Doctor Aung is amazing she has saved my mother's foot many of times. I highly recommend her. Her staff is outstanding very helpful and respectful at all times. The entire team and Doc go way out of there way to meet the demands of the patients.

Dr. Aung is very personable, and patient in explaining treatment. Her knowledge and long years of experience made me feel I was in excellent hands.

Dr. Aung not only is commutative but a great listener, she is easily understood with her vast experience / knowledge and dedication in the field. Being a first visit if there's a need of long term continue care we will remain with Dr Aung.

Very friendly staff always a pleasure when i visit

I went to my first appointment in march and waited 2 weeks for a callback that I never received. I called the office twice a week for a month and still no call back. I finally made an appointment for nail trimming. Terrible job. Still waiting on response for diabetic shoes. May have to change doctor.

Dr. Aung is very knowledgeable, super personable and friendly. She took the time to answer my questions and do a thorough exam.

My review reflects the office experience, rather than Dr. Aung diagnosis/ treatment. Tracy, the office assistant, has a bad attitude, does not follow up on office procedures (I will expand on this later) and has terrible customer service skills. Tracy was supposed to call the insurance company to see if a procedure was covered. When I called one week later to follow up, Tracy could but be bothered with me. I insisted she look at the medical notes, then she said, I am in a conference meeting now, I'll call you later. We'll, if she is in a meeting, why bother answering the phone? Dr. Aung has an answering service who are much more accommodating that Tracy. Tracy never bothered to call me back. At that point I called the insurance company myself, and after confirming they do cover the needed procedure, I switched to another podiatrist. I was appalled by my visit here. The lack of health and decorum was exceptionally bad. The receptionist sounded sick as a dog at her desk and was sniffling and coughing over everything. She kept saying it was allergies, but there was no mask in sight, no clean vs dirty pens, no sense of how germs spread...not only that, but while I was waiting to see the doctor, the receptionist complained of her feet hurting, took off her shoe, and started touching her bare foot and picking at her toenail! Then, without washing OR sanitizing her hands, she started answering the phone and typing on her computer! The same person who had just touched my id cards!!! She had also snapped and was very rude to me when I entered because even though I was on time, I was "late" according to one phone call I'd had with her weeks before. I get that everyone has bad days, but professionalism is important. To top it all off, the doctor didn't even look at my foot. She read on the chart that my feet were cracked and then gave me a cream and happily went to the back of the office. I had to literally lift my foot up for her to glance at it, but even then it seemed like she was more interested in having a conversation than looking after me medically. First time I take my Mom with a new doctor, no one has treated my Mom the way Dr. Aung spoke to her. Very pleasant and friendly. I would recommender to anyone.

I have been going to Aung Foot and Health Clinic for 2 years now. I always have a great experience there. My appointments are always at the time they are scheduled for, I never have to wait. The Doctor and her assistant are very friendly.

My visits with Dr. Aung are wonderful, she is personable, and informative, I never feel rushed. I leave her office knowing exactly what is going on with my care.

Don’t go there!!!! I just got a bill (September 2021) with charges from March 2021 stating they are going to send me to collections. I was never notified I had a balance due. Besides that, the insoles that were “made” for me did not help and I went into office for adjustment thinking it would be free (not notified otherwise) and on this bill there is a $75 adjustment fee…! Wow, way to stand by your work Aung! I tried several times to get a video or phone follow up appointment and was never contacted back for an appointment. Last visit Aung really wanted me to leave a positive review for her practice. I was not happy with her services and did not feel the need to encourage others to visit her. Dr. Aung was very knowledgeable, caring and practical. She even called me at home the evening after my procedure to check on me! Tracy in her front office was helpful. She could use additional office staff for which she is looking. I have already given her name to two other people.

I brought my elderly Mom who is 83 years old blind and disabled to check her swollen feet and hopefully to get some help!!! We came to the appointment on time and first thing I was asking for registration, never mentioned before appointment. Secretary wanted to reschedule appointment immediately! I said: no, we will stay because Mom needs to see doctor. Since I stated on applications IPod that Mom is Jewish and we brought inside to see the doctor, attitude was changed immediately and Doctor said that she cannot see Mom for no medical history and she should find another doctor!! We were in shock… speechless… I took the breath and asked doctor why??? She got more mad and angry, her tone voice became high…Finally, she said: you have to leave and being extremely mad left room.. We came from Ukraine 25 years ago because Mom is Colocost survived. We never ever were treat as awful as this !!! I told my friends and my husband who is police officer and was advised to make a complaint to Medical Board. This matter should bring attention of medical community and above!!! Nice Staff -----No Follow up ( yet ) ----- Just expensive exfoliant cream

Dr. Aung and her staff are exceptional in their care and support. Dr. Aung is exceptionally thorough as well as kind. I leave her office feeling inspired and encouraged with my recovery.

I've been seeing Dr. Aung for many years and have NEVER had an issue with her or her staff. I rarely have to wait before being shown to an exam room and they are always well stocked and spotless. Dr. Aung is always prompt when seeing me, listens carefully to my complaint and starts examining right away. I have never had a misdiagnosis nor a treatment that didn't work. I came to her with an ulcer on my foot that wouldn't heal despite treatments with my former podiatrist. By now it had developed a MRSA infection and I was sent to see Dr. Aung. I needed 2 surgeries to remove it from the bone and intensive antibiotic treatment. It healed fine without recurrence. I would always recommend this clinic. They are so dedicated to getting the proper treatment for you and to work around your schedule.

I have never been so appalled spent 45 min on the online pre-register for my 97 year old uncle only to be told he could not been seen because the online pre-registration was not done. giving them a registration # that was emailed to me they could not bend the rules for a 97 year old. Unbelievable sent away and had to reschedule.

I have finally decided to write and post this review after 3 months of trying to get satisfaction from Aung Foot Health Clinic. This review is not intended to be vindictive, more a cautionary tale for prospective clients. My initial visit to Dr. Aung was in late November due to extreme pain in my left heel. Dr. Aung was very personable and her staff was helpful in setting up the appointment, etc. She took X-rays of both of my feet and apparently noticed a heel spur on my right foot. She immediately addressed that encouraging me to schedule surgery to have my heel scrapped, even when I reminded her many times that the pain I was there about was in my left heel. She then gave me orthotics to wear in both of my shoes which she said would correct the pain in my left heel. I noticed that the orthotics were already in the room before the x-rays were taken(?). I paid $75 for the orthotics and left. I wore them for the next two days and my pain increased, to the point where getting out of bed in the morning brought me to tears. The orthotics were NOT the answer to my problem and in fact, seemed to be a one size fits all approach to all her patients. I contacted a physical therapist about the issue and was told to stop wearing the orthotic immediately, to ice my foot regularly and to start a stretching exercise routine. I was also warned not to agree to surgery as it should be done only as a LAST resort. I received a call from Aung Health Clinic two days later to set up surgery on my right foot. I declined. This was the last conversation I had with them that was not initiated by me despite multiple assurances that “we will get back to you today, tomorrow, by Friday, etc.” After several calls, I was able to return my orthotics for a full refund. I asked for a copy of my x rays so I could get an accurate diagnosis for my left heel. I have been to Aung Health Clinic three separate times (a thirty minute drive from my home) to collect the x rays, every time there is some excuse as to why I can’t get them. Finally they agreed to mail them to me if I provided a clean jump drive. Over a week later the envelop came in the mail. The envelope was torn and the jump drive was missing. Whether it was stolen, or displaced by mail equipment, or ever put in the envelope in the first place I will never know. I’m still waiting for the call that was promised “by the end of the day”, five days ago. The saga continues…... Today was my first visit with Dr Aung and she is fantastic! I can't believe I didn't make my appointment sooner. I'm looking forward to the next time I see her. I FINALLY have found someone who can resolve my decades long issues.

Four years ago, I went to Dr. Aung to have bone spurs under my Achilles tendon removed. The pain after running was just becoming intolerable on both feet. So I took the plunge. Dr. Aung uses a technique that doesn't require severing the tendon and then re-attaching with a screw. This saves many weeks or months in recovery. Surgery was pretty painless and I was out of the boot pretty quick. I have been pain free since the surgeries and I can't thank Dr. Aung enough for her professionalism and skill. She was very professional but with a great sense of humor. I left feeling at ease and with hope that I can recover get back to my daily 3-mile walks. What a great Doctor! I'm glad I found her she really cares and enjoys her work, which is good by the way!

I was her patient for 3 months, she said I jut had a callous and she cut on it and told me to put saline on it and keep it wrapped. I kept telling her I thought it was infected, she kept telling me it wasn't. I ended up in the hospital for 3 days with a horrible infection in my foot. Doctors were concerned the infection had gone down to the bone. Thankful I didn't lose my foot. This woman should not be allowed to practice medicine.

This woman (doctor?) and her husband book keeper were absolutely horrible! Mom needed braces for her feet - they took casts and after almost nine agonizing months of excuse after excuse as to why they had not been completed, we were denied a refund stating that they just don't do that. In my many years in the medical industry I have never seen a less professional facility and care. Honestly ridiculous. Check out her background THOROUGHLY - her "reviews" by her family are misleading.

Seriously?? Selling useless old stock products for top dollar.AVOID

Dr. Aung performed surgery on my foot, correcting two bunions and removing a "huge" neuroma. The entire procedure went flawlessly; the recovery from anesthesia was very fast; and the only mild pain medication required was for the first three nights. I didn't know recovery could be so easy. Dr. Aung is an amazing physician and surgeon.

I have chronic venous insufficiency on my left leg. In Sept of last year I needed to treat an open sore. I couldn't get into the Tucson Wound Care(TWC) Center. I called Dr Aung and asked if she was affiliated with the TWC, She told me she was. After my wound didn't respond to her treatment I went to TMC emergency room. From there I was taken to the TWC, I asked the Dr if Dr Aung was affiliated with the TWC. He had never heard of her. I have a problem with someone lying to get you as a patient.
