The receptionist named Shirin is still there and being disrespectful. Nurses will not let you speak to the doctor. Will give Dr.Redjaee misinformation. Will send you a letter to stop service. The receptionist and the nurse that is the office manager is disrespectful and nasty. Dr.Redjaee will not return calls. Dr.Redjare has a nice personality in speech, but has not ever asked for a chest x-ray or any other exams. He has been treating me for some time. If you don't go by the office rules or his staff and means to speak to him, they will tell you that there is a letter on his desk for me to receive a new doctor. Really busy office, but I like the service that I've received so far. I'm crazy about Dr.Redjaee (in a respectful way) he gets down to business but with a sense of humor.

Excellent Doctor, very clean environment, friendly assistant at front desk. Caring and very personal. Very knowledgeable and compassionate. best care ever.

The telehealth visit was cursory. Instead of making sure my test results were emailed to me so I could look at them while he talked to me- he held them up to the camera. When I ran into trouble and he was out of town there was no back up. He has no pulmonary techs on staff and the staff he does have are exceedingly rude and short. Once they stated that he was out of town they rushed me off the phone offering ZERO help. I'm sorry I ever went there.

Very understanding doctor that explains everything and makes sure you understand.

Extremely friendly doctor, excellent patient interaction skills. Takes a real interest in the patient's health and well-being. Performs the tests needed for proper diagnosis. Just make sure to ask the doctor about your test results and what they indicate.

I have been a patient of Dr. Redjaee for 10 years. Never had any issues with him as my primary care But he has a staff member on his team named, Shirin that was totally disrespectful everytime I've called and she has answered the phone. The saddest part about this is I didn't want to leave this practice and I wrote a letter to Dr. Redjaee apologizing for him having to deal with my issue with the disrespect that Shirin showed me that day, and he never called me or even tried to see what occurred. I would think since I've been a 10 year loyal patient I would've alteast been given a conversation seeing that this woman apparently has a history of being rude to patient to Dr. Redjaee's practice. the rest of the staff were very professional but Shirin has been rude on several occasions and it really showed me that my business was not appreciated all these years that I couldn't atleast get a phone call to discuss her disrespect.
