I took down the review for Dr. BARBARA PHILLIPS, I crossed up the names. I've been a patient of hers almost 10 years. Dr. Phillips is very attentive she cares about her patients.

Doctor Phillips is one of the best primary doctors you could ever want she's polite very well spoken in bedside is unbelievable She's great

Dr. Phillips is thorough and spends as much time as you need. Just expect to wait longer than usual for your appointment because she is doing the same thing for other patients too. She is kind and a good listener. The only thing that slipped through the cracks was we talked about starting a new prescription and it did not get prescribed. That will be easily fixable once I call but shouldn't happen.

Dr. Phillips takes care to spend as much time as necessary and to ask lots of relevant questions. I never feel rushed or dismissed, and always leave with a sense that it's been a thorough and comprehensive appointment.

Dr Phillips is a special medical professional that crosses excellent care with great bedside manner. She gives you her undivided attention and looks at the whole picture.

Dr Phillips is the first physician I’ve ever had who didn’t treat me like a number. She has excellent bed-side manners, she listens, presents information in a factual way without judgement allowing me to make my own informed decision about what is best for me. Dr Phillips also continues to educate herself in medicine and genuinely cares about the well being of her patients. She’s transparent and doesn’t sugar-coat the truth so I wasn’t surprised in my expectations. Dr Phillips really helped me understand what to expect as my mother aged allowing me to mentally and physically prepare for the next stages of life.

Always a pleasurable experience seeing Dr. Phillips. She is thorough, explains everything and listens without rushing you.

Dr. Phillips is a wonderful doctor and I have been a patient of hers for years. She is very easy to talk to and she listens to all your concerns. I am very very with as my personal physician.

Barbara is the best doctor I have ever seen. She always spends time with patient, listen and explain in detail with patients’s question. Especially, Barbara is a very caring Dr who puts patients on the top list on her busy schedule and reach out to talk to them about any concerns they may have or whatever they need. Dr. Phillips is a very knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. I wish all doctors were like her. She always takes the time to understand my needs.

I really like Dr. Phillips - been going there for years. But would like to know what's going on. When I called today I get a message the office is closed need to call back during normal business hours. And the message said it was Hartford Healthcare Manchester Family Medicine. Talked to the answering service and left a message but they don't know a thing. No letter, no info from the doctors office for this kind of change??? It's very odd - anyone know what's going on????

I have been a patient of Dr Phillips for years. She takes time to get to know you and your concerns. I have never felt like I was just a number to her She is genuinely concerned about you and will do everything she can do to help you. Yes, sometimes there is a small wait but I am sure that is due to her spending the time that is needed for her to care for her patients. On occasion I have had a small wait but I dont mind waiting as one day I too may need extra time whith her. As for the staff I have found them to be very friendly. Her staff has much to do,I believe that some are confusing being busy with being rude. I will always recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate ,caring,educated, and thorough physician.

Dr Barbara is one of the best primary doctors I've had. She takes her time to listen to you and doesn't rush you. She's knowledgeable about everything and makes me feel comfortable with the treatment approaches. She is currently the primary care for my husband and now our newborn baby.

Dr. Phillips is a good practitioner, she will take the time you need to be taken care of. I was referred to her by one of my clients who is a nurse.

She's the best she listens to you and takes notes about what you are telling her.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Phillips! She is all the things others quoted below. She is the most dedicated Dr. I have ever seen. It doesn't matter if the waiting room is full, she makes you feel like you are the only one there and the time she spends with you, is rare these days! She is constantly educating herself, offering you the best knowledge she can. Easy to get in and efficient. She is always uplifting and so compassionate depending on your situation. Dr Phillips no doubt is the best doctor I've ever had in the 46 years I've been alive. The wait time is explained by the fact that she doesn't try to speed things up to get to the next patient. She is very compassionate and is always in high spirits. Definitely recommended!!! Thanks, Dr Phillips for your dedication, knowledge and treatment!

Our family is very pleased with Dr. Phillips services and facility. Her office is run in an efficient and friendly manner. The staff is very attentive to patient needs. We are well taken care of.

Dr. Phillips is a really good doctor. She takes the time to listen and explain the mechanisms, biology and chemistry of the body. She is also genuinely concerned with her patients as she has made unexpected phone calls to see how treatments were going even when there was little concern. All in all, a great doctor. However her office staff could use a lot of training.
