As a physician myself, I greatly appreciate Doctor Handler's compassion and clinical skills. He is dedicated to his patients and their concerns. I consulted him for treatment of a malignant lesion on my ear lobe, which he removed with a very satisfactory cosmetic result. Highly recommended.

Personable and humorous doctor. His staff are respectful and kind as well. I was personally satisfied by the results of him closing up my piercing holes, and am returning in the future for a few more procedures. Excellent Doctor. Very patient with questions, polite, thoughtful. He has been my doctor for about 8 years. During that time, he has treated me for fine lines, wrinkles, sun damage, broken capillaries, irregularly shaped moles, eyelash enhancement, lip enhancement, a severe burn, and a scar on my face. He is well versed in dermatology, liposuction, and laser hair removal, as well as plastic surgery. Dr. Barry also works as an emergency room on-call surgeon during his off hours. Set aside some extra time for your appointment as he is very thorough and will discuss all aspects of your treatment and what to expect. I highly recommend Dr. Barry and his staff. In April 2016, had a consultation w/Dr. Handler to unquire about breast implant removal. Had my implants for 13 yrs & wanted them gone! Consultation fee was $100 and is applied towards procedure, should you choose to proceed w him. I was ecstatic when he said he could perform a simple removal in his office under local anesthesia for $1,000. This was EXACTLY what I was looking for! Now I'm 1 year out! Dr. Handler & staff are professional yet very easy going &unpretentious. PERFECT for Me!

My father is a retired plastic surgeon and associate professor of plastic surgery at UCSD and needed a little stitching on the side of his ear. He called Barry and Barry met him at the office and took care of the suturing and did such an excellent job that my dad was very impressed with the skills of dr. Handler. We would recommend dr.
