My mother visited this doctor yesterday to seek help and was so upset that she never wants to go back. Dr. Kuhlengel used very vulgar and insensitive language regarding a trauma our family experienced in such a flippant manner that is absolutely shocking to me. Her comments were inexcusable and now a person who needs care would rather go without because of this experience. Shame on you, Dr. Kuhlengel!
