I did not have a good experience with this therapist. Barbara sounds annoyed, impatient, and tired which resulted in a bad experience all around. The experience was so discouraging that I've given up trying to find another therapist for now. It was that unpleasant. Part of the issue was that Barbara did not care to show any empathy or care about my hardships. When I found it difficult to open up and share more about personal issues - she replied by basically asking if she needs to dig with a shovel? I thought that was really unprofessional and rude. In short, Barbara appears to be jaded and annoyed with her job as a therapist. I'm not sure she's able to help anyone at this point.
