After my first visit and all the bloodwork.. it just seemed like it was more guess and take immunizations and see what happens than figure out what is going on and causing the problem. Visits are rushed and seems like patients concerns are none of theirs.

Best allergist that I've been to. Treats my allergies and asthma. She was aggressive up front, identified issues quickly, and got me on a good long term treatment plan. I've seen some negative reviews/ratings due to not seeing patients who are not getting routine childhood vaccinations. People with immunological disorders are treated here. I appreciate her reasonable policy.

Worse doctor I’ve ever been to. Was rude and short with me. Had tests done and had to wait over two weeks for results. I finally ended up calling them to see what the results were and they said “yeah they’ve been on her desk for a while, she just hasn’t gotten to them yet”…. Been 8 months and I still haven’t been told what I’m allergic to. Her nurses were also suppose to call and set up infusion therapy in Aug of 2021 and it’s March of 2022 and I still haven’t heard anything. Needless to say I’m finding another specialist.

My first visit with Dr. Raby was great! I am absolutely thrilled to have her as my immunologist! She listened and is very knowledgeable about my health issue. She has helped me tremendously and I just wish that I had found her years ago. The staff was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor in her field.

Office took 4 hours/assistant asked to use my cell phone to look up stuff; very unprofessional/rude. bloodwork - said wait 2 weeks; I heard nothing after 3 weeks. Called left voice msgs for about a week. Friday nearly 5pm I got a call. No apologies; just started reading bloodwork results using technical words. I asked if she could call back when I got a pen. She didn't answer. I got frustrated because I answered standing out of shower. asked if they could call back Monday, theysaid no.

I finally found someone who is thorough and really seems to troubleshoot what might be causing my issues. Dr. Raby is patient and spent time explaining test results and describing a path forward. The nurses are efficient and friendly and wait time was minimal. Overall, a great experience.
