Barbara Jean Bailey

Can not get anyone to answer phone. Called 5 times in a 4-hour period. On hold. My husband and I have been patients for years and there is no doctor more caring and who takes time to know the patient like Dr. Bailey. Since she has been under the Cleveland Clinic umbrella the phone problem started.

This doctor either needs an hearing aid or just plain needs to retire! I went to her for the first time and everything seemed to go ok but seemed like she would ask the same questions over and over again, but other then that everything went fine. I got home and looked at what she said about me on my chart and I was floored at what was said. She said I had refused to answer her questions and that I refused to fill out some paperwork, that I hadn't even got! I was in pain I didn't refuse anything I was willing to do whatever she said to get rid of this pain, if they wasn't anything wrong with me I wouldn't have made an appointment to see her!!! I have since went to another Doctor who was very helpful and didn't repeat the same questions over and over again. I looked at my chart and everything that I said and what the doctor had said was exactly what we discussed! I am happy with this doctor who told the truth over Barbara that couldn't hear or just didn't want to hear.

Dr.Bailey is one of a kind. She was my family doctor years ago. When my insurance changed she wasn’t an option for me so I had to change physicians. Thankfully I am now able to be a patient of hers again. Experienced a few different doctors in the interim. No one ever came close to the care & attention Dr. Bailey provides. She’s one in a million. Impossible to for someone to answer phones to schedule an appointment! ! Tired 6 Times in a 2 hour period all I got was a recording to hold !

Dr Bailey and staff always go above and beyond!!! They meet my "demanding" needs for my healthcare. I have known her and Cheryl for 29 years and they know how to treat the whole patient not just the illness!!!

Dr. Bailey is the most compassionate, kind and loving doctor that I have ever found. She genuinely cares for her patients and I trust her opinion 100%. I have been a patient of Dr. Bailey’s for 25 years. When my insurance changed and I could no longer go to her, I struggled finding a Dr. that cared in the way that she does. I actually went 5 years without a PCP because of it. She is one of a kind and the health care industry won’t be the same when she is no longer practicing. I have been going to Dr. Bailey for over 20 years. She is the literal BEST. She listens, seriously - she LISTENS to her patients and treats them with care, dignity, and all the knowledge of past and present brilliant, genius minds combined. I cannot stress enough how much I adore and respect this doctor.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Bailey since she worked at the Goodyear Medical Center years ago. She has diagnosed ailments that specialists couldn’t identify. She’s knowledgeable, smart and really takes the time to listen to her patients. I would recommend her to anyone. She is the BEST.

Dr. Bailey and Dr. Grantham are both Outstanding physicians. They really care about their patients, and show it in the way they take time with each one. There is no 'rushed' feeling in the office. If you need to talk, they will listen. I recommend them wholeheartedly!
