I didn't even make it to the doctor. I had a phone conversation with his nurse, she wouldn't answer my questions, was incredibly insulting and unpleasant, and even hung up on me. People like her shouldn't work in a service industry. I reported the incident to both Optum and Fidelis.

He really knew his stuff and did not push surgery.

I had a great experience with Dr. Krosser. He was on time and spent time explaining what my issue was from my MRI and spoke to me about the pros and cons of my upcoming back surgery I would recommend him to my family and friends

Barry is a very bad DR PEASE don't go to him for anything Orthopedic or Surgery, I already reaported him to the Board of Medicine, I am sueing him for messing up my back,neck, So stay away!!!!!!!

Will never go there again. Staff is rude and over talk when your speaking whatever doctor I had refused to help me with my issue and said no one would touch me. 2 years later and my new doctor helped me more then this place. Only use these people as a backup matter fact I dont recommend this place to anyone for any reason life or death. If I could give then zero stars I would. Will never go there again. Reiterating previous comments about receptionists. They clearly do not want to be there.

Well the staff wasn't nice at all,I was scolded at for taking too long to fill out paperwork because I was "next." As to my visit- he asked what I wanted to do as for treatment with out giving me options. I asked questions and he only specified PT, with an MRI. I proceeded with the MRI and they said they'd call me back with the results. Nothing. I called them multiple times with out anyone picking up. Skipping to a year later down the road- I'm in healthcare and I had to call from my job, pretending I'm a third party so they could fax over my results (after leaving a VM) I was around 19/20 at the time and I couldn't believe what my MRI results consisted of. I have family members that are medical malpractice lawyers and they all agreed that this was negligence.

I was told by Caremount that to get a refill on pain medications I had to see another provider in there office beacause my provider was not back after COVID-19. I was in pain so I had no choice but to see Krosser. He had no bedside manner, no empathy, and does not possess one ounce of compassion. I had a on the job injury 12/2019 and have since been out of work, now on workers compensation. Krosser proceeded to tell me that I need to go back to work before WC forces me to return to work because I have been out from work too long. OMG!! First, why is it your concern how long I have not worked? Secondly, is my WC being taken from your salary? Thirdly,I do not have to justify my pain to you. Your only concern should be my pain and distress from having my treatment abruply stopped due to COVID-19 lockdown. I wonder now if your comments were racially mitivatedbecause I am a Black female. I left your office feeling worse than when I entered. Your words were demeaning & hurtful.

I have spent 35 years of my life in the medical field working as a Registred Nurse.My Mother went to Dr Krosser .He ordered a Lumbar MRI. Her spinal X-ray showed issues on the Thoracic levels T9 and T10 .My mother had been experiencing increasing pain for seven months .I could not fathom why he ordered a lumbar MRI when the location of her pain clearly indicated a thoracic issue which was confirmed by her spinal X-ray .Dr Kroseer may be a talented surgeon . His attention to detail is piss poor .Both Caremount and Orthopedic Associates are medical factories .

I recently saw Dr Krosser for back and sciatica problems. I felt no compassion from him nor did I feel he cared to help. He rushed through reading my X-rays and interrupted every response I tried to give when he asked me a question. In addition, I had arrived early - was made to wait an additional 20 minutes beyond my schedule time. Having the sciatica I was not able to sit. Dealing with this office was not a pleasant experience. I do not recommend this group.

Dr. Krosser is a great surgeon. He repaired my back after a riding accident. Better than ever. Office is busy but I had a great experience.
