Dr. Benjamin A Bassichis

I had a deviated septum and rhinoplasty with a lower facelift. My nostril on my nose had totally collapsed and I could not get any air through my nostril. I could not believe the results after surgery on my nose. He did an amazing job repairing. His skills are excellent. My lower facelift looks amazing. I look like a natural younger looking version of myself. As a skilled surgeon he is confident as well as compassionate. Faces are his expertise. If you want a knowledgeable expert dr he should be your number one choice. He has many 5 stars for a reason. I am very pleased with my results and I would go back to him if I needed any further surgeries involving the face.

Finding out you have cancer on your face is terrifying. I feel so, very blessed Dr. Bassichis, was the Doctor who took care of me. From the minute he walked into the room at the surgery center, to the last day of my treatment, he showed me such kindness. He made me feel safe, and hopeful. I can't imagine the scar I would have, if I had not had Dr. Bassichis's care. He makes every patient feel special. He understands how terrified you are. He walks you through each step in the process. The worse doctor you could possibly visit. Never Never Never allow this individual to touch your face. He is the most dangerous doctor in Dallas Ftw.., Please do yourself a major safety decision and find a reputable doctor to service you medically. This doctor destroyed my nose, which affected so many areas of my life that I have suffered for 14 years, since he cut off my nose in Dec 2008.. Please do not visit this doctor for your own well being!!!

Dr. Bassichis is one of my favorite doctors. He is knowledgeable, professional, personable, and caring. What more could you ever ask for in a doctor? In addition, his staff are the best. Always professional, and pleasant. You will never regret going to Dr. Bassichis.

Dr Bassichis is the best injector in Dallas! He is honest, detail-oriented, and heirs on the more conservative side when it comes to neurotoxins and fillers. He will never recommend a treatment that he doesn't think you would benefit from. Not to mention, the front desk staff and nurses are always so sweet and professional! I love this place.

Every experience I have had at the Advanced Facial Plastic Surgery Center has been a positive one. The Front Desk staff are always so kind and accommodating over the phone and in-person. The office is spotless and there are air filters in all the rooms, I am very impressed by all of the precautions they have taken during COVID-19 to keep their patients safe and healthy. The Medical Spa treatments are amazing - my skin has never felt better! Be sure to ask the girls to set you up with one of the aestheticians to help put together a product regimen for you with the medical-grade products they have available. You will love this office!!!

There are not enough positive words to say about Dr. Bassichis and his amazing practice! Since I was a young girl, I had always been self conscious about the hump on the bridge of my nose. I met with Dr. Bassichis and he gave me the hope and reassurance to move forward with plastic surgery. He took the time to explain the science behind the aesthetic and exactly what he planned to do to make a natural looking change. I had my rhinoplasty with Dr. B just over a year ago and could not be happier with my results! I have a level of confidence that I never dreamt of having, and the result is so natural that barely anyone notices the change unless I tell them. Which makes me happy, because I decided to have the surgery for me, not anyone else. Since my surgery I have seen him for injectibles in his office where has had continued to do careful and natural work to make me the "most delicate version of myself" as he says. He truly cares for people and makes you feel more confident than ever.

I have had 2 Moh's surgeries for which Dr. Bassichis did the reconstruction. I would not have believed that such large cut outs could ever be put back together. There is little to no visible scarring. Dr. Bassichis is a professional; he knows what he is doing. His staff is very polite and scheduling is easy. My wait time for an appointment never exceeded 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bassichis.

I was a happy long term patient of Doctor Basssichis, But work forced me to move to San Antonio two years ago. Since then I have moved through a horrible parade of horrible treatments. I recently came back to Dallas for a family event and Dr. Bassichis’ Phenomenal staff were kind enough to squeeze me in for an appointment. I am now committed to coming in every few months to have my treatments from the best aesthetic doctor I have ever come across! Best team best doc best treatments—-totally worth the travel.

Honest about what he can and cannot do, knowledgeable, and kind. I think honesty is one of the best qualities to have in a surgeon. I got 1st Rhino with him 2013, and made a mistake of getting a smaller nose from another surgeon 2017 (my friends was so cute) dumb reasons that I kick myself for. He was honest with what he can do to fix the 2nd surgeons mistake. Botched surgeon wouldn’t even see what was wrong, and it’s obvious in pictures (which he didn’t even take post ops!) honesty is key!

I see Dr. Bassichis for injectables. He is so personable and knowledgeable and does a great job at making me look like a "fresher" me.

Dr. Bassichis is simply the BEST of the BEST! I had a septorhinoplasty done last year. You can call or text him and he PERSONALLY answers your questions. His team are 100% first class. I honestly feel more beautiful today than I have ever felt in my whole life due to my surgery.

Dr. B both fixed my lip injection from another place and then re-injected them to perfection! So awesome!

The front desk staff, nurses, surgery center staff, anesthesia doctor, and of course Dr Bassichis showed amazing quality and professionalism. He is the best!

Four years after my nose job and laser resurfacing, I am please to update that my results are still wonderful. I continue to see the doctor for botox and will use him for my eyelid surgery next year. He is extremely professional and precise. A true surgeon and an expert in his field. I certainly recommend Dr. Bassichis to family and friends.

From my first consult to surgery to results, my care with Dr B has been nothing short of amazing. With each encounter with this award winning practice I am repeatedly blown away by the quality and professionalism of the doctor and team. I had a septoplasty in 2014. I went to another ENT and all Bassichis did was just tear up cartilage in my nose and remove almost all of it. I had to have two more surgieries to make up for it. A septoplasty should not be a 30 min procedure. I was suppose to have a rhinoplasty as well but he did not listen in my preop. Most of his 5 star reviewers only have 1 review just posted for him, they are fake reviews. He wasn’t present in my only postop and the “nurse” uses flashlights to remove splints.

I could not be more pleased with my choice to use Dr. Bassichis. After several consultations with other top doctors, I knew that Dr B was the one for me. He is an amazing surgeon ! You will feel right at home and know you are in the most qualified hands . My surgery was much easier than I could have ever imagined - I rested one day and was up and going the next after my rhinoplasty. Dr. Bassichis is a skilled surgeon and practitioner. Of great importance, he is a man of integrity and truth. He is straight forward and realistic and will not give you false expectations or accept your money without belief that he can achieve your objectives.

Dr. Bassichis is wonderful! He did a revision rhinoplasty and septoplasty on me in April and I am more than pleased with the results. He revised my nose just enough for me to be totally happy but not too much, to where I looked like I had something done. I can breath now also! I would recommend anyone to him!

Dr. Bassichis was helpful beyond our expectations. Neither he nor his staff asked what kind of job I had. They were very respectful to help my daughter with her scars. Dr. Bassichis put my face back together after significant Mohs, skin cancer, surgery. It was a significant amount of surgery and yet no one can even tell all the work that he had to do, he did an absolute Beautiful job. I interviewed 7 plastic surgeons before I made my decision and he's the only one that took the time to explain everything to me, he was so kind and so understanding.His follow-up treatments Continued until he had it just perfect. I have the upmost respect for Dr. Bassichis.

I had a basal cell cancer removed and CO2 resurfacing from this excellent physician. Extremely professional doctor and staff. Great results and care.
