Dr. Neal let me come for adjustments 6 times between April and July without telling me that he ended his contract with my insurance company. Insurance had been covering 82% of my cost. His receptionist told me not to worry about my copays because they didn’t get the bill back from my insurance yet on what I would owe. I did not find out he was no longer in network until reaching out to the insurance company after getting my benefits summary and asked why they didn’t cover anything.

Dr. Neal is personable and efficient. With every visit, I fill out a simple form that he uses to monitor my pain level and location. He also gave me a sheet with stretches to do at home to optimize healing. Those two tools helped me to understand the importance of self monitoring and the importance of stretching daily.

Dr. Neal has helped me through some painful times. When I fell down the basement stairs at home, his adjustments were gentle, yet effective. My biggest problem has been my neck and I go once a month for an adjustment and he keeps me in line. I seldom ever have any pain going regularly to see Dr. Neal!
