His staff and himself are horrible dont care about the patient just your money..

Dr. Sappal is what I refer to as the 3 C's: Competent (he's well versed as my primary care physician). He makes sure I'm current with all my annual testing. Caring: Monitors my medication with the upmost regularity. Always makes sure what I'm taking is working properly. Discuss the effects on my system regularly. Compassionate: Employs knowable courteous staff. Works with local schools to give interns practical experiences. Respects his patients. His office location is easy to see and find. Always clean, informational pamphlets readily available. Average wait time 30 - 45 mins.

Dr. B.saapla Nd his staff Very kind very courteous and very professional customer service there is awesome . A very Clean environment,The atmosphere is friendly Nd welcoming. Appointment are Schedule to your convenience. Your wait time is no long. What I like mostly that this office is in my Neighborhood and I don’t have to travel too far to get to it it is in walking distance from my house and is also in network so I am very happy and honored to be able to come to this office to get treatment and is treated with dignity and respect.

i love coming to his office...the staff changed but i love how he does not rush when he comes into the room...he does explain things & refer you to other doctors when he has to...love that if i run out of medicine i can call his office to have the script sent to a pharmacy...wait time might be long but he does an outstanding job...

Very bad experience with this doctor and his staff. It seems that they are not really concerned with patient health and more with billing the insurance.

This office is really bad I am a patient off his and never seen worst service from the doctor and the staff well time to look for a better Doctor

Wait time is about 2 hours WITH an appointment. Dr. Sappal seems sympathetic to patients but does not provide adequate time and information to help their illness. Does not prescribe prescriptions or refills without being seen, which is beyond inconvenient when you have the same clinical diagnosis for years.
