Dr. Barbara Rose Fogiel

I really really like Dr. Fogle. She is very thorough and informative. She answers all of your questions happily. She has great bedside manner. Her medical assistant team is why I put 3 stars. They have disappointed me twice not returning calls when I had an issue after surgery, and then losing my work release. It's frustrating when you do everything you are supposed to do, and others don't. I would still recommend Dr. Fogle because she is an excellent doctor. Raquel and Alma are very nice and helpful too. They are literally the only people I want to deal with in the office.

Terrible experience. So many things went wrong. zero can recommend. 1st - asked them to check if I had UTI in order to see if I needed more antibiotics, or was clear. Needed to know asap - The MA sends test out and tells me to wait 10+ days for results. Had to go retest at my primary care, bc it was quite urgent to know. 2nd - they called to apologize about that, okay, thank you, but then the lady is like well what can we do to fix this? Well what can you do? I mean you are doctors office, I dont know what you want me to say to that. 3rd - I signed off for all kinds of preventative tests, and turns out they did not collect what they needed for those. If i had not checked, they would not even have cared. I guess they expected me to order blood test myself independently? Normally i am used to the doctor ordering the test, and collecting the specimen. 4th - was told the doctor would call with any insight on any diagnosis, did not happen. The MA called again, with little to no info. I asked for a call from the doctor on 2/22 - 2/27 i get an email, not from doctor, no answers still and still no call.

I found it off putting to see labiaplasty advertised and incentivized with a coupon, alongside lip fillers at the front desk while checking in. My visit started 20 minutes late and I did not leave for nearly 2 hours. Dr. Folgier was straight forward, which I appreciated; however, I found her treatment recommendations to be borderline pushy. While still trying to decide if I should get a second opinion, the doctor was suggesting I schedule a surgery (for a non-emergency matter) within 48 hours. The pushiness continued later that day with a phone call suggesting I come back later that day to start a treatment prior to her even having my lab results back. Had me wondering if the office is that desperate to make a buck. I was glad this office could see me on short notice as a new patient, which is why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1; however, I would never return to this office, nor would I recommend it to any woman.

Run! The worst care I ever received from an OBGYN in 25 years. She didn’t listen when I said I was having contractions and my daughter came 6 weeks early. Laughed it off when I saw her for a follow up. Unbelievable!!!

Dr. Fogiel is great and she makes you feel comfortable. Communication about appointments hasn’t been the best experience. I have mixed feedback about the staff working in the office.

Assistant is unresponsive, Dr. Fogel was good but it’s hard to have assistant call back. I took my daughter in and she was given a prescription, with insurance prescription cost was $150 which is outrageous. I called and left a message for assistant Wednesday afternoon to see if there is a generic version or another cheaper brand. Someone called me back Thursday morning but did not leave a message. I called back and left another message for assistant same day and as of today, Monday afternoon I have yet to receive a call back. I was a new patient and had scheduled an appointment for myself but have since cancelled. If this is how patients are assisted for something simple how difficult will it be if I really need to speak to someone. I will be going to another doctor who is responsive including their staff. Highly recommend Dr. Fogiel. She gives detailed information about all concerns and is very knowledgeable. Positive experience. Glad I found her.

Dr.Fogiel is consistently friendly and professional.

She's a kind, friendly doctor that listens to your concerns.

Dr. Fogiel is kind, crazy smart, easy to talk to, and listens fully.

Dr. Fogiel and her staff were amazing. I waited no more than 15 minutes and was out within the hour. They were very efficient and made me feel comfortable. Will be seeing her every year from now on.

Dr. Fogiel did my surgery this past December and it was such an amazing experience. She was very detailed about the procedure and made sure that I had all the information that I needed. Very comforting throughout the whole process. Overall great experience with this office and Dr. Fogiel!

I came to do skin pen. The office is very nice and clean. The staff who I encountered with they were very helpful and nice. Brittani the aesthetician is very knowledgeable and friendly, she answered all my questions and concerns. I cant wait to see results and keep coming back.

I have been going to Dr. Fogiel for many years and have always had a great experience. At my last appointment, I decided to give the spa a try and I had my first skin pen treatment. Brittani was very professional and knowledgeable. I was afraid the treatment was going to hurt, but they use a numbing cream before and I was fine. Now, one week later my skin has never looked better. I am so happy.

After nearly 20 years I had to change my Obsterics/ Gynecologist. The experience was not pleasant unfortunately. She forgot to give me a prescription which I was told she called in the pharmacy. Pharmacy said no prescription was called in. I called the office and the PA said she would check with the doctor. I called back and she was going to prescribe incorrect medication. After I clarified what issue I was calling for, the PA said she would check with the doctor and will get back to me. I has been three days, I called two more times with no response and no prescription. Very disappointed. It seems the doctor and the office care more about the Botox and cosmetic care rather than the patient care. Very unpleasant and unprofessional experience.

I saw Brittani today for my Dermaplane and Hydrafacial treatments. She is a delight!! She is very informative and educates you on skincare specific to your skin. I left the clinic glowing and feeling refreshed. I cannot wait to come back for my next treatment!!!

I had an appointment for a hydrafacial and Brittney was AMAZING! She is a perfectionist and explained her every move in detail. She took her time and I did not feel rushed at all! I was extremely pleased with my results. I am definitely coming back!

She is amazing and truly cares about her patients. The whole office is a great atmosphere. This is the only doctor where I do not have high blood pressure when visiting. She is the best!

Dr.Fogiel provided excellent care, as well as a warm comforting environment. Being my first extensive exam she made me feel comfortable and walked me through each step of the way. I have started my care with her, and will certain continue as long as possible!

Everyone here is so nice and professional, every woman should be here, I love this place and Dr. Fogiel!

Writing after 5 years. First I thought to write a review about her but then i never did. Dr Fogiel likes patients those are covered with insurance. In my experience she send me to lab for thyroid checkup by saying my numbers are high. Then she send me to emergency for vein problem and prescribe me Hyprain shots twice a day with no blood clots. When I refuse to take it she said I will put it in my records and if some thing happen to you don’t tell me .Don’t choose her. your baby deserve better.

When I became pregnant in 2010 I researched which ob/gyn would be the best fit for me. Dr. Fogiel seemed like a great option. My pregnancy was normal up until I hit 22 weeks. I started having contractions and went up to the hospital late on a Saturday night. I delivered my daughter late Sunday night and the only physician I saw the whole time was the ob on call. There were no other high risk doctors there, Dr. Fogiel never showed and my husband had to call my uncle who is a high-risk ob/gyn in New York and have the on-call ob talk with him because she didn’t have any experience in pre-term delivery. They eventually got someone with experience in there but before the delivery, none of the staff tried to give me any drugs to help the baby’s lungs develop quickly or try to stop the labor at all. On top of everything else I was feeling, I felt very alone and abandoned by my ob. The first time I saw her was that Monday morning. I should add that she had had twins recently so I get that she was extra busy during that time but I think if you can’t handle the work load, then don’t accept new patients. I wish I could’ve gone with someone high-risk to begin with but they’ll only consider you high-risk after you’ve already had something horrible happen to you. It shouldn’t take you losing a child to be considered high-risk. All deliveries should be treated with extra pre-caution as you never know what can happen. I’ll never have my daughter back and that kills me because I feel so much could’ve been done to prevent this painful outcome. I found out after the fact that I had had an infection which caused the pre-term delivery. My uncle ordered medications, tests, and procedures which Dr. Fogiel performed on me which I thought was the least she could do given what my husband, myself and our child went through. Because she did these tests, I am giving her 2 stars. But I never used her again for my subsequent pregnancies. I went to a high-risk ob and I only wish that all mothers could have that option. I have seen Dr. Fogiel for 2 years and have had a good experience with her during each visit. I feel at ease when seeing her for exams and she spends the appropriate amount of time listening and explaining things. I understand that ones experience is based on the entire office staff. My experience has always been pleasent there.

DO NOT come here if you ever need your blood results. I saw Dr Fogiel after my second miscarriage. She was very polite and ordered a battery of tests immediately. Great! Answers were coming! I was so wrong. It's been almost two months and NONE of my blood results have been released to me, even the basic things like thyroid and hormones. No one has anyone given me an answer about why they're taking so long (almost 8 weeks as I'm writing this) or returned my voicemails.

Not only is she sweet and caring but she is very knowledgeable. Her staff is great. I can not say enough good things about her.

My appointment lasted about 30 minutes from the time I arrived until I left. Dr. Fogiel is great. Very professional but still very personal and nice.

The dr assistant cancelled my appointment for being 10 minutes late looking for parking! while I usually wait for at least an hour every appointment to see the dr!!

Their sole focus is to collect money and more money. Its a very cold environment and more of an insurance paperwork processing group. The dr. herself is ok.

Dr. Fogiel is one of the best physicians I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. She is extremely thorough, takes the time to explain all options available. She really listens to the patient and gives a sympathetic ear. Dr. Fogiel is awesome! Hard to find such a great Dr. However, the staff or front desk is the opposite. Lack of communication and compassion, argumentative and they NEVER communicate if Dri Fogiel will be late (sometimes hours) I've decided not to return to the office ONLY because I can't stand working with the office staff.
