Dr. Moughrabi is an extremely knowledgeable and personable doctor who listens and treats his patients as family. All of the staff at Daleville Family Medicine, Lewis Gale are fantastic! The practice gets 5 stars from me!

Always a positive experience. Staff and doctor are caring and efficient.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Moughrabi respectfully allows his patients to be a part of all decisions regarding their health plan.

I love Dr. Moughrabi and his staff. They are all very nice and usually very timely.

The wait till see the doctor was reasonable. He was very pleasant & answered all my questions.

My visit was very pleasant. Staff was super friendly and professional. Office and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Dr took his time and was very thorough with eye contact and listened carefully.

Very personal care!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Mougrahni for over three years. He has helped us professionally during the worst times with our health. When my mother was visiting and became sick they treated her so well without any hesitation. His staff is the best, so friendly and reassuring. We trust Dr. Mougrahbi and feel free to openly discuss any concerns we have.

The most rude, uncaring, Insulting experience I've ever had with a physician. Didn't listen to what I was saying, didn't give a proper exam, and he also had an awkward attitude towards the intern that was with him. He seen me for maybe 5 mins and wanted to prescribe meds without knowing anything about me. This man made me feel like a piece of dirt the way he Insulated me caused alot of pain. I wouldn't recommend anyone see Dr Bassel Moughrabi..

Worst experience I've ever had with a physician! This man was SO dismissive. He didn't care what I was saying, asking, and failed to answer any of my concerns! EVERYONE knows that he is like this, yet nothing has been done and this has been an ongoing issue for years! I understand this is your job but this is my life! This man needs to be investigated. The first sign was him listening to my heart when in all reality he quickly rubbed it on my back and didn't listen at all. Scary when I already suffer from heart issues. I will never be returning here, which is unfortunate because the staff and the nurses are nothing less than amazing!

Doctor Bassel Moughrabi was incredibly rude,insulting, and unattentive. He seen me for less that 5 mins, and wanted to prescribe me blood pressure meds without even giving an exam. When I questioned him he got rude and extremely insulting. He was also insulting and rude to the intern that was with him.This man made me lose all faith in Doctors. It is obvious that your just a peasant to him. This mans neglectful attitude in my opinion is dangerous to any patient seeking help.

Took my 84 yr old mother, who has Alzheimer’s, and who we suspected had COVID, and had developed a mild, but concerning cough...due to how it seemed to be progressing! Dr. Moughrabi examined her and said there was nothing wrong with her and sent her home with NOTHING! He did, however, test her! They called 2 days later to tell us that my Mom was COVID +!!?? And apologized?? And said if she started to experience shortness of breath, to take her to the ER!! Wow! Thanks for nothing you QUACK!

ANY & ALL visit(s) with Dr. Moughrabi have been very POSITIVE. He seems to have a good knowledge of his medical field. He is appreciated VERY much ! !

Dr. Mougrabi is a great Dr. and has been my Dr. since I moved back to VA. He was also my mothers Dr. up until her death. He is a friendly caring Dr. who is very professional and knows what he is doing. He always listens to what you have to say no matter how long it takes and he has always given me the right answers. Dr. Moughrabi is a personable and knowledgeable physician who takes time with his patients. My wife and I both have him as our primary care physician (PCP) and we're completely satisfied with our choice. The staff is attentive and friendly also.

He is wonderful. Pays attention and is concerned for your health.

Dr Moughrabi has a very easy-going personality and expressed a genuine interest in getting me back on a healthy lifestyle. He listened and answered all my questions about the various medications I am taking or need to take to get me back to a better condition of health.
