Dr Ross was very kind and very professional. I get anxiety and he and all the staff at Porter Adventist Hospital were nothing but understanding and kind. Very good experience from beginning to end.

They were very professional very considerate and everything went on time even though there was a huge amount of work they needed to do on me, they did it quite well. Met Dr. Ross after having some bowel issues. He is one of the most professional and warm MDs I have ever met. He made feel comfortable and relaxed during our first visit. I was scheduled for a colonoscopy and again, his bedside manner was so great! He walked me through the procedure and met with me after to discuss the results and next steps. Dr Ross is kind, compassionate, and a true expert in his field. I would recommend him to anyone. The staff at Porter GI was wonderful - they are a great team that goes out of their way to make sure you are well cared for and understand what is going on.

This was the most professional caring staff I have ever dealt with in any medical experience.

Dr. Ross was great answered all my questions made me feel like he was concerned about my health and wanted to do everything you could to help me he was a great guy will definitely be back

Doctor Ross is a great man Recommend him to anybody And a staff is very friendly

Dr. Ross and the anesthesia staff were excellent in explaining the procedures and presenting the results. They also kept me informed about the causes and status of a delay they encountered on getting to my afternoon colonoscopy. All of the nurses were helpful and friendly.

Dr. Ross is a total professional doctor with a great bedside manner which is so rare these days. He really listens to the patient and makes them feel as comfortable as can be in this particular area. He literally saved my life by finding a problem that no other doctor had been able to detect. He acted fast, got me the best surgeon and it was fixed.I would recommend him to anyone, any age, male or female. My only negative about him is that he moved to the West Coast. He is the absolute best!!!
