accident - collision with a basketball net and her braces - and it ripped one tooth all the way out. I have no idea how they saved the tooth, but they did. They came to the office at 8:30 p.m. and NEVER acted like they were put out. She was THEIR patient and they wanted to care for her. That is why I say true professionals.
