I recently became a new patient with Dr. Lauren Natoli (Dr. Barts daughter). I'm an organ transplant recipient & thereof must seek only premium Medical Professionals to assist in my health care needs. The entire front desk personnel ( especially Tracey, Mary & Sue), were very kind, caring & knowledgeable of the type of care I needed for my Primary Care physician. I found Dr. Lauren & her Medical Assistant to be not just knowledgeable but I was very delighted when it came to their bedside manners & caring & sincere attitudes to welcoming to their practice. I feel as if not only is the office a well fit for me medically but most assuredly I feel that they truly care about my needs as a human being. Not often do we as patients walk out of a Drs. office feeling confident of the choices we make in being proactive with our mental needs as well as the physical. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice to all who need a wonderful experience in finding the right "fit". As is true in any business, it's 50% patient attitude & 50% Dr. bedside manner that makes our experience great...or not so great. It's a 2 way street. Awesome dr has been my primary for four years since I moved here

I’ve never been treated so poorly by office staff my entire life. The amount of disrespect is borderline abusive towards paying and insured patients seeking treatment. I suggest this doctor hires new people. I reported back to my dermatologist who recommended him.

After learning of an insurance discrepancy, I canceled my appointment with Dr. Natoli's office. Unfortunately, I was never taken off of the schedule and was mailed a $75 no-show fee. This was a referral from another doctor and when insurance couldn't be verified as a provider, I simply canceled the appointment. Keep in mind, this all has to be done over the phone, because there isn't an email address or a website for the practice. When I called the office to inquire about this and to clarify any miscommunication or misunderstanding, I was treated rudely and strong armed with detailed threats of being reported to the credit bureau. I left multiple messages for the doctor, to let him know how his staff is handling this issue and the staff refuses to pass on my messages. I've since been told that I should've mailed a hand written letter to cancel my appointment and any and all concerns regarding my no-show fee are to be handled the same way, via U.S. mail. I imagine the hand written letter, just as my messages for the doctor, won't ever see the eyes of Dr. Natoli. I scheduled and later canceled my appointment with Dr. Bartholomew Natoli's office, however, I was never taken off of the schedule and was mailed a $75 no-show fee. This was a referral from another doctor and when insurance couldn't be verified as a provider, I simply canceled the appointment. This was all done over the phone, because the practice doesn't have an email address or a website. I've called and tried to address this multiple times, only to be treated rude and experienced continued strong arm tactics to get me to pay this invalid fee. I've since been told that I should've mailed a hand-written letter to cancel my appointment and any and all concerns regarding my no-show fee are to be handled the same way, via U.S. mail. This is scam behavior on their end and it should be noted publicly, to prevent future financial harm by this practice.

The doctor is great, suggesting lifestyle changes rather than pills, but the office billed me incorrectly.

This doctor lied to my mother about her cancer scans. Pure laziness and was so rude to her! She has passed away. Thanks for you "care".
