Mr. Benito Calderon JR.

I tried to get an appointment after watching a Filipino YouTube channel featuring Dr. Calderon ….but his secretary rudely informed me that they are way too full with patients already so they are No Longer accepting new patients. Really?

ive been with Dr. Calderon for 6 years now, his staff are always kind and i always have a pleasant visit and televisits with him. Their phones are really busy so i text them and they get back to me as soon as they can. i reccomend his clinic

A joke of a family care practice...

First visit went well. Couldn't see him earlier because I had COVID. But had telecon with him beginning of new year. Listened to me speak, was attentive, understanding, caring about my health. Recommend him to others. Look forward seeing again with my health needs. Girls in office friendly well mannered in nature, professional attitude to others needing assistance.

This office is absolute garbage. My mother has never once met Dr. Calderon despite being a patient for 16 months (it’s always a NP or telehealth NP). The receptionists rarely answer the phone - during business hours, I call several times per day, and it rings for two minutes and ends with “goodbye”. Avoid this place at all costs.

Doesn’t treat his patients. Doesn’t answer the phone.

My wife and I are very pleased with Dr. Calderon. He was punctual with his appointments and thorough. He takes time to listen and makes sure he understands your issues. The staff is professional and competent. We definitely recommend Dr. Calderon.

I called them to ask if they accept new patients and said they do. I have waited for several days for them to call me to have the appointment scheduled. On my 3rd follow up call they are now telling me that BILLING said they do not accept new patients. They didn’t have the decency to call and inform me knowing that I have been waiting for days for them to call me back.

Dr. Calderon is the best doctor I've had in decades. I don't understand based on the remarks how person can give him only 3 stars.

Dr Calderon never call you back for you appointment,I didn't have my medication and I suffer for anxiety specially in those days and he didn't care..

Warning this doctor does not care for you. He was supposed to care for my grandfather because he was diagnosed with cancer. But when asking for any physical meeting he will refuse to just do only phone call checkups and just for a 15 min call he’ll charge you $225. 15 min for $225 really? Even when my grandfather was admitted to the hospital, he’s his patient and this doctor didn’t even see him once. Please warning he is not a doctor that cares for you or your family members. Very good customer service.Highly recomend to friends and families.

I started to get checked by Dr Calderon begining this year. I was a little disappointed when I was told we had to do a TeleVisit appointment, due to covid. I had no idea how this worked or if this would be a good way to be seen. So far I've had lab work and diagnostic tests. Dr Calderon and Dorothy called and explained my results over the phone and has done a great job at explaining and listening to my conerns. So far so good, after reading the negative comments , I am hoping that it will never happen to me , brother and sister in law. The ladies at the front office are all friendly and very polite I already recommended a friend and hoping that they will call her back regarding her insurance coverage issue and she can see the Doctor

Dr. Calderon really cares for his patients.

Dr. Calderon and his staff are pleasant, and have great bedside manners. The office receptionist is amazing; very thorough and efficient. When having to speak to one of his staff about a medication issue, the issue typically gets resolved on the same day. The referral process can sometimes be frustrating (ie there have been issues processing referral info through their portal), but his staff is usually on top of it once they're notified that the referral recipient is not receiving the referral. He is a trustworthy doctor and can answer all your questions. You are in good hands with Dr. Calderon. I have been with him since he took over Dr. Berberabe's practice about 25 years ago. He is a busy man so have your questions ready when you arrive plus any refills you need. I think the girls in the outer office need better direction or job descriptions, especially during peek hours. Be patient they are very young and doing the best they can.

Friendly, attentive, and responsive to patient needs. Covered through my HMO, adequate care.

worst place to go to ever!!!!! you cant even get through a phone call i can't believe that they have mgm direct care insurance....i called so many times in the past few days. during my very first call which was on friday i literally called at 3pm and they kept putting me on hold. it was now 3:30 pm and they finally picked up the phone i tried making an appointment and they said they were now close and that they close at 3:30 pm i mean WOW! can you believe this people!!!!!!!
