Wonderful Dr.Bart Williams and his entire staff are very nice. They helped me feel at ease, by answering my questions about my up coming dental procedures.

Dr Williams is great - listens to patient concerns - wonderful treatment - and his complete staff is incredible!

I do not recommend Dr Williams as his tone was sarcastic, condescending and without compassion for my care and concerns. I was hospitalized within 24 hours of my surgery and he denied any responsibility and concern for my welfare.

Great! I was very nervous. My first appointment visit and everyone there made me feel welcome, and confident in their services.

Everything at this location from the receptionist to the technician to the oral surgeon was amazing. They made everyone feel comfortable and attended to. They even followed up with us.

Two implants done. Dr. Williams and his team were great.

Dr. Williams was thorough, and put my daughter who was very anxious about the appointment and procedure as a whole to ease. He answered all her questions and was sure to address her directly.

Dr. Williams is phenomenal! Completely made me at ease, very professional, very skilled, overall wonderful experience.

My needs were addressed promptly, skillfully, and completely. Communication was direct, complete, and understandable.

Dr. Bart Williams gave candid assessment of long term prognosis and answered all of my questions.

Dr. Bart Williams is my dental surgeon of choice. After my initial consultation visit, Dr. Williams performed a tooth extraction, sinus lift, and bone graft to facilitate the implant that was put into place that day. There was minimal discomfort afterwards, and NO PAIN during the procedures. (I opted for IV sedation). Today, he uncovered the implant to prepare for the new tooth to be made and placed onto the implant. Again, minimal discomfort and no real pain during the procedure (a local anesthetic was used). I have not experienced any discomfort this evening. The front office staff is welcoming and pleasant. The back office staff and nurses are excellent as well. I appreciate being able to speak to a person when calling the office without going through a list of “options”. My experience with Carolina Oral and Facial Surgery, P.A. has been pleasant and very positive!

Heather was fabulous! My daughter had been having trouble after her wisdom teeth were removed. Heather was so helpful, encouraging, and knowledgeable.

Appointment time was met in a very prompt manor. The staff is always helpful and very professional, but also caring for my needs. All questions I had were answered and I am pleased with my surgery results.

I felt very confident of Dr Williams expertise with my implants . He did a great job. The staff was very helpful. I have to have 2 more implants and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else !

Dr Williams and his entire staff are very kind and courteous. Dr Williams has a very good bedside manner as he is very calm and thoroughly answers your questions He goes out of his way to make sure he is giving you information you need to make the best choice for yourself. The only downside is that I did wait a very long time but as this is my only visit that might have been a fluke after the holiday.

Not my first visit to this doctor and office. As always, everyone is so kind and helpful. The doctor spends time with you and explains procedures. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of dental care.

Dr. Bart Williams, along with his kind and competent staff were a pleasure to meet on my first visit. Dr. Williams explained and discussed my treatment plan in detail. He was patient and gave me every opportunity to ask any questions regarding the procedures that are needed. Any anxieties prior to the visit were put to rest. The office is clean and pleasant in appearance. Prior to this appointment everyone I spoke to on the phone was pleasant and helpful. The entire staff, including Dr. Williams was completely professional and made me feel like a valued patient. They showed kindness and respect to each person that they encountered during the time I was in the office.

I would not recommend this practice. They do not value your time in any way. We went there today for an evaluation for wisdom tooth extraction. The doctor showed up an hour after our appointment time and stayed for roughly five minutes. We had to wait in a hot car for 20 minutes, just to be let inside to wait again in the waiting room (why we couldn't wait inside the whole time is beyond me!). Not once did we receive an explanation for why the doctor so rudely wasted our time and made us wait an hour. After our 5 minutes with the doctor, we got sent back to the waiting room to wait again. When I complained at checkout, the staff member who went over our information with us just said she was sorry, but I HAD TO COMPLAIN TO GET AN APOLOGY of any kind. We had the privilege of paying this man $75 for more than an hour and a half of our time wasted. The one positive was that all of the office staff was very polite, but I couldn't tell that a single person actually cared how long they made anyone wait. I would not recommend this practice. Had surgery here for braces (extractions and a tooth exposure); Dr. Williams was friendly and did a good job with the surgery. However, the other staff seem to have the mentality that nothing abnormal occurs unless the patient did something wrong, which is not always the case, no matter how rare it may be for them, and they should show more concern for a patient who is understandably concerned about their health, rather than treating folks like hypochondriacs. The attitudes and treatment my friend and I both received were arrogant and condescending. I will not return here nor can I recommend them to others and I plan to let my orthodontist office know as well, who thankfully have incredible staff (Dr. Hughes Orthodontist). This place could take a lesson from them on treating customers with compassion and empathy rather than assuming everyone is incompetent. Hope they take this review to help improve customer service for folks paying a lot of money and trusting their care to them. Find a provider who values your time. This man does not! Dr. Williams came in an hour late for our appointment. No apology or explanation was offered. He spent roughly 5-7 minutes with us, then we waited yet again to be checked out. Poor bedside manner. Staff was "friendly" but indifferent to the fact that we spent over an hour and a half at their location for a simple 5-7 minute consultation. Bottom line - if he cared about you, he would value your time.

Don’t waste ur time with Dr. Williams. Very rude and could not care about patients at all. We asked simple question and was attacked. Doctors are suppose to care about patients and do what’s in their best interest but that was not the case. HORRIBLE bedside manners. I would feel I credibility uncomfortable having him as my doctor.

I was seen on an urgent basis. Everyone was so nice They explained things to me and how my treatment was going to be done, and what I needed to do. Appointments were on time and much shorter than I expected. Dr Williams was in contact with my oncologist. They worked out any issues during my treatment. I would recommend Dr Williams and his staff to anyone needing an oral surgeon.

I get nervous when visiting the dentist office and known to have anxiety attacks. My experience with Dr. Bart Williams and the staff was great. Dr. Williams and his staff took great care of me when I had my wisdom teeth out. My friends who had previously gotten them out did not like their experience and were in a lot of pain, but my experience was completely different. Our daughter had upper and lower jaw surgery 3 months ago. She is so happy with her new bite! After several years of appointments and planning, we are so thankful for Dr Williams, nurse Kristie and all of the staff. Dr. Bart Williams III was the most honest and well informed highly educated surgeon I have ever met. He uses a whole body approach to dentistry that incorporated all of my problem areas relating back to oral and maxofacial surgery. Also he was concerned with the most cost effective treatment options. An amazing surgeon and person with humanitarian values which is a rare combination in this day and time.
