Foyer had a sandwich bird reminisce to 1800s snake oil pitch. Bold print they need your deductible. Felt browbeaten by the weight challenged blond with an aggressive attitude.She demanded a deductible that I never had to pay prior, futrher more I recently visited another specialist with no such demand. Gave her my card sat and fumed. Re engaged request her to re inure funds to account and cancel app. In a smarmy tone refused to do that. Told her they need to advise patients before appmnt ,her answer was arrogant “it’s not my job”. Contested the charge at bank and won. Now she-had the temerity to call and request I return for appointment. Advised LinCare relationship with Dr. schnareis terminated. Had all transcripts transferee to family physician. Never been treated so rudely in a doctors office until now.

Awful. The only reason he has patients at his NC office (he lives in NJ 90% of the time) is because he's the only one in town. Save yourself some time (and possibly your own life) and trek to Wilmington. You'll eventually end up having to go there anyway once you spend a year with him ordering tests but not knowing or sharing the results for a month, re-ordering the same tests til you remind him that he already did that, getting to his office to learn he forgot his zoom appointment with you to hear the results of cancer scans or biopsies that he has not yet read because he's busy in Jersey and scheduling a new replacement appointment a month later and eventually, you'll need a doctor who actually knows who you are and will read the results of a scan or biopsy within the same month so maybe you can find an oncologist--which he could've told you to do last year...or at the very least, a week after the last tests, since they have fax machines and email in NJ. Would've been fine paying for a timely phone appt., but no, how about you go to the office in a few weeks and I'll meet you there via zoom. I'll look at the time-sensitive reports when we meet next month.

This office should be investigated. They scheduled me for a "follow-up" appointment with Dr Schneyer after having me take a breathing test, but when I got to the office, they put me in a room with a computer and I had a "zoom" appointment! (which I could have done from home during the pandemic!) I'm sure this was to charge my insurance company for an office visit, not a zoom call. They didn't even bother taking my temperature! Every other doctor's office I've been to in the past year does that. Then they made me come back for a stress test in which they had me push a wheel up and down the hallway and wanted me to comeback for yet another "follow-up" appointment. I already knew the results since my oxygen levels never changed during the "test", but I cannot get my prescription refilled unless I schedule another "appointment" - the 4th in less than 3 months and my COPD has not worsened during the past two years. I've also had enough and am seeking treatment from a different doctor.

Poor care, Rude office staff ( hung up on my wife as well ) , and questionable billing practices. Physician and staff Actually wanted my wife to come in for an additional visit, to assist the physician in crafting a letter to justify CPAP machine , as his initial diagnostic conclusions were rejected by insurance company regarding the medical necessity of a CPAP machine . One would think that with so many years of experience the physician and office staff would know how to document properly for treatment approvals And seniors - watch out as you will get a large bill on our credit card without prior notification - Expensive services with no resolution of the medical condition Sounds like a shyster office . I’ve been seeing this physician for close to 5 years for severe sleep apnea. I find him thorough and very competent. The staff is another matter. The adm has no people skills, they are so focused on money it makes one cringe. The nurse practitioner/nurse/doc associate turnover is a revolving door. I’ve had enough.

All he cares about is money...not patient... insurance companies should investigate him

PA is great and a very good practice.

This Doctors billing practices are bordering on fraud. They charged me $87 because my insurance didn’t pay in their timeframe. Plus a 187 dollar charge for Medicare/tricare copay. Which was not required.

Incredible Doctor. Diagnosed my problem when no other Doctor could. Takes the time to listen

I had a horrific hacking cough for 3 + months was referred to Dr. Schneyer, after my ENT said I had an "abnormal" x-ray. Only the pulmonologist could read it, almost a week away. Worst, most depressing week of my life. My new provider saved me with real meds, immediately. DR. SCHNEYER then peeked at the x Ray, said the scar was likely from an old cough. No big deal, and talked to me about the plan going forward. He said I'm doing well, see u in 6 months. DR. SCHNEYER is a good doctor. Period:-)

Dr. Schneyer was very kind. I needed an appointment ASAP due to being sick. I was scheduled the same day I called. His office staff barely gave me a chance to have a seat before they were getting my vitals and putting me in a room. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood before I left. I love the fact that he has his staff type for him so he can give you the care that you deserve. The office staff makes sure to answer any additional questions I had. Highly Recommended.

If you're looking for a doctor who will treat you with respect, care and compassion, Dr. Schneyer is NOT the doctor for you. I've seen the doctor over the last three years and during each visit I was made to feel that the doctor was doing me a favor by seeing me. His manner is aloof, unsympathetic and manner of fact. He is rarely on schedule but never apologetic. Frankly, it appears that he has retired from his original practice and simply doing this as a hobby. You deserve better!

He is a great doctor. He listened to every consern had about my health. If I had quetions he would actually take the time to answer them. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
