Dr. Barry Forrest Tillman

I would recommend Barry who is no longer there. 5 stars for him & his staff. Randy is very good but I can’t recommend his assistant Angela LeTard. In the past she was wonderful. She is now rude & unprofessional. Some years ago she abruptly refused to write me a prescription for Nexium, which now a prescription is not need. Also the clerk Amy refused to fill out the paperwork for my handicap tag. I had to get another doctor to fill out for me. Angela is not living up to Oath she agreed to. I feel very sorry for the way she has changed,
