Dr Quatrone is very thorough and kind. She listens to everything I ask her and refers me to other doctors as needed. I’ve been seeing Dr Quatrone for several years and I have never walked out feeling she was not listening to me or was rude. Pain management is a tough profession, you can’t just hand out pain pills for nothing. Perhaps these prior reviews didn’t get what they wanted. She is hands down the most caring and competent pain doctor that I’ve been to.

Save yourself the time She is judgemental and arrogant. The worst pain specialist in Boise.

I have seen Dr. Quattrone on and off for 17 years. She is wonderful, intelligent, and always has alternatives to try if they first type of treatment didn't work well enough. I would give her a 5, but until she removes Jody--the rudest receptionist I've met in my 60 years, I can't grade her practice any higher. The problem is that I don't think she is aware of Jody sabotaging her practice. She has ALWAYS been rude, despite me remaining pleasant. I was referred once again to Dr. Quattrone and Jody won't answer the phone if she knows it is me, promises she will call back and NEVER has, and so I can't even get in to see Dr. Quattrone. I spent months trying. Dr. Quattrone, if you read this, please reconsider someone else to manage your practice. She is a poor reflection and you do not deserve that. She is also denying you quality patients. I truly feel that she needs to be evaluated for a personality disorder.

Her bedside manner is absolutely awful. Doesn't call in prescriptions....literally had to call in on two separate occasions because she neglected to call in my normal medicines. She's rude and snippy. Lacks empathy of any kind......does not care what you're going through. If you are looking for an understanding doctor that truly has compassion for what her patients are going through, this woman IS NOT IT.

It has been my privilege to be Dr. Quattrone's patient for 10 years. She has helped me keep pain from running my life. She is proactive and well informed, yet cautious not to over-prescribe medication. This makes me feel safe in her hands. She is thorough and at the end of every visit she asks if there is anything else she can do for me. She often asks about my children and remembers what I mention about them, previously. I am afraid of her assistant, Jody. She rarely smiles and is so stern

Dr. Quattrone performs satisfactorily , but it takes a longe time (years) to warm up to you as a person. Her front desk manager, Jody, is very unhelpful, often rude, and makes working with Dr. Quattrone difficult. Phone call requests are not answered in a timely manner, and the patient often wonders if Jody gives messages to Dr. Quattrone.

Dr. Quattrone didn't seem very interested in helping me, and other than sending me to see a PT, she offered nothing of value. She sent me to get x-rays, and after waiting two weeks for an appointment to review them with her, she not only did not review them with me, she hadn't even looked at them. Just got the note from the radiologist that nothing abnormal was found and dismissed it based on that. An utter waste of my time. She was also extremely rude and disrespectful to the medical assistant.

Dr Quattrone has been providing care for me for several years. She is the only reason that I am even marginally functional. I truly appreciate the care that she gives me. Her MA is prompt and takes care of things very quickly.

Dr. Quattrone is professional, knowledgeable, polite and respectful. She listens to you; gives you the time you need to explain, and then, answers your questions and concerns regarding your illness. I definitely will recommend Dr. Quattrone to family & friends!

Avoid this doc at all costs! She will act like she cares the first time she sees you but then after you sign a contract she will promptly start treating you like trash!

I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. She is one of the worst Dr's out there. She doesn't care what you are going through or dealing with. My primary Dr referred me to her to have the SCS procedure done. What a joke her and the psychologist were. I will never be going back to her.

She is unfeeling, she treats you with disrespect and is completely condescending. She gives conflicti h advice and has advised me to take medications that would poison me based on my other health conditions. She is a quack and has multiple open complaints filed against her. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
