Dr Aynehchi is the best. I had a few sinus procedures done by him and was also dealing with a very stubborn ear infection. He would call me himself to discuss certain test results and was very thorough in diagnosing and treating my ear. He's very smart and professional and definitely recommend him.

I could not hear out of my right ear for 2 days. I called there office and told them my issue. They made a appointment for me right away. When to the office. Dr Aynechi came and took a look with in 5 minute he knew what was wrong and clean out my ear and prescribed me antibiotics. He was very nice and patient. A very sincere, compassionate, and gifted Physician, I wish he was my primary. Aynehchi is attentive to his voice messages and calls back promptly. My septoplasty and turbinate reduction surgery was successful without complications. Bleeding stopped within 24 hours. I’m on my way to full recovery. I’m very thankful for this man of integrity. Dr. Aynehchi as amazing. He’s a great guy, great listener, great doctor and even better surgeon. He has helped with with my ears and nose. Most recently performed surgery on my nose for a severely deviated septum and bad sinuses. For the longest time I had breathing issues, nosebleeds and pain in my nose. He has corrected all of it. I can breath much better, especially while sleeping, the pre-op pain seems to be gone and no longer have nose bleeds. Best part is that you can’t even tell I had surgery. Dr. Aynehchi is the best! He operated on me to fix my deviated septum, and he did an amazing job. His surgical team was top-notch. The day of the surgery, I felt no fear, because everyone on the team had such a compassionate and warm bedside manner; we were laughing and smiling up to the moment they put me under even though it was 5am! I immediately trusted that they would take great care of me, and they did. I was only nauseous afterwards from the anesthesia for two hours, and after a nap, was functional for the rest of the day though I took it easy. I've had surgery before where I've felt sick the entire day afterwards, so I credit Dr. Aynehchi's team for excellent results. I really appreciate how Dr. Aynehchi was so willing to accommodate me. I was late to a few appointments due to living almost two hours away to see him, (he's worth it, btw), and he never was angry or aggravated despite being in high demand. In addition, when I inquired about potentially changing the appearance of my nose during my septoplasty very soon before the surgery, he was willing to meet with me the very next day to discuss the possibilities. I decided not to change how my nose looked, but I realized at that moment just how caring he was. He even said he could probably ensure it wouldn't cost more, and he said he had an interesting technique for raising my nose bridge if I wanted through taking cartilage from my ear rather than my rib; (I'm mixed-race and my nose is so small I can't comfortably wear goggles when I ski or glasses to read or in the sun). If my partner wasn't against the idea of it, I certainly would've taken up Dr. Aynehchi on his offer, as he is a very talented surgeon, and his results with other patients are beautiful! All in all, it was fantastic being his patient. He is very soft-spoken, gentle, and humble. I know sometimes surgeons have a reputation for being arrogant, but Dr. Aynehchi is not like that at all. You can tell he is a very sweet, caring person who is so grateful to change the lives of others through his practice. I am so grateful to him, as he has changed my life for the better. I am proud of him and happy to announce that immediately after my surgery, even with the swelling, my parents and sister couldn't hear my snoring anymore, when before my snoring could be heard throughout the whole house; (and we have a large house). After two weeks and two appointments with Dr. Aynehchi to aid in the healing process, my wife also said that she could no longer hear my snoring in the same bed. In addition, Dr. Aynehchi was such a great surgeon, that the surgery was almost painless. The first day I bled, but by the second, all the bleeding had stopped, and I didn't need to use pain meds at all. For the first half week, I used Tylenol, and that was it, because Dr. Aynehchi gave me great care. If I ever meet anyone in the future who needs help with their breathing, I'll definitely recommend they see Dr. Aynehchi. He is truly a life-changing doctor. Dr. Behrad Aynehchi has been an AMAZING blessing. I had severe breathing issues and suffered from a deviated septum. For many years, I would wake up in the middle of the night because I was not getting enough oxygen. I found Dr. Aynehchi after doing a lot of research with my medical insurance and found that he was very highly reviewed. Dr. Aynehchi recommended a septoplasty surgery for my nose to help with my breathing and my deviated septum. After my surgery (which had minimal pain and pressure, and the healing/recovery was very quick), I was able to breathe SO much better. I will have to say it has been a minimum of 40% breathing improvement and it has only been 10 days since my surgery. I am still healing and am expected to be able to breathe 20 - 30% better when fully recovered. I cannot recommend Dr. Aynehchi enough. He performed a septo-rhinoplasty and I am beyond thrilled with the results. He gave me the nose I've always wanted but I still look like me! And I can breathe for the first time! He knew exactly what I wanted and he delivered on all levels. He is extremely attentive and cares for his patients greatly. He promptly returned every email and phone call no matter the time of day. I felt so comfortable and at ease in his care, even though I was extremely nervous for the surgery. In terms of recovery, I'm someone who bruises very easily so I was nervous for what I would look like afterwards, but I BARELY bruised from this surgery, thanks to Dr. Aynehchi's skill and care. And I had zero pain after the surgery. Recovery was a breeze - way easier than I thought. After my post-op appointment when I saw my new nose for the first time, I could not believe it was my nose! I am so happy with the results and so happy that Dr. Aynehchi was my surgeon. 10/10!

And my experience wasn't any different, Dr. Aynechi was amazing. I had the new procedure, the balloon sinuplasty. Dr. Aynechi was my physician. He is awesome. My surgery was a success! I was absolutely miserable and stressed out over my sinus and ear problems. I had a great experience with Dr. Aynehchi. I shopped around for 4 months for the right doctor to have my balloon sinuplasty with. In the end I went with Dr. Aynehchi based on his reviews and the experience of my co worker. Zero regrets. He was wonderful. Wish I did this sooner!

He seems like a nice doctor, and professional. he did his job and was pleasant. my only complaint is that he over billed the insurance company. He said the visit was comprehensive instead of intermediate which is more accurate. this over billing ends up costing me, the customer, more.

I saw Dr. Aynehchi for my allergies and sinus misery. He took a culture and put me on antiotic pills. It helped but didn’t make the problem go away. We looked at my sinus Xray scan and he talked about allergy shots and ballooning the sinuses in the office. The ballooning helped a lot. I am scheduled for setting up allergy shots too. It took time but I am better and he did a great job

I broke my nose while playing basketball and went a ENT doctor to have it straightened. He told me I needed to go to the operating room. I went to Dr. Aynehchi for a second opinion because 3 different people told me he is very well known for fixing broken noses. He agreed that it needed to be repaired before the bones started to set, but NOT in the operating room. He popped my nose back during that same visit with numbing medicine that he sprayed up my nose. Very quick and easy. Thanks Dr A!!

Dr Aynehchi is very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. He takes a personal interest in his patients' well-being. I would definitely recommend him to anyone experiencing sinus or allergy issues. He straightened my deviated septum and used balloons to open my sinuses without needing to go to the operating room. He told me the sinus balloon would hurt for a few seconds while it was being inflated but I was ready for that. No regrets

Excellent provider! I have had years of face pressure and repeated sinus infections. I was sick of constantly being on antibiotics. Dr. Aynehchi did balloon sinuplasty with turbinate reduction in the office. and he got me in the office in less than a week, spent 45 mins going over issues with me, and called me ON HIS VACATION to make sure I was doing well and to address concerns. Its been 14 months and headaches are gone and no need for antibiotics yet. Amazing. You will not be disappointed

I was referred to Dr. Aynehchi by my dermatologist to have work done on my face and neck. The whole process was surprisingly quick and easy. He did my facelift with local numbing shots without needing to go to the operating room. He is a very skilled but humble man.

Horrible experience! I'm not disgruntled, this doctor couldn't take the skin of a tomato and replace it properly to save his life. Save yourself the time MONEY and headache. His credentials precedes him by FAR!

My dermatologist referred me to Dr. Aynehchi after he removed a cancer from my the tip of my nose. Seeing a hole in the middle of my face the size of a dime was horrifying. Dr. A was very confident and reassuring. He was able to repair the hole in his office without anesthesia needed, just numbing shots. He did a beautiful job of moving the skin over. No one can tell anything was done. He is truly an artist.

Dr. Aynehchi performed balloon sinuplasty,septoplasty, rhinoplasty and inferior turbinate reduction on December 8th, 2016. I am very happy with my decision to undergo the procedure. There was about 2 days of pain and 1 week of pressure but afterwards I stopped getting bad sinus infectious and my breathing is much better. The doctor took his time to explain everything to me and took all my calls after surgery.

I've had 2 prior septoplasty surgeries with another surgeon but still had a blocked left nostril. Dr. A took a lot of time analyzing my nose and came up with a plan that he could explain to me in non-medical terms. Rosa and Irma did all the work of making sure my insurance covered the surgery and getting me the instructions. When I woke up I could finally breathe and the collapse on the left side was fixed. It has been 7 months since surgery and breathing is still amazing! Highly recommend!!!

Beyond horrible experience. Amazing person very attentive and open to listen. We are not here to purchase personalities. Went into fix a breathing problem , came out with a severe disformally of the tip ,scared tissue and a collapsed septum. It's almost been a year.... I can't breathe out of my left nostril , i'm having hearing problems and struggling to smell. I have to have reconstructive surgery on a now A symmetric (crooked) nose. Scheduling and insurance processing even worse .
