The doctor is great however the staff in the front is rude and obnoxious. Donna, who answered the phone was very rude and hostile when it came to me rescheduling an appt. She was very mean and told me if the times she is offering me does not work for me it may be best i find another doctor. Really?? Smh!!!! Need more professional people answering the phones.

Her staff is horrible horrible and horrible rheyvnees to hire better staff that knows how to do pre-certification the right way. I had tobcall the insurance to get an extension on my daughter's MRI because her staff didn't want to do it. Then they put in for her surgery got denied tells me that she resubmitted it got denied tells me Did an appeal got denied I called my insurance to find out why they never put in the second nor did they put in for the appeal insurance told me that they were asking for more clinicals and she never sent them poor poor staffing. I'm in the process of changing doctors. Besides that to make an appointment I gotta wait months ridiculous.

Not pleased with how this office can't seem to get in on time. Show up on time and the Dr comes in 45 minutes late. Yet I still have to pay a copay. I think they forget who works for who. My time is worth money too.

This not review of Dr but the process. She left before our scheduled appointment for a meeting because we didn’t arrive 15 min early. We aren’t a new patient we don’t need that long to check in. Regardless she had a meeting for 11:30 with us not someone else. They could have called me on way over of they were going to refuse us. They even let met check in and then wait. Takes months to get those appointments and my husband has to take off to watch our baby. Plus a 3 yo who rarely cooperates and was cooperating that day. It felt like No consideration for the patient . We weren’t actually late for our appt. if they communicated to her that we were there maybe would have been seen. I agree with the other complaints heard about scheduling. You have to get your child’s own records from pediatrician. And good luck if you are transferring from another pediatric specialist. You are also responsible for getting records. And After they have reviewed all the medical records that you provide - they will make the decision on whether or not they will accept your child as a patient!!! And then and only then will they allow you to make an appointment! I have never ever dealt with such a thing. It’s obnoxious IMHO. I will never recommend her. There are better doctors out there who accept patients willingly!

Grew up seeing her for Type 1 Diabetes, was always a pleasure to see her. Great and helpful caretaker!

the wait time was over 2 hours to see the doctor and only to be very disappointed in her overall examination of my child. We actually got nothing out of the visit and are pursuing another specialist.

Impossible to schedule an appointment before you provide records! Scheduling for 3 months in advance and still will not make an appointment without prior records! The most obnoxious practice I've seen.
