I saw Dr. Combs April 2017. He listened to me & help me MORE than any Doctor has. I have travelled around state to state and found him luckily. He is a quiet man of little words however when he speaks it's of substance. I asked for certain health care and he provided knowing what I've already suffered. He is helping me, alot. His staff was amazing. Ashley one of his nurses or assistance to nurse was a sweetheart. The office itself was amazing. Very warm feeling. It was nice. Thank you Dr. C

Dr. Combs involves me in the decision of how to treat my diabetes. Specifically, my current insulin is not working well for me but I DON'T to use syringes to deliver my insulin.He listened to me but he also had me to do some research on other insulin pen deliveries systems. I learned a lot and gained insight into this situation and I am staying with a pen delivery system. He respond PROMPTLY to emails sent to him through the portal.

He was rude, didn't even look up when he entered room. I had all my records with me, he wouldn't even look at past ct scans. Would not listen to my concerns at all. I had appt to see A pulmonologist at st Vincent's , because of my insurance I needed a referrel , he refused, said I HAD to stay in UAB health system , but wouldn't give me a referrel , this dr does not need to be in practice and he gives UAB a bad reputation. The staff was friendly, I have no idea how they tolerate him.
