strange how even within the community of legal professionals, bart is well-known for being pro-father/abuser in cases where domestic violence is relevant. the fact that dr ferraro was employed by the Julian center allows him to operate under the (unfortunately false and corrupted) presumption of work that would reflect DV specific expertise. --i even randomly ran into someone in a public restroom who used to work with him there. she said the stories are disgusting. strange how even within the community of legal professionals, bart is well-known for being pro-father/abuser in cases where domestic violence is relevant. … More

Bart Ferraro seems to play games with people's lives at the expense of children's healthy development. Custody eval w/divorce proceedings back in 2000, and despite significant evidence of father's negligent parenting and attempts to alienate me of then 3 YO son, Ferraro recommended joint custody with split time. Thankfully, wise judge did not take Ferraro's advice. Had judge trusted F, son would possibly not be here (severe asthma), still have speech issue (dad sued me to stop ST), not have friends (dad not allow), not play sports (dad not allow), and most importantly son would be turned against me (dad not allow calls nor reverse visits in summer, bad-mouthed me, etc.). Dad later dx'd with NPD but Ferraro not see it?! Son (now 24) has trauma issues resulting from just e/o wknd & Wed night visits w/dad. No bed or room for 6 yrs, constant criticism, belittled, expected to side with him, left out of vacations, "forgot" son's bday, etc. Can't believe Ferraro still has a license.

AWFUL. Narcissist, Arrogant, plays favorites. Would love to see out in public sometime. Don’t go see this goof!

Ferraro was terrible as the counselor for my divorce proceedings. Instead of ensuring both spouses were on the same page and healing, he protected my spouse, who filed and, as it turned out, was having an affair. Instead of promoting healing, he protected my spouse from my simple desire for answers to their true motives. Process over people. I will have nightmares about the man for a long time; he delayed my healing by at least 4-5 months.

Great psychologist. Does all the work and research necessary to submit a fair, balanced, and DETAILED report. I was facing sustained and repeated false allegations from a mentally unstable adversary, and it was Dr. Ferraro who provided the calm voice of reason that led to us prevailing in court. Highly recommended for custody cases involving coaching, parental alienation, false allegations, or denial of parenting time.
