The staff here are all completely freaking awesome people, and it makes all the difference!

There’s no way I should be one of the first appointments, and still wait consistently 1+ hours for my appointment, at least for my last six appointments. Currently I am waiting to start my appointment, and it is two hours past the scheduled time. They have no issue making you wait, but if you’re fifteen minutes late they may make you reschedule (we know she was no ready for me anyways.) The only saving grace is that the staff is friendly. The whole office just has the vibe of “You’re here to see us, therefore you operate on our time”, and with only having two days off a week, this makes it very hard to reliably fit a doctor visit into my schedule. The whole office could do with a class in time management.

Omg Dr Bennett was the absolute worst doctor I've ever seen. My appointment was at 10am, I didn't get seen until 12pm. She left within 5 flipping minutes. Said "she doesn't have time to address everything today". I can't tell you how bad I wanted to cuss her out. I will never ever see her again!!!!! I think it's time for her to retire

Dr. Bennett is very knowledgeable and has a nice bedside manner. She explains everything and answers all your questions. She doesn't make you feel she's in a rush, even though it's evident she's seeing a lot of patients. You will have to wait, generally speaking, but her care is worth it ????

Horrible experience since I’ve been going here . my kids never got treated with the right medicine still waiting for My other child’s medicine that was been supposed to be sent over. Overall just a horrible experience with the waiting problems There have been number of problems over the years. My kids and may have been trying to find a good place to go to. As a pt, individual, & healthcare worker(for 12+ years) I’ve never experienced such a terrible clinic/Provider/Healthcare setting. EVERY appointment and experience with this establishment & Dr. , was terrible and disappointing. If you’re looking for a quality family Dr. For you or your child. Please keep looking. I’m late with my review but I recently found a new family Dr (years later) and it just made me think of how awful this place is. I saw Dr. Bennett for many years and like a lot of others, I was very frustrated by the wait times and miscommunication. I think the world of Dr. Bennett, but I think sometimes she just has too much to keep up with. So one day I really needed to be seen and was asked if I minded seeing a nurse practitioner. I said that was fine and it has turned out to be the best decision I could have made. Stephanie is overall just a very lovely person. She takes the time to hear you, not just listen and nod while her mind is miles away. I’ve never had issues with the nurses or receptionists, although I do have a couple favorites!! Wait time is short, referrals handled quickly and if any test come back concerning, I always get a call. Long wait time. No follow-up. How do you draw blood for blood tests and never follow-up with your patient? Never responds to phone calls either.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I waited 1 1/2 hours to see Dr. Bennett. I had seen her at age 22 and she was wonderful, so I expected the same now and boy, was I wrong. I’m dealing with some health issues and she dismissed me. She didn’t make eye contact for the 4 minutes she was in the room with me. She said she’d make two referrals (one unneeded) and call in a refill medication and that was a month ago. They did bloodwork, but the results aren’t available and I’ve never been called...but they want me to pay for them. I was crying when I left and the girl at check-out confused me with a current patient and this was my first visit to the office. I got no summary paperwork...no names/offices for referral, no bloodwork results, and no medication refills. I have been going to Dr. Barbara Bennett since I was 18. I am now 44! I enjoy Dr. Barbara Bennett and her entire staff. They are very efficient and friendly. Dr. Bennett is not only beautiful and sweet She also cares about her patients very much! Which also takes some patience ..lol. ☆☆☆☆

Worst place took first appointment had to waith 2 hours to waith plus half hour inside and more took 3 hours and she barely speaks to a patient less than 3 min the only reason we go there we had no choise with Medicaid people dont waist ur time...

First off: this is not a review of Barbara rather it’s a review of the doctors office. Barbara is very friendly and addresses all my needs. HOWEVER. Every time I come in there is a minimum of 4 hour wait. They also require bloodwork every 3 months or they will deny any prescriptions you need. I have been on the same medication for 10+ years and the office refused to fill the prescription until I came back in for blood work. The office is not very clean, most of the staff seem inconvenienced to be here and the exam rooms are always left open leaving no patient privacy. This place is a good resource if you have the spare time to wait all afternoon or you have minimal insurance like me. But otherwise please look elsewhere. I have been going to Dr. Bennett's all my life and i take my kids there now. The wait times are a pain at times but I wouldn't wanna go anywhere else.

I have never had to wait long. I see NP Stephanie Beeching . She sits down to talk to me as if I am her only patient of the day. She really does care too! Not only that but remembers everything I have told her worries and concerns even from my first visit. Can not believe that I have been fortunate after 35 years to find the most wonderful family practice that treats me like family and their staff is awesome as well too. Prompt response, treats you as you could only hope that your doctor's office would! Plus they take walk ins. It’s awful going this practice. They are rude and loud people in this environment. To say unprofessional is very accurate. The wait times are ridiculous, they take walk ins so plan to wait for 2+ hours to be seen for maybe 2 minutes. Then you have to wait to check out.

i saw bennett as a first time patient and my experience was absolutely terrible, i will not be going back. i waited in the waiting room for about an hour and 45 minutes then was brought into a room where i had to wait another 30 minutes for her to come in. while waiting i had to listen to the unprofessional staff gossiping right outside patience door with all the doors left wide open, no privacy and i could hear everything going on it was obnoxious. when i finally saw her she listened to my lungs and heart and asked what meds i needed then she was on her way within 3 minutes. i left the appointment in tears with how frustrated i was. i DO NOT recommend.

Do not go here unless you want to spend your whole saturday waiting on refills and listening to the dr and staff argue over being late to a hair appointment. Very unprofessional. This will definitely be my last appointment with this office.

An MRI that I was supposed to get through this office was cancelled due to orders from my pulmonary specialist because he wanted to order a certain type of CT scan. Bennett's office didn't follow up with the insurance company and cancel the initial MRI. Then they ordered another CT scan through a nurse practitioner who works at Bennett's office whom I have not even seen without my knowledge after the pulmonary doctor had already ordered his own CT scan. So then I got a letter from the insurance company stating my pulmonary CT scan was not approved because according to them I already had a CT scan through Bennett's office. The fact is I had no CT scan or MRI at all. Bennett's office failed to notify the insurance company and let them know. I called Bennett's office and attempted to explain them what they had done and they were extremely rude and obnoxious so I will never step foot in that place again. I can't believe my life was actually in these people's incompetent hands! Each and every time that I make an appointment I have to carve out at least 4 hours, just to sit in the waiting room. I was told that I couldn’t get a refill for my medication for my autoimmune disease unless I saw the Dr. I was told I could get my blood taken, and then get my prescription. When I called to come in to have my blood drawn, they told me I wouldn’t get my prescription unless I saw the Dr. My appointment was at 3:45 and I sat in the waiting room until 6pm when they called me back. They took my blood, and I left. I never saw the dr like they requested and demanded that I make an appointment to specifically see the dr. I got my blood drawn prior in February of 2018 where I still as of almost August have not received my test results yet- but have received a bill. The office is not conducted in a professional manner, and the staff is rude. I however was not the only one complaining in the waiting room- the entire 12 other people were as well, that had been there longer than myself. I don’t recommend this place to anyone and I look forward to changing Dr’s. I only gave it 1 star because I had no choice but to, otherwise I would have given the facility and Dr a 0. I got an X Ray and was told that I would get results, I haven’t I’ve been coming here my whole life and it’s awful it always takes a ridiculous amount of time, you’re supposed to schedule check ups with your patients, not one time have I ever been scheduled for check ups. Not only that but me and my family avoid going to her because of the awful service, always a ridiculous wait time. I recently scheduled my own check up and came in she barely did anything the nurse that came in first did a much better job. She did everything like she was in a hurry when I scheduled this appointment. MRS Bennit is a great doctor. Sgr has seen my mother and 2 of my sisters. I feel cofortable around her and can talk to her about annythung. The nurses are great they really care about your health. I have recomended hrer manny times.

They have always treated me great . Ive been with them since 2016 and never had a problem and I knpw for a fact! Stephanie is very busy and always gave her ear and was always very concerned and would listen so I'm very happy with them!

Had my initial appointment after being released from the hospital! Was in extreme pain and could barely walk! I asked her about medication for pain management and she informed me she cannot prescribe pain medication....I thought all board certified doctors could and she is considered my PCM...so I’m suffering in pain assigned to a doctor who cannot treat the pain that referred me to a pain management clinic who’s only management option is shots in my spine! Ridiculous and incompetent!

My family member came to Dr. Bennett's office this week. My family member was left in an exam room for an unreasonably long time. Never again!!
