Dr. Belinda Lynne Castor

My last visit before this wonderful Dr. moved on from QCM, was professional, personable and as always, comforting with her knowledge, skills and kind nature.

I love Dr Castor. She listens to everything I have to say, and answers all my questions. I always feel comfortable with her. She's been treating me for many years, and I can't imagine ever to another doctor!!!!

Less than zero stars. Belinda Castor was the on-call physician for my PCP last week. She was condescending and abrasive, making me feel badly for asking for my medication to be filled. I'm in shock over how much she belittled me... to the point that I was in tears after I got off the phone with her. I've been in touch with CMC Patient Liaison and this is apparently not the first incident on Ms. Castor's record. The situation is being further addressed by her practice manager, as well as my PCP and my PCP's practice manager. This woman is not fit for medical practice. Avoid her when at all possible.
