If i could give this place 0 stars i would. I had to wait about 4 hours to be seen.

I am very disappointed in this place. I have taken my child here for 14 years and the doctor is amazing, but the supposed "manager" Cindy has not been taught proper manners. Cindy is very rude, she will scream and not let you have a chance to talk even if you are a patient and that is beyond being a well-mannered person, also if you try talking to her with respect she will scream at you more. I do however recommend Dr.Seifert, she is a wonderful doctor but because of these kinds of people the best doctors always lose their patients. I am very disappointed in this place. I love this Dr. she was great at explaining things. I never felt rushed. She took all the time we needed to explain everything in terms I would understand. Great with my kids and very funny. I trust her opinion. The most down to earth, caring doctor I have ever come across and I hope she never retires.

Simply amazing pediatric cardiologist! Barbara helped my daughter from birth until now and she is 5. Her staff is amazing and professional.

Dr. Seifert is beyond knowledgeable and experienced. She regards her patients as "her children". She is patient, kind, and when appropriate funny too. She may be old school with regard to credit cards, but she is also old school with regard to giving her patients all the time and care they need at every visit and on the phone too in emergencies. Our family holds her in the deepest esteem as does our pediatrician.

Dr. and staff were fine, but when I went to pay a bill they do not have a credit card or debit card machine! Who doesn't have that in this day of age?? Became a real hassle when I wanted to pay with my FSA. Beware of this potential issue.

Waited an hour and 45 minutes. Never got to see her. When I told the staff I had to leave they just looked at me with a blank look on their faces. And yet they will charge you $100 for missing your appt and I you're 10 minutes late they refuse to see you. They don't take credit or debit cards. So be prepared for cash or check.
